This place does have some ups and downs with service, which can be slower and/or a bit more forgetful than average at times (a very BW3 characteristic, IMO, not just this location), but our most recent experience was ok. Our server forgot my side salad, which was ok, because they're sort of sparse and over-priced anyway. I was on a QUEST to try their "for a limited time only" buttery maple wing sauce (have I mentioned I'm the world's biggest sucker for "limited time only" offers?!?) and it was GOOD!! I don't eat wings all that often, and after YEARS of going just about every @#$%* weekend to BW3 for a while, we don't go as often, but at this particular moment, mid/late Saturday afternoon, it wasn't that bad a choice... Mmmmmmmmaple!!

Fried pickles way too salty. Chicken quesadilla was horrible. Garlic mushrooms were decent. Waitresses spent the entire time broom sweeping right next to or around our table. Who wants dust flying while they are drinking a beer and eating food?!

They weren't too bad when they were in the downtown location but apparently those people don't work here anymore. I ordered the strawberry mojito and it was made incorrectly. The server even commented on it when serving it that it looked wrong. I said something and the server offered to return it to the bar and get me another one. When she came back with the correctly made drink she said the bartender knew she had made it wrong. So the bartender knew it was wrong and the server knew it was wrong but both served it anyway. The wings were delivered by the manager. They were not correctly sauced, they had been dried out under the heat lamp and some were burnt. So clearly the manager is setting the precedent that sub standard is ok. The manager was a blonde female no name tag. This is a chain but it's individually owned and operated so you'd think they'd care more but they don't.

Food was good and came out very quick. We waited 10 minutes for refills so the service sucked. We got drinks at the bar instead

Amazingly bad customer service. Ordered chicken wings for my daughter who just broke her femur and had emergency surgery to place rod and pins in the leg. She loves BW3 and was going to suprise her with wings and cheese wedges. Ordered and presented coupon my wife gave me for 5 dollars but was denied use by Tracey Sample the manager for being expired. Explained a number of other restaurants including Bravo encourage use of all discounts but she said no. Refused order for $30 dollars and said it made no business since to deny coupon to loose thirty dollar in sales but she did not care. SILLINESS.
