Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Love this place! Best fried pork dumplings I've ever eaten and awesome fried rice! Huge menu. Check out the beef and broccoli. Bring cash since there is a fee to use a debit card.

I agree with the other reviews that the lady working the counter is very short with you and just wants you to hurry so ultimately she can get you out. I don't mind the rudeness because normally the food is good; not great but good for this side of town. I ordered then went to sit in my car just outside the door. You could see my car from the register as parking is within 3 feet of the front door. I was the only customer and I told her I would be sitting in my car. The place stinks and I just don't want to wait inside. My food was ready but she never even came to the door to signal it was ready, or how about some customer service and even walk the 5 feet from behind the counter to the front door and bring it to me. You won't get any of that here. However, the food quality has really gone down hill over the last year. My guess is the old man who kept those young boys in line has died or quit working there. The egg rolls were actually spoiled. The cabbage inside the roll was soured. The beef and broccoli had 4-5 pieces of meat that were so tough you couldn't chew them so we spit them out. The chicken in garlic sauce had few pieces of chicken and they too were very tough. My guess is they'd microwaved the chicken to thaw but in the process actually cooked it. Just not good food, definitely not good service but it never had been. It's just sad that it's another place to have to cross off my list.

I think they had a train to catch in here last night, or just were in NO MOOD for crazy, indecisive broads!!! The female counterperson HOUNDED me to place my order practically the second I walked in, repeated every item (xxx-- that's it?, yyy-- that's it??, zzz--- that's it???) I rushed through my decisions (not like there's really a HUGE variety from place to place around here for Chinese, but still...) and guess what?!? Although I circled what I wanted on the menu AND obediently repeated every part of the order to Ms. FASTY-PANTS, they STILL missed one item and got another one wrong. My cold sesame noodles (yum) couldn't even begin to warm up my saaaaaad, no fortune cookied heart.... Heck, if they DID throw in a few fortune cookies, the message might have been, "You too sloooooooooow... Learn Chinese: SCRAM!!!"

This place is terrible! Food is terrible, rude staff and ridiculous practices on the payment procedures. This place is SKETCHY!!! Contacting the BBB because this can't be right, your meal costs an additional $1.50 with ATM fees, so uncomfortable with their practices.

We LOVE Dragon China. The food is very good and some of the best (and, bonus, cheap) wonton soup we have ever had. We always order the egg rolls, fried wontons, Gen. Tso's chicken and GARLIC chicken and GARLIC Shrimp with NO veggies. The garlic sauce is so delicious that my husband will put it on top of rice and the Gen. Tso's chicken to kick it up a notch. The prices are very reasonable.
