If your looking for a good steak, go somewhere else. Salad was brown and vegetables over seasoned.

Really enjoyed our meal! Came in Sunday evening and was seated right away. Our waitress told us about the margaritas and suggested the Black Widow-- delicious!! I ordered the mango pineapple sirloin which was great! The steak was very well seasoned! My mom had the regular sirloin which was also good! The staff was very friendly! Will return!

Terrible. Menu is a poor imitation of Tex Mex food. There is nothing creative or interesting, but there are enough gimmicky things to be irritating. Just because you put chipotle in something does not make it good. Their tacos are served in something called "chipotle shells." And all the chicken is something called "peppery chicken." Service was fine. Chips and salsa were up first. Tostitos with Pace Picante sauce would have been better. Chips were stale and even the "hot" salsa was incredibly bland and obviously out of a can. Dining companion ordered an Arizona Eggroll as an appetizer. Interesting presentation of eggrolls, but they turned out to be bland pieces of mush wrapped in something and deep fried. They were served with some kind of chipotle ranch or something. Very bland. Since the menu was such a bummer, I just ordered the nachos as my entree - I was going for safe. The only thing fresh on the plate of nachos were fresh jalepeños, which were a welcome addition to the stale chips smothered in cheese sauce, refried beans, taco meat well below Taco Bell standards, and a tiny scoop of guacamole with a healthy dollop of sour cream. Yuck. For $9.99, they really could produce a quality product with real cheese and a decent protein. It was as if they weren't even trying. My companion had some sort of a burrito. He thought he ordered a beef burrito that he says only contained beans. And it was served with a side of beans. He did not eat very much and I couldn't even look at that pile of nasty. So if you enjoy canned food and stale chips and silly gimmicks, by all means, check out Tumbleweed. If you prefer food that is fresh and flavorful, go somewhere else.

Oh so bad! Server was friendly. My sons chicken fingers were fine, daughters beef taco was something worse in texture and taste of Hormel Chili in a can. Our burgers were nasty. Hubby's bacon looked like it was cooked 3 days ago. My el fuego (their signature burger) was dry, the jalapeño ring weren't even spicy And the cheese was rubbery like it had been left out on the counter to melt. We ordered a gin and tonic and a vodka soda which they charges us for even after we complained that there wasn't any booze in them and that the tonic wasn't tonic it was sprite. Not my worst meal ever but in the top 5 of recent memory. Awful awful awful. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Service was friendly. Food was abundant and delicious. Tequila selection was massive. Craft beer selection was pitiful. When I've been here after normal dinner hours, service was a little slow.

Service was friendly, that was the best part of the meal. Brisket tacos were fatty and had a lot of gristle . Do not order the table side guacamole, bland bland bland . I do like their hot salsa though. My advice, go somewhere else.

First off, when me and my business associates were seated by the hostess, we were put at a booth that was incredibly dirty. There were empty sauce bowls laying on the seats, dirty napkins, and salsa spilled on the seats. One of my colleagues sat right on the salsa and got it all over his white trousers! It was so bad we immediately got up and left the restaurant. I will never return to this restaurant ever again.

The margaritas are some of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Their selection of tequila is quite good, especially for Ohio. The food however was not very good at all. The place is not cry well run, evidenced by the manager busing more tables than anyone else. Perhaps they had a problem with people making out to work that day, but the easy the hostess, waitresses, and bus boys ignored people,I tend to think it is a management issue. The manager seemed like he was trying, but simply didn't know how to manage people. If you want a great margarita and are willing to put up with slow drive and mediocre food, then stop in. Otherwise, find somewhere else.

Been here a couple of times, and the food was fantastic, the service was great, and was just an overall good dining experience. Never had any problems with food or service. 5/5.

Two of my sister-in-laws my wife and I went to the grill and enjoyed the food. The salad I had was good met my expectations. The outside was so so. Didn't have to wait very long to get in to the table Saturday night. Good and bad comments that way. Service I thought was pretty good. No real complaints at the table.

