My family went for dinner and granted there were 16 of us. However, they only gave us one server. All of the tables around us were served and one table had two sets of customers who ate and left. It was well over an hour before we were served and the hot foods were cold when we got them. Manager made typical sounds blaming the waitress for not turning in the tickets properly but if he was a manager, he would have taken steps to handle a table with that many people himself.

My boyfriend & I often come here for dinner, the service is great but the food is quite salty, and one time my burger sliders weren't well-cooked. I like that they gave us free roasted peanuts to kill time. Anyway, it is one of a few decent restaurants around Ada, will come back sometimes.

I and my boyfriend came to SantaFe 4 times already. Pretty good experiences!!! I live in other state , just come to this town to see my bf. So he suggested me this is the best restaurant in town, so I can try steak and drinks. I love the decorating and love food and cocktails there also. The 4th time we came, I forgot my id so Bartender didn't let me drink alcohol but lucky my bf's house is very close to there so he can come home and take it over LoL. I wish bartender can remember my face so next time when I come again I can try all of cocktail you have :-D of course me and my bf family love this restaurant. We will comeback for dinner some time. Such a lovely bar

Three nights in a row.....the food was late, the food was not prepared right, the presentation was bad. I spoke with the floor manager on the last visit. He said, "We are doing pretty well". It is a new restaurant in a growing town, of course it's doing, 'pretty well'. He was defensive and somewhat confrontational. The food tasted fine, but every thing else was wrong. While I waited 35 minutes for a fiesta salad on a Thursday night, I noticed the manager hugged up to many young girls in the establishment. I will return, simply out of convenience. However, he needs to correct his management or leave.

For a chain this is a great steakhouse. I have tried many items on the menu. The steaks are seasoned well and tasty, cooked to perfection. Ribeye is a great choice as well as the Lynchburg steak it has a bourbon glaze on it. Looking for something lighter? They have an excellent caesar salad in which you can also add sliced steak or chicken. The chicken fried steak is very good and comes as a generous portion. They give you fresh hot rolls but lately they seem to be taking them out of the oven a bit too soon and come out a little doughy but they are still delicious. This place is usually pretty busy but it doesn't often take very long to get a table if you don't get one right away.

What a fun atmosphere!! The food was yummy but we both had to send out steaks back bc they were pretty undercooked. The Chef was more than happy to fix the problem for us and promptly brought it back cooked to our order. The signature drinks were good and the dessert was tasty! Our waitress was also at the bar, so she took a tad longer to get back to is a time or two.

I don't do many reviews, this one is worth my time to post. We went there last night with 8 people to celebrate with family and were VERY disappointed. The service was slow, all our food was cold wen it got out to us, and they messed up almost half of the orders. One person ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad, an she got a plate with a chicken breast on it. Yep, that's it! A piece of chicken! 3 people ordered the Santa Fe tilapia, which has a nice sauce on it. Two of them got blackened catfish. Then the waiter had the gall to argue with us that they don't serve catfish that way! Two of us ordered coleslaw as sides and were told 10 minutes AFTER all the food was brought out that they no longer has any coleslaw and would have to order another side. Needless to say, this is off my list for next visit.

Every waitress here has Down Syndrome. Your order will take 245964237 years and be wrong. All the food will be cold and taste old and all of your meat will be cooked to the wrong temperature. I ordered cheese sticks and had to send them back to be fried more, because they still had ice crystals when they got to me. The best things about the meal were the free peanuts and the complementary biscuits.

Two words: Redneck Tea! A Redneck Tea (alcoholic drink) is basically a Long Island with Everclear instead of Vodka, and one other ingredient besides a tap of Coke. It's served in a mason jar, and it's about $8... so it's amazingly efficient in getting you tossed. We each drank 3 of these last Saturday, and I haven't gotten a start to my night like that for a long time. I ordered the "Death Burger" and it kicked @ss. Prices were great, service was excellent, and atmosphere was overall perfect.

Just another Texas Roadhouse up front. Food was decent, but nothing spectacular about it or the atmosphere.

I love the way this restaurant is decorated. I never thought I'd eat around taxidermy animals but they are actually cute and there are funny signs everywhere. The chicken fried steak was good and big enough for 2 people. The 16 oz rib-eye my cousin ordered was "delicious and cooked just right". The rolls were either overcooked and hard or undercooked and gooey. There was a wait @ 6pm on a Thursday and the hostess was rude and got our groups name wrong causing confusion and a longer wait. The wait staff was attractive, friendly and attentive.

This just another run of the mill roadhouse / steak / BBQ restaurant. The food was good, but not amazing. The seating atmosphere was good, but not amazing. The peanut shells on the floor I have seen done in about every one of the same restaurants of this style. It's not a bad choice, just nothing stands out as memorable. Though our experience was good with good food and a very friendly (and attractive) staff.

Peanuts when you enter, shells on the floor, servers gathering around a table to scream about birthday and a hostest that wants to seat you at the bar high tops for a sit down dinner. The server had to come back to the table three times before she got the order right. Nothing orignal here and the food was a little above average. When you go look for options in this town, this may be your choice.

Had a buddy from the west coast come out and visit Oklahoma and figured the best place to go was Sante Fe and show him what a Redneck Tea was. Had three of these bad boys, a full slab of ribs, a death burger, and some fried cheese sticks and everything was great. This place has a good atmosphere, great service and even better food and drinks.
