Stopped for a burger and was very disappointed in both the service and the food. The place was very busy and yet there were 4 employees sitting at a table together having a break.. One was in the restroom on his cellphone. I must've waited 30 minutes for my burger and fries which came out cold and extremely disgusting. Soo much mayo I couldn't finish it. The meat was cold and the buns were soaked. They were completely out of tea, all the trash was overflowing. The floor in the restroom was disgusting and flooded. I would not recommend going to this location. I've never been to a bad braums before but this one was horrendous.

Since it's right on the highway, it's extremely busy, so be prepared to wait in line.

On our way home from OK to TX we stopped for lunch here. Brother ordered burger, crinkle cut fries and soda. (Devoured it and said "pretty good") Hub ordered fully loaded chili (onion, cheese, jalapeño, sour cream), iced tea and butter pecan ice cream. (Said best restaurant chili he has had and LOVES their ice cream) I ordered 4 chicken fingers, iced tea and soft serve. All good (for fast food) Yesterday on our way to OK hub ordered butter pecan with cherries and I had another twist frozen yogurt. All in all: Pros: Fast service, cheap prices, convenience store feature is well, convenient, ice for drinks is the "good ice", food tastes good for the price, service is friendly, bathrooms moderately clean Cons: Lines can be confusing, tables were a little greasy, bathrooms could be cleaner

Why 4 stars? Because it's quality ice cream. --- --- --- Important Note: This is the only Braum's I have ever been to. I've heard that they are usually of higher quality, but this is the only one I have to go off of. They are no slouch when it comes to the ice cream. There are a ton of different flavors, and it has that old-school vibe. An old school vibe is usually a good one when it comes to ice cream businesses. Why? Because back in the day, going out for an ice cream was one of the coolest things you could do. That was before the time that you literally had the entire world in your pocket, i.e. a phone that connects you to every corner of the universe, instantly. My girlfriend and her mom talked up this little chocolate soda concoction, so I had to go with the flow on this one. I loved it, despite them claiming that it's usually much better at other Braum's. While others waited in line, we ventured up and down the aisles to find a bunch of different items that you normally wouldn't find at a convenient store. I really enjoyed the whole experience here!

Again, I've waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes before placing my order. There are less than 10 customers inside the building. I asked for a discount when placing my order and she rudely said "you're not getting a discount!". This Braums has gotten worse and worse over the last six months or so. Unfortunately I was told both Braums in Ardmore up on by the same person so I can't escape this fiasco. Total time waited from getting in line to getting food was 27 minutes. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
