Recently, I went to this location. It was my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. I enjoyed the experience very much. I was there for lunch. There weren't many customers, so I was able to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, which I like very much. I ate the nacho burger and fries and ice cream with chocolate syrup for dessert. The nacho burger was spicy, but delicious. Having the nacho chips and jalapeno peppers makes it a unique burger. The ice cream with chocolate syrup was great. The female hostess and server were both affable and professional. Meeting with them helped me be in a jovial mood at the restaurant. I think it's a neat idea for Buffalo Wild Wings to offer patrons a chance to play either poker or trivia. Besides the food and atmosphere, it's a nice way to make the customer visits satisfying. I had a great time playing Buzztime Trivia. In the beginning, I couldn't get the geography and history questions correct. But when the sports and entertainment questions began to appear, that's when I started getting the correct answers. It was fun earning a lot of points for getting the right answers. Having the opportunity to play trivia is one reason I would like to visit Buffalo Wild Wings more. The manager stopped by my table to say hi. That was a nice gesture because I rarely get a greeting from managers at other eateries I've been to. He was kind enough to have the trivia questions appear at a TV monitor where I had a great view. This shows he is a good manager and cares about the patrons. As I left the place, a female worker said goodbye to me. It seems like that crew during that shift are affable and professional and makes a customer like myself want to come back for more visits. I'd like to dine more at this location as well as other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in the Columbus, Ohio area. I would have the nacho burger again as well as try the other burgers, wings, and other entrees. Hopefully, I'll be able to come again when it isn't crowded. I am one who enjoys and relaxes at a place like Buffalo Wild Wings if there isn't many patrons.

Went for my nephews 6th Birthday. We asked what he gets for his birthday (dessert wise) and was abruptly told by the waitress: "We don't do anything for Birthdays." Are you kidding? They cant give some ice cream or a small dessert like every other restaurant for a little boys birthday?

It's a b-dubs. I've been here a few times for the UFC fights, the service has been good, the food's been typical BW fare, and served hot, with the beer served cold. So, it's what you'd expect BW3's to be.

Why anyone would ever eat here is beyond me. The wings are about the most expensive, gross tasting, smallest excuse for prepared chicken. I once showed a buddy who got takeout from here and I got it from Hoggy's the slow smoked gigantic wings that came with my meal...we held them up together and any of the ones in my box were the size of two or more of BW's wings. Plus the sauce wasn't chunky and the Hoggy's wings had a clear advantage of a smoke ring. He threw his away and went to Hoggy's. Unfortunately the nearest Hoggy's is now in Gahanna. I suggest The Tilted Kilt or Quaker Steak for wings. The sides here are no better, the potato wedges taste like they've been laying in grease for days. As far as sports bars go, again the Tilted Kilt wins...better wings, better screens, over 100 beers on tap, hotter servers.

Went again this week. Manager was working the floor, stopped by our table, and was at the door when we left. Great improvement!

This place is terrible. Wings are my second favorite food, behind pizza, but these are not good wings. I've been here 5 times and have had 5 bad experiences with this place. The first time I came here was when my family was in town and we wanted to go out to dinner somewhere. We tried this place because it recently opened. The music was so loud that we could barely hear each other talking. The food wasn't that good either, but it wasn't complaint worthy. A manager came out and asked if he could do anything for us, and my Aunt asked if he could turn the music down. He said OK, turned the volume down 1 or 2 levels (or none) and we couldn't tell the difference. He asked us if it was better and we didn't want to be rude or anything so we said it was fine. The food here is ridiculously overpriced. The size of the wings are too small and the quality is too low. I've been back here 4 times since either with friends, coworkers, and family and every time all of us have said that exact same thing. I don't know why I went back over and over again. I thought I learned my lesson every time but I got sucked into going there. One day over the summer a group of friends and I did a wing experiment to see who had the best and worst wings. It was unanimous that out of any wing places, this place had the worst. We also included pizza wings in this and in my opinion only Dominos and Donatos had worse wings (love both pizza places but hate their wings). Some of my friends thought both places had better wings than BWW and others thought this place was better than any of the pizza place wings.

Ordered the chili cheese dip last night and the SMALL container that held the chili cheese dip was not even half way full! I conveniately asked the waiter if this was normal and she said no and said I will bring you more. So of course after waiting and waiting she showed up 10 minutes after our food appeared with an even smaller container of cheese! It was served to us in a Jell-O shot cup! So of course I did not say anything to her as it was basically a slap in the face! So as the evening goes on, we ate and got our bill, and at the bottom of the bill the lady charged me .99 cents for the cheese! This was unbelievable to me as, as I first thought this place needs .99 cents that bad that they will not only charge me but not tell me? There were other small issues but this one just really caught me off guard! Just FYI bdubs you are in a small town, your service is not good, your portions are far from what they should be, and your wings are a disgrace to the chicken wing business! You guys have been at this location for several years now and you have been through how many managers? Get your heads out if your asses and stop operating like a franchise and take care of this small community! I have ordered carry out from this place on numerous occasions and they screw up the orders left and right, so beware make sure you check those orders before you leave their property,

