So, I live about a mile from this store and the guy that runs it always fights you on every order if it's not a Hot-n-Ready pizza sitting in their heat towers. I've seen him do it to every customer. I usually walk in and place a special order, like a Deep Dish with extra pepperoni just to insure they will cook it fresh. Every time, without a doubt, with frustration and condescension, he tells me I can get a regular pepperoni right now and that my order is going to take 15 minutes. I tell him that's fine. Then he tells me I could have called it in. But I don't trust this guy. He doesn't want to make the thing you order. So I then ask him to cook it a little longer, because they now realize I'm going to sit in the store, and they ALWAYS pull it early. So he proceeds to give me hell on that, letting me know that he can't do that -- it will burn the pizza. So I tell him to burn the pizza. But of course that doesn't happen. It's Little Caesar's, dude. Just cook the food the way people ask for it. I go back because I enjoy this rigamarole. It's entertaining to me. My food is always good. It just takes an argument to get it that way.

Horrible customer service and pizza! Went into the store and was not greeted. Finally when someone came to the counter she talked so incoherently that I had to have her repeat what she said a couple of times and still couldn't understand her. I ordered the $5 hot and ready pepperoni, but was told it is $6 now even though the commercials say $5 still. The pizza was old and stuck to the box. It was cold, tasteless, overcooked, and had no crust. Don't come here unless you want ripped off and a crappy pizza.
