Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Are here for lunch and got the Caesar salad and hot ham and cheese, yummmmy!!! The salad was the best I've had in a while. The service was fast and wait time wasn't to bad even with the busy lunch hour. The reason it gets 4 stars and not five are a couple different reasons. First, our server didn't check on us very often so we had to waved down other people to bring us stuff, which was kind of annoying. Secondly, this place was so cold that we didn't want to stay long. That sounds petty but if I'm cold... There's a problem! I'm NEVER cold! My mom and little brother were miserable and had to go outside a few time to warm up. I'll be back tho!

Apparently, its the only downtown restuarant open and serving alchohol on Sundays. Sat at the bar, had a decent turkey melt sandwhich, and two cocktails. Cute and friendly wait-staff. Probably a good place to watch the game with three giant TVs behind bar.

I don't care for the weird combinations! Like drunk college students made it. If you choose your own its not bad pizza but its not over the top either. Its also very loud compared to say Marcos with better toppings and ingredients. Also The Pizza Place makes a fresh pie has a very good thin crust and is not a chain restaurant.

Hideaway Pizza has made a major investment in Bartlesville. Thank you! Delicious pizzas, pastas, salads, sandwiches, and Italian h'oeuvres. All tucked into a beautifully restored turn of the twentieth-century building, with state-of-the-art amenities. Located in Bartlesville's newest 'hot-spot'. The crossroads of Frank Phillips and Johnstone, in the heart of the city. Hands-down the best sports bar in town. With a friendly motivated staff...you can't miss with this choice! They also offer a spacious banquet room and catering for your special venue.

Yummy! We had the fried pickles which we usually only like the fried spears but these dill slices were thick and yummy! A must! The fried mushrooms were awesome too. I had Bbq pizza and it was good too! The atmosphere is nice too!

I'm from Houston but was in town with my mom visiting my grandfather and we decided to go to Hideaway Pizza. It's a favorite of my mothers when she visits for its good food and quality service. When we entered with my elderly grandpa an employee opened the door with a smile, we were warmly welcomed and asked our preference of a booth or a table and we chose a half booth half table which is easier for my grandpa. The feel of the restaurant is nice and rustic, I like it a lot. We ordered or food and drinks at the same time because we already knew what we wanted. My grandpa ordered the fried mushrooms for the table and the Italian sub for himself. My mom and I split a paradise pie and a Caesar salad. Our drinks came in good time and the fried mushrooms as well. The pizza came shortly afterwards with a sandwich and no salad. We asked the waitress for the salad and she apologized and brought it out shortly. We then realized my grandpa was served the wrong sandwich, when we told the waitress she was very apologetic. The manager soon came after very kindly and offered to pay for my salad, the sandwich and said we could keep the mistaken sandwich. He was very nice and apologetic as well and the waitress for his mistake. Overall the food and service was good, I really enjoyed the ambiance and the experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal!

Good pizza, well worth the visit. In town for business and locals recommend this establishment. There were 5 of us for dinner. Plenty of seating, lots of room to spread out, lots of TVs if you want to catch a game and a large selection of beers to choose from. We just stuck with the pizza. Had the Hurricanes, Sooner, and Sicilian. Thin crust.. Great pizza. All of them. Will we be back, yes, an I will sample other pizzas when we come back.

My "go to" pizza place while I am working in Bartlesville. Pretty good lasagna, great meatballs and decent pizza (I am more of a Chicago deep-dish fan). Their salads are also tasty. Service is quick and efficient. Full bar and a decent selection of beer, too.

Pizza is always good, but at Hideaway they really do it right. Their crust is amazing, and they have lots of varied and interesting toppings. You can eat really cheaply here for lunch, and you will always have a great experience. Everything is fresh, garlic knots are fabulous. Best place for pizza in downtown Bartlesville.

Was in the Ville overnight on a Sunday afternoon. This was my first visit here. The ATW pizza was very good - great crust, toppings, and very cheesy. Our table also ordered a Tulsa Hurricane which arrived without the essential BBQ sauce drizzle. The manager visited our table and replaced the pizza, so we got a two-fer. The pene alfredo and marinara were also tasty as were the fried mushrooms. They have a decent selection of craft beers as well. The service was decent to boot. I'd definitely make a return visit.

Good first- Nice layout and good beer selection. Bad- service was terrible, I walked in and three waiters just stared at me by the "Please Wait to Be Seated" sign until I said I'll sit at the bar where the bartender served a couple who sat down minutes after me. The pizza had good meats, bad cheese, and the jury's still out about the crust. I will try it again b/c everyone raves about it and I want to think it was just an off day but not a good first impression

Had the thin crust Maui Magic. Canadian bacon with mozzarella, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and had them add jalapeños for good measure. Not a thing wrong with it. Ordered a small and finished it off by myself. Probably could have stopped a few pieces short but NOT! Definite do over.

This place is awesome. Ive had good quality pizza and this is at the top of the list. The paradise is my favorite. The choices of beer on tap are plentiful. If you like craft beer this is a good place for drinks. Highly recommend.

Great time tonight. Our server, Paige, was awesome. Had fried pickles, they were great. We didn't get free desert for posting this but wasn't for the lack of trying. ..lol

This a great pizza restaurant in a great historic building right in the center of downtown Bartlesville. I had heard they use organics whenever possible, have gluten-free choices, and will work with a customer on special orders. I can't eat cheese so I thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. Very good pizza! Great friendly and attentive staff who would go out of their way to get it right. I ordered a Apollo with no Mozzarella or Parmesan. It was outstanding without the cheese. We watched the World Cup on their huge crystal-clear LCD TVs over the bar. The bar is cool too. They used white LEDs to shine up through the bottles of beer, wine and liquor. Everything has a warm bright glow against the red brick walls. Very cool! Expect a wait, but usually it is pleasant inside or outside and it moves pretty fast. This place is popular and you can see why. Open Sundays too.

My friends and I tried 3 different types of pizza and they were all good. Great beer selection especially draft beer. I was visiting out of town for my sons World Series baseball tournament and went in because it was close to the stadium. Paige the bartender was one of the nicest, most friendly people I have ever met. Her service was excellent, food was very good and beer selection was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Located in a historic building in downtown Bartlesville, this place was a bit of a surprise. Expecting just pizza, we found a great variety of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and other dishes on the menu. Members of my group ordered sandwiches and pizza - and ALL were top-notch!!! The service was fast (although there was quite a crowd watching one of the U. S. World Cup matches in late afternoon), and the food was great!! The waitress was quite attentive, keeping our beverages 'topped off' and checking to see whether we needed anything. Oh, yes - BE SURE to try their fried mushroom appetizer - but be careful - those rascals are extremely hot when they get to the table!! This is not a complaint - it's a compliment!! In too many places, food is not hot when it arrives at the table, but this is not a problem here at all - for ALL of our hot dishes were piping hot when we got them!! AND - be sure to check out their desserts, especially the lemonade pie - just $1.99 a slice!! When in Bartlesville, DO NOT MISS THIS FINE EATING ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Pizza tasted top notch and everything had to be fresh. I was impressed with the sauce with the slightly sweet and bold taste. They had several specialty pizzas on the menu. There was one pizza on the menu that was very unique with different type topping combinations on each slice. If this place had a full bar it would be perfect. However, they had a great beer menu with several microbrews to choose from. I was glad to see another restaurant open in downtown Bartlesville. As a business traveler, one thing that surprised me is the limited restaurant choices downtown. I hope it does very well and promotes new restaurants to open downtown. Lastly, the service was excellent. I'll be back.
