I only go to Tim Horton's when I need a place to do homework really late at night. The coffee is decent, not great by any means. Don't bother with there "mochas" or "lattes". They have pretty good baked goods that come out fresh pretty regularly. They have free wi-fi and plenty of tables to work at while you're there. The staff is a little grumpy, but then again I'm usually there at 2am. Be warned its about 50 degrees in the store so bring a sweatshirt. Basically, nothing special, but its great if you need to do homework.

Just started working in Xenia and both times I have ordered at this Tim Hortons they gave me sausage instead of bacon. Also get a better lid for coffee and an insulated cup!

Unfortunately for Xenia, we don't have a lot of options with fast food. Typically if I'm looking for a quick breakfast without all the grease and salt, I'm stopping by Tim Horton's. However; there's just something off about the Xenia location. I very rarely leave the building or drive-thru feeling glad that I stopped there. If you're even able to get into the parking lot (due to the drive thru line spilling into the street), you have the pleasure of meeting some young lady on her first shift, totally overwhelmed, bringing down the other girls that have been there a week now. My order is typically messed up somehow, wrong bread, wrong meat or its dried up, regular egg instead of white. I'm just glad that I order black coffee because that hasn't been messed up that I can remember and I do enjoy their coffee. It also usually takes 10-15 minutes until I can gladly depart the premises. I'm not boycotting all Tim Horton's. I understand that they can vary by location due to management (who I'm blaming this one on) and staff and I actually enjoy the experience and quality of other locations. Just do yourself a favor if you read this in Xenia, and you don't want to wait on Bob Evan's, and don't want the fatty, greasy, salty, McD's, Burger King, or Biscuit World, just go to the Speedway gas station instead (or better yet, make it yourself).

While I'm a huge Tim Horton's fan I have to say that this location isn't the best. They are extremely inconsistant and I have orders repeatedly messed up. They need to quit worrying about how quick they can move people and worry about the service because down the road if it continues they won't have many people. I'll make the drive to Beacercreek when I need my fix from now on.

Basically like McDonald's, both in terms of service and quality. That's not a compliment. Also, at 10am on a weekday morning, they were actually *out of milk*. Seriously, how the heck is it possible for a coffee shop to literally *run out of milk*?!?

The food was "okay" and will do in a "pinch". The service on the other hand was atrocious. The people working there were the rudest, snarliest employees I've come across in a long time. Apathy is an understatement. I have even contacted their customer service and filled out a review there. I don't want to base my opinion of Tim Hortons on this one experience at this specific location. Needless to say, I'll never walk trough the doors of this particular location AGAIN.
