Great variety at good prices. Personal favorite is the fried chicken wings. Huge, crispy wings with amazing seasoning. The Hong Kong style shrimp wonton noodle soup is also good. One of the few chinese shops with delivery!

Looking for authentic Chinese around Columbus, a local sous chef at another restaurant recommended this joint in a somewhat barren part of Westerville. You order at the counter, but it's not fast food although the dining room is definitely no frills. There's a styrofoam cup station to get yourself cold water and tea and you have to bus your own dirty dishes. Everything is cooked to order and brought out to your table. First off, be aware there's an American Chinese menu and also a Chinese menu with more authentic choices that you have to ask about. It's bilingual, so no worries if you can't read Chinese although a few of the dishes are listed only in Chinese. I'm attaching pictures of the Chinese menu here. Cuisine is mainly Cantonese style, including congee (rice porridge). This is the sort of place where you have to know WHAT to order in order not to be disappointed. The Hong Kong style wonton noodle soup was definitely authentic and delicious. The soup was not fatty or greasy or laced with MSG. Highly recommend this dish for plump, authentic cantonese style wontons. I was not as impressed with the Hong Kong style crispy noodles. The noodles were fried hard and a bit too greasy, and there wasn't enough sauce on top for my tastes. It still does the job if you have a craving for crispy noodles. At least it came with a ton of fresh veggies and meats. It just wasn't as good as Sunflower's version, which is perfect.

If I could give a zero I would the food had absolutely no taste to it.. it was horrible. I literally couldn't eat it and had to order from a different spot. Please don't waste money or time. Please stay away. Like really look at the spring rolls..wtf?!?

The Hot & Sour soup was quite tasty and prepared fresh, not just ladled from a warming pot. The Pork Egg Foo Young was also quite good. Unfortunately, they have the same 'fried rice' aka yellow rice that most take-out places have... so they don't get a 4th or 5th star.

This place have me the worst Chinese food experience ever. I stepped inside this restaurant and it was dingy, dirty, and unpleasant. I ordered what I thought to be the safest dish on the menu, beef with broccoli. I cannot honestly say what I put in my mouth was actually beef. It was rancid. I looked at the counter and threw out the entire tray of food. I'm confident if health code officials investigated this place it would be shut down tomorrow. Yes, it was that bad.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered worsugai... It was THE worst Chinese food I've ever had from anywhere. I literally had to spit it out and I almost vomited. The chicken had a terrible taste... I am curious if it was really even chicken. I feel extremely ripped off. :-(

Fast, cheap, edible. I love "joints" but regarding this one Kevin L nailed it - unless you're shopping at Kohl's and just need a quick meal and don't much care about quality, you're better off at such as a Lucky House (or anyplace else?).

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
