Breakfast is amazing and affordable. Crepes were delicious, dianas's waffles were huge and yummy. Gyro omelette was ok. Corned beef hash and eggs was as expected.

This restaurant has very reasonable prices! They have anything you could possibly want for breakfast and they give you more than enough food to satisfy your hunger. It is not far at all from Cedar Point and a lot of the major hotel chains. The service was excellent! The waitress we had was soo nice and made sure we had everything. She also was very helpful, when we were talking about the weather, on other things to do in Sandusky. The food was great! Seriously, this is the place to go if the hotel in which you are staying does not provide breakfast. *Even the kids get a really nice size meal for the price!! *one more thing, I believe they also serve lunch and dinner...although I am just commenting for breakfast.

So we all came here for a late breakfast. My brother ordered a cheeseburger. There was hair in his burger. My other friend ordered the clevelander and got the coleslaw. There was a giant piece of plastic in it. Our server handled everything wonderfully but the manager was unable to come to our table and actually say something. You would think he would want to make sure we were all set and happy after having such a bad experience. All in all I'm disappointed and not surprised this place has a nickname as dirty d's.

We went here three times while in town for Cedar Point, and agree that the overall experience was hit and miss; they are open 24/7 and have really good pricing which was all very handy. On the other hand, their Texas French toast was exactly like normal French toast which got us confused a little, but French toast was good, and so was everything else including service. One other thing of note is that there was only a single leaf of lettuce and one slice of tomato that came with chicken pita, which was not good. We both enjoyed our last time at Diana's for breakfast, and would go back definitely if ever we found ourselves in town again.

If you're looking for a good diner this place is okay. Food is well cooked and they do seem to use good ingredients. As it's a diner you can't expect the world but as far as diners go I'd give this a thumbs up.

We're staying in Vermillion for vacation from New Jersey (with families from NY and Wisconsin) and went to Sandusky to mini-golf and go-kart. Diannas is located right in the same parking lot as the mini golf and the kids were starving so we went in for some lunch before starting our activities. The menu was essentially very diner-ish and the decor was fairly outdated but comfortable, but I didn't expect much more from a random lunch place in the middle of Ohio. I got the tuna melt (regular, not Texan) and I'd say it was pretty average taste-wise, but lost points for not being open faced. My friend got the club sandwich which actually looked pretty good, and the kids got pasta with meat sauce. They seemed to enjoy it as they ate every bit, and i'll add a few extra points for the fact that the meals came with a free chicken noodle soup. Overall, the food was average. I would probably have given the place two stars, but the staff which were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide us with good service, so I'll give it three instead.

We came here as a result of finding nothing else open. I ordered the grecian platter. Although the cucumber sauce was good I found it to not have enough meat, not be very well presented, and not taste very good thus resulting in me leaving large portion which I did not bother having packed. For dessert I ordered the carrot cake and also chocolate ice cream, which were both the best parts of my meal. While the carrot cake had entirely too much icing that was very sweet, the cake portion was good. One person in my party had dessert that had a piece of hair in it. I will note that our server, Tabatha, was very nice and accommodating and I felt she did the very best she could to ensure our needs were met. She was very apologetic about the hair in the dessert and she took it off the bill. Also, the host who was Greek was also very nice and engaged in conversation. In short, I think the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately I don't feel the food we ordered met our standards and for that I cannot give a high rating. I will say however, that Tabatha's demeanor goes a long way for me and she certainly stands as a good role model for those looking to provide good service.

Brought the family after leaving the morning from Cedar Point. Waitress was awesome, very welcoming and friendly. Fast service, seating was perfect for 8. Very accommodating to our needs for breakfast. Super cold juices and piping hot coffee with refills. Food was excellent and pricing was the best I've seen. Will come every year to this great restaurant, wish we had one in Michigan. Good places are hard to find nowadays.

