I have been coming to this particular location for the past two years weekly during football season to watch the Chiefs play. I understand there are not many Chiefs fans in Columbus, but hey to each his own right? I usually bring my family and spend good money, typically I leave my server a 25%-40% tip on top of my bill since I am hogging a table in their section for a few hours. Well yesterday I went to watch the 4:05 Chiefs/Chargers game and to my surprise, of all 30 TV's in the dining room not a single one had the game on. There were 3 4:00 games yesterday yet all 4 screens had the Dallas/NY game on and there were approximately 4 tables besides mine in the dining area. I waited about 5 minutes before a server came to me for drink order and I politely asked if she could put the Chiefs game on for me. She said "We aren't allowed to change channels here, I will need to ask the manager" I said "okay but this is a deal breaker for me, I came here to watch the Chiefs game" Of the 12 or so assorted TV's on the main wall - 2 had Nascar, 1 had Animal Planet, 1 had Nick JR. a few with expired channels from the earlier games, and the rest were showing either the Cowboys or Cardinals game. I wait about 5 minutes, waitress never comes back, but I look to find her running her jibs with her coworkers. So in my anger I tell my son we are leaving. As I am walking out the door, another worker asked if there was something wrong. I tell him the story and he is willing to make it right by putting the game on. I tell him no thank you, I just missed the entire first quarter and I am not very happy that 1 of 3 games aren't on with this many TV's. He again offered to make it right, I said "NO, I am going to spend my money somewhere else" and left. I mean, is it really that big of an inconvenience to show all 3 4:00 games? Is it that big of an inconvenience to spare even a small TV to a paying customer, especially when the dining room is EMPTY? Well, I will be bringing my business elsewhere and encouraging my friends to follow suit.

This my favorite wings place when I'm in the mod for wings. Great staff food is always hot beer is ice cold. Can not go wrong here

Slow service. Okay food. Wild flavor wings are supposedly one level below hottest ("blazin"), but not very hot. Overpriced.

Great wings (shocker). The boneless wings are great. Had them with blue cheese dressing and they were great. Pretty good service the waitress was very nice.

So bad I can't even go. I wanted to love this place because it is a great location for me, outside patio, TV's everywhere, but the food is awful. I can't even find anything to try anymore. Wings are pathetically small, up charge for everything, salads are embarrassing attempt of not even trying. If I just wanted a beer I might stop by and have one and enjoy the patio, but could do that in my deck. Sad to say, if you really want wings, the drive down 256 to the new Roosters in pick town is a much better option

Clean with friendly staff, I have ordered her many time always getting fresh wings. Last time I ordered I forgot to order just the flats no legs. When I picked up the order the girl always shows you the order. I saw their were legs in there and ask the girl that I think I made a mistake and didn't order the right wings. She took the wings in the back and came out with the correct wings. Wow was I impressed, thanked her and went in my way, after I got home I called the store, talked to a manager to let him know what happened and how pleased I was with this young lady. He said he would let her know, I said you should let her know with a raise! He chuckled and said he would look into it. Great food with great employees

It's okay. Went here for a large family celebration where we sat out on the patio area. The best part was the staff. Very responsive and attentive. The patio is really nice. It's covered and can be closed off when inclement weather. They have about 15 different draft brews on tap. I had one of their Blue Moon beers. It was cold and went down smooth. I ordered their Boneless Wings (medium size order) with the Honey BBQ. The sauce was tasty with a medium heat to it. The wings ... I should have ordered something else. They were more breading than actual wings. In fact, they were more like overly breaded chicken pieces than boneless wings. I saw others with the regular wings. They looked meatier and better than their boneless version. The medium size order had about 15 pieces in it. Have to say my hunger was still not satisfied from it. So, I ordered one of their promotion specials, Oktoberfest Beer Cheese Dippers. This came with tortilla chips, (like you get out of a bag), "salt & vinegar" kettle chips, (that had not salt & vinegar and were undercooked), and chipotle bbq pretzel bites which were fairly decent with a little kick. Their "tangy cheddar dip made with Samuel Adams Ocktoberfest" had not tang and wasn't quite sure it was even cheddar. If it wasn't topped with bacon and chopped green onions, I would have said the dip was rather bland. I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wing locations on occasion. This was my first time at this particular location. The food was true with other locations, regular bar food with nothing special to write home about. Service here was better than what I have had at other locations. As for pricing, I can get better similar food at other businesses for the same price.

This might be my new go to location. I like the patio arrangement as they have tv's and a bar out there and it can even be enclosed if the weather is bad. The inside has kind of a split bar/main dining area. What's cool about this Bdub's is they have some booths with tv's in them so you dont have to break your neck to see your sport on one of the main tv's. It may me hard to hear the sound on your tv, especially if the main sound is different from what you are watching. The food is always good and hot when it comes out and the servers are friendly.

