This Chipotle used to be great but it has really gone down hill. A lunch for two that was $13 a year ago now costs $22. It has gone up in price but down in quality, portion size, and service. All the employees are unkept emo girls with no consideration and no attention span. They pay no attention to what I request and when getting double meat or an extra bit of something they cop an attitude and give you a teaspoon extra. Not to mention when a 20 bowl online order comes in after you waited in line 15 minutes they make the entire order before they even look at you.

I love Chipotle! They always have a line to wait in... but that's because the food is worth the wait ;) the staff is generally good and the food is always delicious.

Wow... unless you are a health organic nut you probably will NOT enjoy this place. Yes the food is fresh and healthy, but not Mexican food like you are accustomed to. I kept saying "where is the cheese sauce..." No we don't have that... "Where is the ground beef..."- No we don't have that... "where is the typical Mexican rice..."-Nope The staff has been drinking that "organic punch" so long they will look at you with eyes of disgust when you DARE ask for such unholy toxic food in their Synagogue. I don't go to Mexican restaurants to skimp on the food I love. The menu stinks and I would call this place "Ultra Diet Mexican Fare." You will pay a Hefty price for it too! Ill take Don Pablos ANYDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the food. I usually get the tacos...chicken, carnitas, steak, and barbacoa. I like the basics on them...cheese, lettuce, sour cream. Good hot salsa as well. Letter grade: B +

For food on the go...this place is geat...If you avoid some of the caloric toppings like creme cheese and guacamole it is healthy...Go for the burrito bowl...

Love this. While it is not your typical Mexican fare it is organic and has a great flavor. I personally love a pork burrito bowl with black and pinto beans, rice and cheese. Their sour cream sauce is wonderful and I love nothing more than to mix it all up and eat it on their fresh made chips! The kids meal is also extremely nice and my ten year old loves it!

POOR SERVICE. We watch the person who was supposed to help prepare our food talking in the back. Then our cashier as we were about to pay decide to go clear off a table. They weren't even busy. Then she tried to overcharge us by 10 dollars before I caught it.

I am still quite upset about what happened here with my most recent catering order. It is now to the point that I will probably not come back to this location. My customers faxed their order in long before the pick up time so they should have had ample time to get things right. I was unaware of what they had ordered so there was no way for me to check the accuracy of the order (which is something that I am learning that I have to do a better job of doing since very few places seem to get it right). I got the order back to the office, only for us to realize much of it was missing and much of it I was still charged for. When I called Chipotle to let them know what had happened, the staff member that I had spoken to was rude and pretty much had said "well it is not that much money, sorry about it". I explained that I am a sales rep and this was for a business lunch. She did not seem to care. I later called back and asked to speak to the manager, who also seemed to lack what it took to understand that this was a bigger deal than they were seeing. I emailed corporate and let them know, and at least they responded favorably which is why I will give another Chipotle location a shot sometime.