I would give it no stars if possible the seafood Alfredo made my husband physically I'll after eating it he also found a hair in his food I got the top sirloin and it was very tough and dry and I bit into 2 pieces of grisle before deciding to stop eating when I spoke to the owner requesting our 30 dollars back because of the food making my husband I'll he got very rude and told me he didn't want me in his restraint again and called me a liar I took him to the table to show him the mediocre at best food and he got angry and started raising his voice it was only when I raised my voice talking about how my husband was vomiting in the parking lot that he gave me my money back to make me leave the facility is dirty hints the nickname dirty Diana's the waitresses were all very nice unfortunately the bad food poor and rude ownership and uncleanliness will be the reasoning why we will not return I can honestly say that is the only time I have ever requested my money back for a meal.

We found this place through Yelp during our trip to Cedar Point two years ago. Even with not many reviews, we tried this place anyway... And we were so glad we did! In fact, we loved it so much, we had breakfast here twice before starting our day in the park. We could definitely tell this is a locals restaurant. We absolutely loved the food and value. We had trouble finding breakfast options near the Cedar Point area, and we were so glad we found this place. Pancakes were fluffy. And those damn potato pancakes (I think they were called that) were heavenly. I would eat here again if I made my way to Cedar Point again!

I ate here during a weekend trip to Cedar Point. The "Best Breakfast in Town" sign lured me in and I wanted to eat something local rather than a chain. I had two others in my group. All of our food was delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, the service was excellent! However, the place was really dirty. We were seated at a booth along the window. The blinds look as if they haven't been cleaned in a decade, same goes for the window ledges which were laden with dead bugs. I don't expect everything to be sparkling, but it takes only a moment to use a towel and wipe things down. The restaurant lost a star because of this. Unsure if I'd return based upon this experience despite the good food.
Stayed nearby while going to the drag races over fourth of July weekend. Very good food and service. I had the "Crazy Omlette". Very good. Open 24 hours.

Good food, reasonable prices, great service. Will come here again. Omelettes are terrific, pancakes big and fluffy, even had grits which this southern girl appreciates. Coffee looked a little weak, Michelle made a fresh pot just for us. Everything was really good.

3.5 stars. I am looking forward to try something for lunch here as our breakfast experience was quite good. I ordered the Greek omelet and it was tasty. It was large and fluffy, definitely more so than most omelets I've had. The value here is wonderful...$6 is about the most you can spend for breakfast. The two things I have to be constructive about this place is the coffee and the food is under seasoned. The coffee was a bit sub par and all the food just needed a bit of salt and pepper. Other than that it was a great experience. And the service is OUTSTANDING. So friendly and forthright.

We went here for breakfast on our way out of town after a 2-day trip to Cedar Point. After over-paying for greasy junk food at the park, this was a refreshing change of pace. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge! We will definitely come here again when visiting Cedar Point.

VEGAN FRIENDLY Went looking for some late night food for both vegan and non vegan and this place was a gem! HUGE menu, tons of choices and even a few things for vegans. The fried clams (my husband's meal) were fresh and very good. The only other place I've seen them that large was in Florida. The fried shrimp were small, frozen, and had a lot of batter. There was more food than I could eat on the lunch special for $9.85 + tax and tip. It included homemade soup, salad, 6 oz. strip steak, fried shrimp, baked potato (your choice of potato), and rolls. There were other items you could choose from. Their breakfasts looked really good.

