We eat here pretty often, and have never had any issues with service or food-so I don't know what kinds of problems the past reviewers are having. The food is consistent with other BW3's around that we've been to, and the staff/management is always up to snuff.

We ended up here after the GOTR concerts Saturday night, around midnight. I was surprised that they were open for 2 more hours-it was pretty empty and in a strip mall a little jog from the interstate. The food was fine. There was a bit of frustration because one in our group ordered the app sampler and wanted to substitute the wings with boneless and our server told us that it wasn't possible-even when we were willing to pay an upcharge. In the end, the platter came with boneless, but that was just odd. It did seem like our food took awhile given how empty the place was, but maybe that just means that things aren't sitting under a heat lamp. BW's is one of few chain restaurants where I feel like I can never find something on the menu that I want to order. This location was fine, nothing was particularly wrong, it's just not really my taste.

Keep forgetting why I don't like this place. Slow night service in bar was horrible. Waitstaff more interested in talking with each other than taking care of the customers in the bar.

I almost didn't go here for dinner tonight based on the negative reviews but I went anyway and was rewarded. Four stars because it's a chain and I got exactly what I expected. My wings were delivered quickly and hot as was my cold beer. My server, Rebecca, stopped by my table several times during my visit to check on me. I was greeting quickly and cheerfully and more than one employee wished me a good evening as i left. Based on my own experience I would go there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cold draft and good wings.

Typical wing place, lots of TV and over zealous sports fans, mixed with family units. Wings are always cooked until there is no moisture left. Service for a Sunday pre-game was quick and attentive. Other foods were great.
