As a fellow Partner from a different nearby district, I am typically super critical of any Starbucks visit. Not this time. This Starbucks was visually on-point clean & shelves were fronted/stocked, and as soon as you walk in and there is the promo display! It was exactly to sirens eye and really captured, in my opinion, the essence of what the marketing strategy is! The Partners working were also phenomenal- friendly (but not the fake kind) they moved quickly and efficiently. You guys should be proud- Great Job!

Great location. Haven't had a bad experience in this store yet! The employees are professional and try hard to please the customer. The only drawback is the parking at peak times, it's sometimes hard to get a spot. But just keep circling like a vulture and you'll get one eventually. Enjoy!

My home starbucks! 5 stars cause the employees are very professional and work hard. Made me think starbucks was a great store. Turns out many are not. But this one is! Everyone is super nice! Glasses lady, Charlie, other lady with sharp features. Now I feel bad! I have to learn their names. The line can be long, but it moves quick! And they usually have the sandwiches I want! And the employees are not lazy and just talking to each other. It is an excellent starbucks! Tho they don't have the clover brewer. I don't even know what that is! Cause I only go here! The nearest one of those is in mentor. The parking here is horrible tho! There are like a hundred seats inside and 2 parking spots! Who planned that! It fills up with people sitting as soon as they are all comfy.. No one else can fit in the parking lot! No one else gets delicious coffee (except from the other starbucks .5 miles away basically in the same shopping center in the target with no line but with employees who are not engaged, and coffee sometimes brewed by the pour over method when it seems like it should have just been regular brewed) it would be my suggestion to have cars go in and park behind down the hill at the giant eagle and they could have a funicular to take them up for coffee! Willoughby! Go rebels, go starbucks!

My favorite part of the morning!! Stop in daily, all the employees are friendly, they make an effort to get to know your name and your regular purchase.

Pros: Spacious, as far as Sbuxs go. Plenty of soft chairs, small tables, and a larger table that can be shared. Music isn't too loud, which is huge pro when trying to get work done. Cons: it's freezing! Make sure you grab a sweater.

Stopped in here for caffeine one morning - was in a hurry to get to a meeting and it was raining hard out. It took longer than I wanted to get to the register to place my order - there was a good bit of friendly interaction with the cashier and the regulars in line in front of me - which is fine - just when you are watching the clock - well you get my point. Ordered my coffee - tall dark roast with room for cream. Your typical strong Starbucks coffee!

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. It's the one I go to regularly so I might be a bit biased, but I always get what I order promptly and the staff is always fantastic. Every time I travel, I realize how great it is there.

Great coffee w/ awesome service, which is extremely important since crabby sevice while coffee is being served can really dent one's experience (take note Starbucks on Detroit Rd. In Rocky River, OH)

Very spacious and has two entrances. Always clean and staff is usually friendly. Good hang out spot with easy access to shopping and eating.

A decent starbucks. I like that they do breakfast here for me and my suburban homes. Its essential. This place is located right next to the Huntington bank. I went at about 7am and the line was filed right back to the entrance, so you may see some sort of a delay. They also have free wi-fi again, its about damn time. I don't think anyone in there right min should have to pay for that perk in a commercial outlet. It's like not offering bathrooms!
