The best of the dominos pizzas in the Metro. It's just so consistent. If you want a pizza made a certain way just ask. The only reason I took one star off was because the online ordering does not cover the same area for delivery that phone orders do. What's the deal with that? I've asked several times and the employees have no idea or inclination to find out how to add my neighborhood to this online delivery list.

Staff is friendly, helpful and consistent. Never had an order incorrect, and delivery is always on time with correct order. Their new sauce and dough recipes are really good and the gluten free crust is delicious, too.

This particular location consistently has the best pizza! The employees here are always friendly, even when they are so busy... That's why we always choose them over all the many other pizza places in Edmond!

Wow. What a change! They're not lying when they say they've changed their recipe. The thin crust is fantastic!

Domino's just changed their pizza recipe and WOW is it better! It's much more garlic-y than before so you must be a fan of garlic to love it, but let me tell you, if you've not had the new recipe you HAVE to try it. Order it today. Right now. And from this store! Sign up for email alerts from the website and you'll get coupons dang near every week. I just got 2 large pizzas, hotwings, and drinks for 24 bux! The Pros: Great pizza, great smokey hotwings (char grilled?), and fantastic staff taking orders over the phone. The Cons: The only con at this store that we've found is the delivery drivers. Granted, teens today are all mannerless slobs, but one driver of ours looked stoned out of his mind and wouldn't say more than one word at the door, and the second guy was Mr. Cool and had shades on at the door, which is very unprofessional when you're going to somene's house. People like to see your eyes when they open the door to you, ya punk! Show some class. /beat! Anyway, aside from the drivers that should be quickly fired and replaced this store is tops. Go now and order. Now! :)

The dominoes web site said I was outside of the delivery area. I called this store anyway and they agreed to deliver the pizza! Both my wife and I are both suffering from injuries and delivery was the only way we were going to get the pizza! Thanks so much for helping us out. We ordered the italian sausage on one pizza and ham/pineapple on the other. Some of the best pizza we've ever had. I asked the driver to bring everything in and put it on our table since we're injured and he was very professional and helpful. Plus the pizza got here in 20 minutes on a friday night! I tipped the guy $10 for the effort and it made his night. Order with confidence! If you treat people like human beings you'll be surprised how well they'll treat you back!

Section 1 ~~~THE DRAMA~~~ (If you're not into drama skip to section 2) We were running late to a party, andMy wife went in to place the order, and I tended the children in the car. She ordered a simple two topping pizza.~20 min later I went in to grab the pizza. The small waiting area was packed with people. I asked if my pizza was ready. Not. I noticed they have a screen with your name on it. Mine said "In oven 4 minutes left". It cycle from "in oven" to "In QC check", and then "ready for pickup". 5 minutes later, I asked "Is that board really accurate?". They replied "Nooo, not really". So I watched several delivery drivers come in, grab pizzas from the rack and leave. I watched other names on the ready board ahead of me disappear without any pickups. Then I disappeared off the board, which I thought was odd. I kept watching the delivery guys grab pizzas and thought, certainly mine is among these new pizzas. Then someone walked in trying to pick up his order, and it went something like this. "Remember me? I came in here to pick up an hour ago and you said my pizza wasn't ready, so I told you I'd be back in an hour. Well, I'm back. Then the attendant went to check the rack, and came back. Sir, one of your pizzas is ready, but we never cooked the other one (likely a HUGE LIE). Then he was very calmly like, I don't understand. Hour and 20 minutes and you never cooked one of them? Then presumably the manager came to apologize. The customer was clearly frustrated but he said: I understand, you are just really busy (I'm pretty sure this guy must have been a preacher). So just refund me the second pizza and I'll be on my way (presumably to pray for patience and forgiveness for others gross incompetence). Shortly after, a guy runs up and tells me my pizza is in the oven. Oh geeze. At this point I'm now like 50 minutes late, but he assures me it is nearly ready. So, I waited another while. Watching the delivery guys come and go. "Driver out" they shout to make sure someone knows they are leaving. I think I watched only one guy come in and successfully pick up what must have been a strange pizza order. Then the guy who told me the pizza was in the oven changes his story. "Sir, I'm sorry, but we NEVVVVERRR MAAAADE YOURRRR PIIIIIZZZZZZAAAAAAAA (That was slow motion for effect)". Not being a preacher, and having full use of a post graduate education vocabulary, I quickly thought... Hey, these guys here in the lobby were here when I got here too. They deserve a good show. So, I raised my voice and put one on. I told him I wasn't going to spend any more of my time in there, watching his shenanigans, and to refund my money so I could go on my way. He mumbled something about a refund, and I think something trying to appease me that I didn't listen to, because the situation was not salvageable. He took down my phone number, because apparently he likes being patronized, or he liked my dad bod, so maybe he'll call me later. Section 2 ~~WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW~~ (Why you should probably never do pick up on a Friday night with a small simple order) My friend is an ex Domino's delivery driver. When an order is placed, the timer tracker starts for corporate reporting stats, and you get a cute display on that screen or on the online tracking app. The assembly line makes your pizza, and they check in the system when the pizza goes in the oven. If you are a pickup order, this is where the tracking actually stops, because the system assumes a ~9 min cook time, and that the pizza is ready ~11 min later for you to pick it up at your leisure. HOWEVER, if it's a DELIVERY order, they ALSO record when the delivery guy picks it up and takes it out for delivery, and when it is delivered and the driver returns to base, so there's no way for them to cheat on delivery order timing. BUT, on pickup it is WIIIIIIDE open for abuse. They can tell corp they basically gave you the pizza and dismiss you from stats when they sent your pizza out on a delayed delivery and you had to wait again. IF THEY ARE BUSY, ORDER DELIVERY, and if you are doing takeout, order an odd pizza. Do half and half, or my former Domino's employee friend mentioned having them put olives or something only on a small portion of the pizza. Make it something nobody would order on a delivery run. They may still grab it if it's similar enough I guess, and apologize later to the delivery customer, but...