Excellent food and service. From Chicago with my family of 3 plus myself. Woke up in the hotel before everyone, did a little research to see where we could find a decent breakfast. Dianna's is clean, bright, and cheerful with attentive staff. In fact, it's the cleanest 24/7 diner I think I've been to, yet still retains it's "old school" diner feel, especially with the services. The food is not culinary art, but it's solid diner food with ridiculously reasonable prices, and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable the restaurant was--I didn't feel rushed out, although it was crowded. My cousin and I came here for breakfast over our Cedar Point weekend. Based on their proximity to Cedar Point, they could charge more than they do, but they don't and I love it. For breakfast we had: *Bacon, tomato, and green pepper scramble with red skin potatoes and toast *Corned beef hash with eggs and toast *Large orange juice *1 slice of lemon meringue pie (to go) Total bill, with tax: $17! Again, the food was basic but tasty and not salty, which is hard to find at a breakfast joint. We both ordered eggs over-easy and they were cooked well. I had the pie later, which was solid. The meringue was only toasted and maybe a bit underdone (but then I ate it hours later) and the custard seemed a bit artificial but sometimes artificial is good--I love lemon drops and Lemonhead candy, so it was pleasantly familiar to me =) It came packed neatly in a Styrofoam container and brown paper bag; the server remember to include napkins and a form. We only had breakfast, so I can't vouch for lunch or dinner, or what it's like later in the day but I was really happy and will go there next time I'm in town.

For diner food, this is 5/5. It's also open 24 hours which is a huge bonus. Service was adequate. My only complaint was that the open face roast beef was actually pot roast. If you like post roast however, it was cooked perfectly. Portions are very generous. I'll definitely be back.

This place is like that friend in high school that you didn't want people to know you really liked. Diana's definitely is well known for being that last sloppy stop after a night of drinking. Dirty-D's if you will. Well I'm coming out and saying I have love for Diana's day or night. And recently, I can't say I've been seeing much of the night crowd and I still like to eat here. The staff is all awesome. It's definitely got that diner feel where the waitress feels somehow inherently maternal and will get you whatever you need. Drunk or sober. Always there with coffee or a refill on the water your friend just dumped on your lap. The menu is diverse and can cater to almost anyone. Watching calories? Plenty of light options. Looking to clog some arteries? Lots of deli sandwiches stacked with meats and cheese. Grandma doesn't feel like cooking tonight? How about some liver and onions? My personal favorites are the greek salad or the french dip sub. I tend to stay away from the soups. They seem a bit "canned cambells" to me. Kinda bland and salty. But not much else has never let me down. Guilty pleasure: the fries!

Best breakfast. Real hash browns not those frozen shredded tasteless things most diners call hash browns. Waffles were outstanding! Had 1/2 a waffle with 2 eggs 2 pc each of sausage and bacon for $6.95. Also came with pecans toasted in the waffle.

The best stop after a night out at the bars, or coming back from the islands from the Jet Express or Goodtime. I have spent many weekend nights soaking up the alcohol in my stomach with their delicious menu choices. The servers are very patient and friendly, considering at their busiest hours, they are catering to intoxicated idiots. Try the pancakes, they're delicious.

We just missed out on breakfast hours at Berardi's, but the waitress recommended Diana's for a decent breakfast. It was "decent," and that's about it. French toast, pancakes, eggs, and service were all solid 3 out of 5s. Not bad, not great. I'm a huge dessert fanatic, but not from 24 hour joints. I learned my lesson from Omega in the south burbs of Chicago. Otherwise, the desserts look good. Also, the whole menu is available 24/7. It's standard diner fare at a restaurant that's always open.
(3)
Erin K.
Always a great place to grab a late night meal or breakfast at any time. The burgers are excellent. Menu is huge, almost too big, with lots of selections. We eat here on a regular basis. Nothing fancy, just good food. The only downside is that you will smell like Diana's for the rest of the day after eating here. For some reason the smell of fried food will stick to you indefinitely. Take out is always a good option, fast and tasty.

I always thought this place was great drunk but once I experienced it sober I never went back. The place was dirty and the food was nothing extraordinary. Theres a reason why people nickname this place Dirty Ds. Since it is open 24 hours it may seem a great place for the middle of the night bite to eat but dont expect great food or nice service and dont go here sober.

A nice little place in PC. Décor is a little dated, and the huge variety of the menu gives it an old diner feel. The menu is absolutely huge, having items from American to Italian to Chinese. Wow. However, food is generally above-par. Everyone at my table got something different and everything was good. Service tends to be slow on busier nights.