Tried the new flavors; Salty Caramel BBQ was solid, Margarita okay if a bit sweet, but Ghost Pepper was a bit of a letdown - spicy but not BAM spicy. Good flavor though. Nice location; everybody smiley happy and helpful, my server was nice and attentive. The Margarita flavor has a light citrusy tang, with a bite of salt; as stated, a bit sweet but pleasant. The Salty Caramel BBQ a good blend of sweet and savory; probably my favorite of the three. The Ghost Pepper sauce was spicy, and probably overpowering to a lot of palates. But if you've had that type of sauce regularly, or the FAR spicier fare offered up recently at Winking Lizard (they had the Trinidad Scorpion/Ghost Pepper sauce on a burger and with wings). Over-arcing BW3 reviewiness; my favorite sauces in town, but the wings are admittedly skimpy. And they and everybody else have dropped down from 6/12 wing orders to 5/10 wing orders; shenanigans. Their potato wedges are fantastic, but also skimpier of late than in the past. I'm a big fan of the Gahanna location, but this one is right by my store so I'll likely be back again.

Let's see, my brother and I are driving from Pittsburgh-Cincinnati and it's time to eat. Hey bro, let's stop at a chain restaurant right by the Interstate! Not that I'm slamming chains--they have their uses especially if you're on the road and hungry. My brother Paul loves Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm sure he'd rate it five stars if he was a Yelper! Me, not so much. I'd only been to BWW once before and I just didn't like it. Sad to say, my opinion hasn't changed. I think it's all in the atmosphere. It's just a little too frat-boyish for me, what with the 734 TV screens, each blasting a different game. Hey, I have my tomboy side and I love watching sports too, but this is overkill. Now there's nothing wrong with the food here. My crispy chicken sandwich was about as good as any I had and I guess their specialty is their sauces. The help here seems friendly enough too, but I guess BWW just isn't for me.

This is the worst one I have EVER been to. Ordered to go for the family. What I got was a bag with wings rolling out of the boxes, and plastic (yes. Plastic.) Stuck to the buffalo chips (I'm guessing because they were microwaved). What a waste of money. Next time I'll go to rooster's for a cheaper and less plastic meal.

Gross is all I can say. I have been in many times with family and friends and I am not impressed by this location. The food has gone way down hill and I now refuse to go there. I have had three bad servers in the past year and the food has come out cold and bland. Now that Roosters has opened I don't see a need to fight the traffic to get bad service, bad food, and a terrible beer selection. I have never not liked BW3s until this location opened.

This is a really decent BW3s. I actually like this one more than some of the other one's I've been to. Perhaps it's because it's really new (opened in 2012 I believe) and has something close to 734.3 televisions playing at all times with all types of sports. Their wings are pretty good and they can be had if you're one of those folks looking to avoid gluten. They have an ok selection of craft beer. I think I remember 5 or 6 different beers to choose from, including one cider, that was worth drinking but they do cater more towards the tons of the budwieser beers out there. The only real drawback is that the parking lot fills up pretty fast as do the seats so it's not uncommon to have to wait a little while.

Ok this place is all about the "sports Bar "atmosphere. Over priced and the wings are so small the must come from hummingbirds

Bdubs did it up for this new location off Taylor square! The outdoor patio is really flippin awesome! There's two parts to it, some of it is completely outside, but half of it is enclosed by big glass doors that can be opened up on nice days. There's a full bar out there too!!

I stopped in here on wing night ($.50 wings) to get some wings and buffalitos. I ordered my food and asked for the wings to be well done and wet. The girl at the register says it will be 10 to 15 minutes. Fine, no problem. I sit and wait. 30 minutes later, I go up and ask here where is my food. She says oh - you ordered your wings well done - it will be at least 30 minutes. I said that is not what she told me. She then offered me to a manager. This manager fella comes out and I said I think it is ridiculous to take 30 minutes for fried wings. You can cook bigger pieces of chicken at home for less time. I asked for my money back. He said he could not give it to me. I said I paid you in cash - why can't you give me cash back. He said it was company policy. He said he could give me gift certificates. I asked to see where is this policy. Normally when companies have some screwy return policy, there usually is a sign. He then said his boss told him he could not give back cash. Long story short, I got the food and the gift certificates but still find it 1) crazy this restaurant that was not busy could not get a small to go order done in less than 40 minutes, and 2), the stupid refund policy. I'll lodge my complaint to their corporate office. The restaurant was clean and lively. No complaints there. I did notice however, other tables waiting an inordinate amount of time to even have a server come take their orders. When I look and see several empty tables and tons of workers milling around doing nothing, it gives me reason for pause. The food was typical BDub's fair. No surprises there.