Yes, I know it's a B-dubs, but knowing this I still feel as though there's a standard of B-dubbiness that must be met. The Powell location did not achieve this. We stopped here for lunch last Sunday on the way to the Zoo. I was trying to be good albeit tempted by all the yummy fried saucy morsels I usually order. With much restrain I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The salad arrived with rotten, wilty lettuce. It was truly inedible and needed to be sent back to the kitchen. The waiter came over and said it would be taken off my bill and would I like something else? I requested a replacement salad if they had fresh lettuce. He agreed to look into it with the chef. Then the manager came over and asked if they could use the same chicken on a new bed of lettuce. I thought this strange, but I was starving so I said yes. I finally received the salad I had ordered with not so much as an apology from the manager (Isn't customer satisfaction their #1 aim in these chain restaurants when they creep table to table asking if you're enjoying your meal?) And in the end I was charged for the salad anyways :( Whatever. It is what it is. I'll stick to the BW3 at Graceland. I've always had a positive experience there.

Leaving the Zoo on Tuesday I was hungry for my weekly $.60 wing fix. This was the closest BW3 location, but YELP showed awful reviews... But I was too hungry to care. I was pleasantly surprised, and am wondering what all the bad press is about? The wings were BIG, and they got my order just right (all flats, well done and wet). The manager and bar tender were very friendly and very attentive. The restaurant appeared clean and well kept. TV volume was maybe one notch high for my taste. It was not very busy, but it was 1:30pm, just after the lunch rush. I'll definitely be back if my next Zoo trip is on a Tuesday.

This place has the worst heating system in the world. It's literally ice cold in here! Other than that it's your typical Buffalo Wild Wings.

My youngest sister was in town from LA .. So her, my partner in crime, and my other sister and her husband decided to hit Buffalo Wild Wings before the younger went back home. We ordered a variety of wings as well as sides .. The Sides included .. Fried Cheese Curds, Onion Rings and Buffalo Chips with cheese. All of these were decent without any real standouts except the cheese curds .. they were way too salty and greasy. The wing selections included .. Mild, Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk, Thai Curry, Hot BBQ and Mango Habanero. Without a doubt, the highlight was the Mango Habanero .. sweet with nice heat. As far as the best wings I've ever had .. no .. or the worst wings .. definitely no .. but as far as a spot that offers a good selection for a fair price .. Buffalo Wild Wings works!

Really bad service. Well at least for us. When it's wing night I think you should train your staff to tell the customers that sauces and veggies are extra, like ranch. Why offer .60 wings but then charge me another $5 for ranch and carrots after asking if I wanted (no mention of the extra charge) fail. Bye bye Powell bdubs

talk about rude as b@$@&tch and racist please avoid all waitress and request waiter if possible. all the white chicks in here either on pms or need to get laid cause them all are cranky as fuqk. I tipped $1.50 cause I feel sorry for her after the rude manner she act toward me and my friend acted like we're eating without paying. definitely not coming back EVER!!!

It's B-dubs... you know what you're getting. Wings, beer, and lots of televisions. This time around I tried the Thai Curry sauce (new to me) and loved it. The right mix of heat and flavor. The others had pulled pork and some dry-rubbed wings and we all cleaned our plates. We tried to clean out the competition in trivia but were bested by a couple 10 year olds. Clearly, it was not our night.

I was in the mood for some wings at a place nearby. So, we stopped into BWW again. Inside, this place at first glance looks like a sports pub, but you feel like it is more of a Chucky Cheese! There was a large party (over 20 adults and children) in the dining area. So, we went back to the bar area. The kids were out of control without parental supervision in sight. Four year olds were running along bench seats. Others were chasing each other in and around the high top tables. The bartender - quite frankly - I was worried he was going to have a nervous breakdown. I raised issue with him that the situation was out of control and presented a safety issue for the kids and patrons. He disappeared to get the manager. The manager had no clue! He walks over to where the kids are (instead of approaching the large party of adults) and softly goes about "shushing" them. Really?! I know I saw him talking with the party's wait staff, What would have made most sense would have been the manager to man-up, approach the parents, make them aware safety concerns and request some parental supervision. The service was okay, but my water glass went empty and could not get assistance. I know the person waiting on us stepped out for a break, which left one wait person in the area. I ordered boneless wings. Okay - don't get them. They are a heavily breaded facsimile of chicken nuggets dunked in a hot sauce. They were overly cooked. I did have to look inside to check and see if there was any actual chicken meat. I rarely will give a one star, but this place deserves it. On more than one occasion, kids are running around without parental supervision. The place does offer different video games. My advice, if you are looking for wings, drive the longer distance and go to a different restaurant.
