Sylvania location is a nice clean place, several large TV's over there... friendly staff, good food, don't know what it cost because my cousin picked up the tab. I walked in Saturday early afternoon -Labor Day weekend- and was greeted by a pleasant and up-beat staff member, there wasn't much of a crowd and I saw that I was the first in my party to arrive. Told the hostess I was expecting three 'cute-chicks' and would be at the bar. The bartender set me up with a margarita and a large glass of water while I got busy micro-computing. She asked about the mini-keyboard I was using and as I gave her the pros/cons I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned to see my cousin Linda!! She had come in and told the hostess she was "looking for a single man" and was sent my way with a giggle. Other cousin and her daughter came in shortly and we were seated in the bar area. Started with deep fried hot pickles and nacho things, both came out hot and tasty and the portion size was pretty good. The women split a couple orders of wings and I had the peanut-butter-bacon-burger thing. the wings tasted like chicken, the burger had just enough peanutty-ness to be thoroughly enjoyable. Typical toppings all crisp and fresh tasting: lettuce, onion, tomatoe, pickles piled high and held in place by the gription of four thick bacons sitting in the peanut butter. manager made the rounds and when we expressed our satisfaction with the store we got a 'yea!' from the bartender,

The special was a double cheeseburger and fries .... My bf and I did get a good seat for the game ...and our waitress was cute and bubbly .:: but the. Food was awful. Over priced ..... And for sure was over cooked .. I had burgers at moms the previous night and they were ten times better ... Now I am a server / high volume bartender , and not blaming our waitress Stephanie , it's whoever is responsible for sending that food out of the kitchen ! Fries were burnt and drenched in oil And Our 9$ appetizer consisted of a million chips and a small soup bowl of "buffalo chicken dip " the meal was 30$ and I was hungover So I only drank water .... Can we say over priced !

First time in the city and loved this place, great food! My friend and I wanted something local so we tried here. She had the salmon burger and I had the double cheeseburger, both were great! Only the waitress never had the salmon burger and didn't know how to make suggestions for sauce, maybe ask a few people for next time? We also had the waffle fries which were really good and we took home. We decided to sit outside because of the weather and were waited on fine, she refilled our drinks and came back to check on us a few times. Drink specials were also good, will be visiting when we do more shopping again!

We come here because my dad loves it. It's your typical sports bar, but the food is actually really good. Sometimes you just have to know how to order it, though. For instance, I recommend the breaded wings with chipotle BBQ sauce, but I recommend getting them well done with light sauce. Same goes for any fried appetizers or side orders...always ask for well done! The service has always been friendly, and it's never very crowded.

The only reason I am giving two stars is because my food was great! Worst service ever! After being seated we waited 10 minutes for a waitress, my boyfriend finally went up to the front desk to ask if we had a waitress, finally a girl who was half asleep came over and took our order. Side note the restaurant was not busy at all. I ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce, and tomato; the waitress repeated it back to me so I know she heard me . She delivered my burger with just lettuce.....???? I asked for the rest of the burger and she ran back to the kitchen with no apology. When she returned I also had to ask for the fries that was suppose to come with my burger, so I ate half my burger without fries. Either way, worst experience ever. The manager should be disappointed in his staff. Terrible experience.

Service was awful! My husband and I were sat and then ignored for 15 minutes. Another couple came in after us and their drink orders were taken right away. We just left and not one staff person tried to stop us. I am never going back and will never recommend. One star is being generous.

Typical chain sports bar. Just added lots of new TVs. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. They have great daily specials on food and drinks. I'd check it out if you are looking for a new sports bar!

I have been here twice and its a typical big bar that you will come across ample times in your life. Its not a run down place with quite a few flat screen spread throughout the restaurants. Service is decent and bar choice is adequate.

I don't know what it is about this place, but it feels like home. I have only lived in the T-O-L for a year, but for NFL games, it was $$$. I always threw down on the double cheese burger basket and plenty of Miller Lite to chase it down. Good place to keep track of your fantasy squad on a nice little Sunday. From what I remember, the waitress' were decent on the eyes too. Hey, I'm married. Beers, burgers, fantasy football, honies, and not thinking about Monday is my happy place. I'm hitbutual, this is where I will go to watch NFL on Sundays.

Absolutly the best wings in town. Tons of sauce that tastes out of this world. Great burgers and wraps. This location has a good wait staff which makes it an enjoyable dining experience. Deserves 5 stars, but it is a casual wing place!

Best chicken wings on the planet, hands down. You can order them with eleventy-five different sauces and spices, breaded or plain, all drummies, or just about any other way you like'em. I like the mild, breaded, all drummies with ranch dressing on the side. And I gotta tell you, Ralphies makes a fine charbroiled cheeseburger too. It's hard NOT to order some of each, especially when you go years between opportunities.

Limited vegetarian selection, you could make a meal out of the appetizers.

I visited twice in the past week for two reasons: got off work late and starving at 10PM and my first visit had me craving more 1/2 off appetizers after 9PM. The first night we visited we were greeted by a tall waitress with short hair, brownish-red and she made us feel like we were her best friends. We chatted up with her about everything before I realized, "I don't even know your name..." On the board when you walked in they had their specials, which we ordered from on the first night plus it informed us of the half off appetizers. Right off the bat we ordered Tony Packo's Fried Pickles, Fried Provolone and a basket of waffle fries. It was all very good and they were huge servings, which are regularly $7.99 each or less. I ordered the cod and fries that came with coleslaw, my friends each ordered the chicken chunks, one in honey BBQ and the plain BBQ. Of course there is a wide selection like all the other bar/restaurants in town that focus on chicken. My cod came out and it was crispy on the outside as I expected but what made it unpleasant was that underneath the crispy and outside the cod filet was uncooked batter. My server was so pleasant that I just told her I was full after the appetizer and just focused on my fries. The BBQ chunks were delicious, the Honey BBQ was a big sweeter than elsewhere but bearable. The food isn't stand out from anywhere else, but it is fitting for a sports bar/restaurant. Surely just frozen foods that are fried up when we ordered it and that's fine. Whoever there distributor is makes great Fried Provolone and if you are a fan of Fried Pickles, you know Tony Packo's is pretty good at them. I could eat their seasoned waffle fries forever and wish my friends were equal fatties as I am and drench it in the optional chili and cheese. The second night I went I would say I would prefer to not sit near the bar. The bartender was our server and it was okay. If there was a third reason we returned, it was probably because we were hoping to catch the same server. I don't think she was there. But we'll go back surely when its late and we need to eat. I live closer to the one in Holland but enjoy going to the one on Monroe better.

Used them to cater a business lunch for about 25 people. Dealt with a waitress at first for my order then dealt with the district manager bc she couldn't give me a decent price on our order. We use to order from the old General manager at this location he was awesome and took GREAT care of us. I expressed that the last time we ordered from this store after that manager left we did not have enough fries for everybody or sauce. Also discussed getting a price locked in with this location for future lunches like we did with the old manager. I ordered the food and he told me he would figure out the cost and call me back. When he called me back he quoted me about 50 dollars more then what we use to pay through the old manager. I told him it wasn't in our price range so we didn't want it. He then said the food was already being cooked. I apologized and said cost was the reason I got put on the phone with him I had about 7 dollars per head to spend on the order. He then said ok I will give it to you for the 7 per person. Perfect! I was really happy with that solution and asked to lock that price in for future orders. (We order lunch once or twice a month.) Then we got our food. They gave us one medium size tray of fries for 25 people and two sides of ranch and blue cheese. Also we didn't get any celery or carrots. Wings were poorly sauced. Very disappointed. Switching to Fricker's.
