Third time in. Excellent service and pizza. We had the mobster (first visit) excellent. Then the German (second visit) which came complete with sauerkraut which was super different and amazing. Then today, we are trying the mealball, taco and buffalo chicken. So we will have some to take home for lunches this week. Overall, it beats the heck out of the competition here in Alva and would most likely rate pretty high up in the big city. If you're in the neighborhood, you should definitely give this place a try.

The pizza that came straight out of the oven wasn't bad, but I really was hoping for something more than a generic pizza place. Skip the salad bar and pack a lunch the next time you head out to NW Oklahoma. Of the couple places in Alva, OK, listed on Yelp Gambino's was #2 on my list. There was a sandwich place I had my eye on, but they weren't open. Outside of the food part of the restaurant, I did see a handful of roughnecks and two cowboys wearing spurs taking a lunch break. That was fun.

This place has the best pizza in NW Okla. Its always clean and has a friendly staff. Lunchtime is always busy so get there early.

This pizza is pretty fantastic. I've eaten here on two separate occasions and have been impressed both times on the quality, flavor and presentation of the pizzas. I had the mobster the first time. It was good but seemed a little topping heavy and lacking in cheese. The toppings fell off pretty easily which is pretty irritating. The second time I ordered the mobster again but also ordered extra cheese with it. It was a lot better this time. And looked like a perfect pizza to me. Tasted the part too. My grip isn't with the pizza though it's the price. $28 for ONE large. That's my grip. It's a mighty fine pizza. But I struggle with whether or not it's $28 worth of fine. I find myself questioning whether I would rather sacrifice a little bit of quality and buy Pizza Hut instead for a 50% savings. That's the reason for only three stars. Bottom line: if price is of no concern buy Gambinos.

Super fast, clean & friendly staff. Cheeseburger pizza was yummers - not greasy & crust was tasty. The salad bar was fresh, clean & had several options. Was on a road trip & ate the leftover pizza cold the next day & it was still yummy!

We have eaten so much pizza from Pizza Hut that I had gotten to the point I never wanted to eat pizza again, ever! When Gambino's opened up and we tried it for the firs time it was like I'd never eaten pizza before. It's the best pizza I've ever eaten, the crust is great the toppings are great and the service has always been good. We usually go there but from time to time pick it up and go home, I recommend eating it fresh and hot there, it's far better this way.