Stopped here for lunch when the nav system had a brain fart and misdirected us. If there were such a thing as "do overs" in the real world, we'd have sailed on by. The lady got beef fajitas. There was an uptick of 2 bucks to get refried beans with the order. This made her luncheon entree $16. She is not a fan of smoke flavor and apparently this had too much so two bites and the rest went in a take-home box for yours truly to gag down later. The waitress confessed to not liking tilapia when I inquired as to it's worthiness, but stated that everyone to whom she had served it had VERY favorable comments. It came with a choice of two sides, I got a salad, (rather nice, very fresh, green and red peppers, onion, tomato, cuke, iceburg house made oddly sweet croutons, and cheese, all compartmentalized for those who like their tossed salads untossed, and a baked sweet potato. The tilapia was $11. It was served on a bed of rice, which had I known it was coming would have negated the potato, oh well. The tilapia had that musky taste that catfish can have. I'm not sure if anyone finds it a pleasant taste, but I most certainly do not. Pond mud is not one of my favorite flavors. It was however, a reasaonably large portion of pond mud! The advertised lime rub was indiscernable, the few grains of rice that inadvertently made it into my mouth with bites of fish were without flavor. The sweet potato was served with the ever popular brown sugar and whipped butter, both on the side. There was easily twice as much butter as one needed, so no complaints there..skipped the sugar. With iced teas tax and 20% tip lunch was $42. Call me old fashioned, but for a $42 lunch, either the food should be great, or the atmosphere outstanding, or the servers should be in an advanced state of undress, and hot! The server was pleasant and competent, but fully clothed, and the decor was chain-restaurant-tex/mex/sports-bar-tired. No atmoshphere candy there. And you know about the food. I will say their national barkeep has done some great acid, 'cause they had some VERY funky drinks advertised, including booze soaked cotton candy, (how does it not dissolve?), and some other novel concepts. I note that most of the people reviewing the place talk almost exclusively about the drinks. I totally get that!

Great service is the selling point here. I don't love all the cuisine but I am a fan of management that bends over backwards to make it right and make you happy. The Ribeye is always a good choice and the one time I made a wrong choice (the Tilapia tasted very fishy), John the manager quickly struck it from the bill and got me something much more palatable. Cheap drinks on Tuesday's and Thursday's make this a great spot for those who indulge. I hope this place widens its menu soon and includes some shell fish, crab legs and the like. The staff has always been friendly but unfortunate corporate restrictions keep them from getting you a world class drink. Overall a great place for a weeknight outing.

Stopping through small towns and dining is always risky. Tumbleweed wasn't worth it...the outside of the place looked like nobody cared about the appearance. In the staff's defense it was a chilly day however I would not be surprised if the even served 20 customers since afternoon when it wasn't cold out...next up..there was an distinct smell there...exactly. So as my stomach growled I started noticing my surroundings...the place had a unique feel with antler ceiling lamps tacky but whatevs...the floor had tortilla chips napkins and trash all over it! Way to many servers on shift not even bothered by the shape of the place. Gross! I instantly decided i need this to go...so i proceeded to the bar. I sat at the bar and the young girl behind the bar seemed nice. She was. Gave me some suggestions and provided me with chips and salsa. I couldn't help but get annoyed that two servers in uniform and name-tags sat down to eat a full meal directly behind me!! Who does that?!!! The bar girl seemed to keep busy doing her closer chores but the top of the bar was not very inviting. The place had two families and one was talking to a manager about her meal wasn't good. Never a good sign... My food was below mediocre but not awful or bad. The rice (pilaf)?? & beans were solid and my avocado chicken tacos were okay as well...considering the avocados were clearly not as fresh but hey i decided not to cook. Not likely to return. Staff looked sloppy (end of the day) and acted unprofessional. But hey it wasn't upscale...wouldn't suggest it!

It's a large chain restaurant that is run by a friendly staff with mediocre standards. Food tastes okay, presentation is terrible but the build your own margarita is good, that said I can "build" this same Margarita at home.

If you go, go knowing that it's a chain and expect as much. It's just fine, but not exactly fine dining. I went on a Monday, when they have $.99 margs! The margs are fine, pretty average and not very strong. Their flavors make me nervous (they have quite a range). Mango marg, yes. Banana marg, no thanks. Yummy chips, but the "hot" salsa tasted a little like ketchup. I love the midwest. Our bartender Scott was great! My friend got food poisoning here once. I found that out after I had been.

They have a good top shelf margarita. Food is decent, but nothing special. Tex Mex may be out of fashion, but this place is creditable.

This was simply the most horrible Mexican food I have EVER had! I heard a rumor that these guys were connected with the old Chi Chi's. I thought possibly they had the same recipes. I made the 2 hour drive to find out... I thought wrong! Not only was Tumbleweed NOT anything like Chi Chi's it was plain terrible. I ordered the Enchiladas dinner and paid $9.99 for it. It included a beef and cheese enchilada. The cheese was not melted and it was so hard that I could not cut it with a fork. The beef was terrible. The taste was old and cheap. I hated the rice it was not typical mexican rice. My wife gave me her beef taco, I took one bite and threw it on my plate. It was terrible. The "famous" cheese sauce tasted like a cheap can of generic nacho cheese sauce. Both of our plates were full when we left and we were hit with a $29.50 bill which included our pop. I left feeling dirty and taken advantage of. Tumbleweeds is the worst mexican food I have ever had. Taco Bell is better and that says a lot. Don Pablos is so much better with bigger portions, better food, and better price--- plain and simple. BEWARE of Tumbleweed!
