We ate at the buffet last night for the first time in over a year. Although the last time we ate we considered the food passible, this time we were hard pressed to find something appetizing. The steak was overseasoned and too spicy. Although the barbequed ribs were tender, the sauce tasted like tomato sauce with some tobacco added, horrible. All the vegetables looked canned and had no color. A lot of the food looked overcooked and burnt. Considering the quality overall, the $22.99 price was ridiculous. We will never eat there again.

Great night from start to finish! We began the night in the comedy club with a bucket of beers and an appetizer. A little pricey at $18 for 4 beers, but they were very cold and served quickly. We had reservations at Kosar's and had an outstanding dinner. Mark was our server and I can't say enough good things about him. He gave us great recommendations and everything was exactly like he said it would be. The side dishes could easily be shared between 2-3 people, but worth the money. We had an after dinner drink at the bar and before we left, we were even taken on a tour of the concert area by the security manager. Clean, friendly, great place for a date!

Super clean, friendly staff, great food choices. Haven't tried kosars or the buffet yet - but the other restaurant has great food for awesome prices. I love this salmon!! Their nachos are bomb too. I don't think the alcohol is too overpriced either. I love the outside patio, it's even warm in the winter time. The memorabilia on the walls is amazing. Definitely a fun place to get out for the night. My boyfriend and I do date nights here. :)

Their buffet is as good as it gets My husband and I have eaten here several times and the food is amazing Service can be hit or miss especially when wanting your drinks refilled but as far as the food goes it does not get any better

I went to the bar on a weekday and the bartender was stretched thin. After I received my drink I asked for a water. I didn't see him again.

Love the clean friendly atmosphere here. I go regularly and so was looking forward to the New Years Eve party. It was awful. The band was the only good part. They served Chex Mix and tostitos with salsa as the "snacks". Really? Not enough places to sit down, not enough drink stations. People in the crowd were rude and pushy. A $35 ticket was a waste. I would rather have had a nice dinner somewhere else.

For my husband's birthday, we decided to try the Hollywood Casino in Mahoning Valley. Not worth the drive (from Parma). So on the way back, we stopped at The Hard Rock Racino. My friend forgot her slot card so she got another. She asked the Player's Club assistant if she should check for comps. She was told not to bother b/c they were only giving triple points that day. I decided we should check, anyway. My friend discovered she had $50 in food credit (which would expire the next day) so she invited us to eat at The Hard Rock Café. The place was empty & freezing. My husband & I ordered the burger & fries & my friend ordered the pulled pork. It took 25 minutes to get the food. In the meantime, our "hot" tea got cold & our server was...........I have no idea where. We had to ask for more hot water & he brought fresh cups of it. The burgers & pulled pork were good but the coleslaw was tasteless. It was almost $48 for 2 burgers, 1 pork, 2 teas & 1 Pepsi. This amount did not include the tip. Keep this in mind ..........unless you have some food credits or you just hit a jackpot.

I went here for a work Christmas party. The buffet has a large selection but the food is only mediocre. The service was great, however. The decor is great. I love all of the outfits on display. This is weird to say but the bathroom is really cute too. I'm not a huge gambler but they have a good selection of games. I'm hoping to catch a show there sometime.

Well we come here all the time..it's a Saturday night and they only have 3 people working the valet.. Are u kidding me. So they screwed up our ticket with another cars ticket and had me looks at the keys to find ours..Benjamin was very nice polite and helpful..everyone else sucked...
