The worst Outback. The bartender/waitet was brassy, curt, and not at all pleasant. My berry martini drink was supposed to be garnished with blackberry and strawberry, when I asked for it, she just flopped them on a napkin.

Our experience here was so terrible, it's hard to decide how to even begin. Outback describes itself as a "steakhouse restaurant". It's not an incredibly expensive restaurant, but it's not inexpensive either. Based on this, you would expect a minimum level of service and performance. As we walked in, we were greeted by a table full of garbage -- plates with leftover food, dirty silverware, glasses with dirty silverware inside, dirty napkins, etc. I'm not talking about what you would see when a party has just finished eating and left the table. It is clear that the waiters had been using this table as a collection point for the leftovers from every other table. It was a completely disgusting scene and this is the very first thing you see as you approach the restaurant. Not to mention, the bar top running the edge of the front terrace was also full of dirty plates and dirty silverware. This should have been enough to clue us in, but we persisted. We asked for a table to be cleaned so we could sit down. They proceeded to remove the dirty items, but the cleaning included brushing all the crumbs right off the table onto the floor! In addition to the crumbs, they already had cardboard coasters strewn about the floor. To complete our dining ambiance, we had screaming kids on both sides of our table. I mean kids screaming at the top of their lungs, with their parents in outer space. If your kid screams at the top of his lungs while dining, perhaps it's not a good idea to take him to a "steakhouse restaurant" late at night. He might be better suited for a Happy Meal in the ballpit at McDonalds. Of course, Outback management chooses to the easiest course of action, which is to ignore the problem and avoid the uncomfortable conflict. By this time we were seated and had already ordered, so we tried to make the best of it; but, things did not get better. As we transitioned from appetizer, to main course, to dessert, not a single plate was removed from our table. Is it too much to ask that when you bring the main course you remove the appetizer plates? Similarly, when you bring the desserts, should you remove the plates from the main course? To top it all off, we were seated in the outside terrace tables and people were smoking. I mean, seriously? How about a little sign that says "No Smoking" so that the people eating can actually enjoy their food, instead of the second hand smoke? I suppose the common theme, like always is management. They are not training their staff. They are not establishing clear metrics and expectations based on the training. They are not taking ownership for living up to the standards that you would expect from this type of restaurant. For what they charge, there are certainly better dining experiences at other nearby establishments, which we will certainly be patronizing in the future.

Typical Outback just like any other. Came in at 8:45, (a little late), service was fast. You could tell that the Potato was one of the last ones out of the oven as it was overcooked. Steak was not indifferent than any other in the area.

This place is probably up to par with the chain of restaurants. The service was nice enough but nothing great. The food was typical for the chain. Cookie cutter. It's a nice place to go eat. If you want the blooming onion this the place to go.

This vegetarian probably would have rated a chain steakhouse a little higher had her order been right. Surprise, surprise. I was celebrating my first non-sick day in a week by shopping with my sister, when our parents texted to see if they should bring us food home from Outback, where they were eating. I brought up the menu on my phone and requested a sweet potato with honey butter and brown sugar. I also requested a side of asparagus. As a vegetarian, I takes what I can gets in Bumfrick, Ohio. When we all met back at the house, I dug right into my asparagus. I was surprised to see that these were baby asparagus stalks instead of the traditional large ones, but they were pretty flavorful, grilled just right with slightly crispy tips and those gorgeous black marks all over. Someone had a heavy hand with the salt, though, and I had to blot quite a bit off. My potato, though, was completely incorrect. Instead of a sweet potato, Outback gave me a regular potato. Instead of honey butter, Outback gave me sour cream. Instead of brown sugar, Outback gave me... nothing. I was really disappointed, as I was craving the sweet potato like mad, especially after eating nothing but cough drops, hot chocolate and broth for five days. Still, I was hungry and I like potatoes, so I made the best of it. It was fine. I mean, it was a potato. It had a nicely crisp skin and the inside was al dente (can non-pasta stuff be "al dente"? Because this was somewhere between soft and crisp.). The skin had a nice sheen of salt on the outside, but again, there was way, way too much salt. I didn't hate my meal by any means, but I was a little bummed by it. Especially for takeout, a restaurant should ensure that the order is correct. Granted, my parents maybe should have checked everything before leaving, but they were blissfully stuffed from their own dinner and had food-coma-brain, so I can't blame them. I'd call the restaurant for a make-do, but I'm leaving the area tomorrow, so ... eh. I just probably won't get food here again the next time I'm home.

The food is up to standard with the national chain. The only complaint I have is that when I ordered a blueberry cocktail, they brought out the drink with no blueberries, and didn't say a word. I had to get the manager to take it back, and they still ended up charging me for it. After talking again with the manager, it was taken off the tab.

Came here for dinner with a colleague which made this my first trip to an Outback in years. We opted against a bloomin onion - fyi. I enjoyed the loaf of bread our server brought us, a sweet dark rye or pumpernickel variety. Also, the water was served with lemon slices, also a plus. My meal was underwhelming. I ordered a roasted filet in a port sauce. The meat tasted really mushy, too mushy even though I ordered it medium rare. The mushrooms in the sauce were overcooked, and the mashed potatoes were bland. The vegetables that came as a side were cut way large, but why? Couldn't the chef take a few extra seconds and slice them smaller? I think it would have helped the presentation of the food. The server was nice and the manager stopped by to check on us but otherwise, the food was MEH.

The food was up to Outback standards, which is excellent. However, the best thing about our visit was the service. The absolute best service I have ever received in a resturaunt, and I have been to resturaunts all over the country.

Minus one star for the hard bread!!! Everything was awesome but you know how you love the hot bread from Outback??? Well they must've changed something in the way they prepare the bread? I asked the manager when leaving and he said no, still the same. So maybe we just got two loaves from the back of the oven???

No, no, no! Blooming onion was not cooked so they made another, that one was not cooked all the way through out sides burnt and insides had raw breading. Caesar salad had no dressing, steak was done well but way too much seasoning. Ribs did not have enough sauce. And the worst part was all of the food came out at the same time! Kind of like being in a fast food restaurant.
