This place is the worst of the worst. Bad food, dirty, over priced, hair in food, just bad. I will never go there again! I wish I would have done a walk through before paying.

I loved this Golden Corral! In my opinion, it is the best one in the Cleveland area. The servers were friendly and attentive. The bathroom was clean, and the food was great! I loved the catfish and hot wings! They were not typical "buffet" quality. They were well seasoned, and very tasty. I added a lobster tail for $4.99, and the server gave me a carry out box to bring it home in, because I was too full to finish eating it! If you mention a carry out box in other buffet restaurants, the servers flip out--assuming that you want to take buffet items home. Additionally, I enjoyed the Mac and Cheese, the fruit bar, the pork seasoned pinto beans, collard greens, fried okra, broccoli with cheese sauce, fried chicken, dinner rolls, and mashed potatoes with gravy. For dessert, I sampled and enjoyed strawberries dipped in chocolate, hand packed butter pecan ice cream, vanilla soft served ice cream, chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. Everything was fantastic! Bring your appetite and enjoy!

The food is terrible. I went here for breakfast and they couldn't even get that right. I mean how do you screw up bacon and eggs? I dislike this place so much that when my in laws came down they insisted we go there, I faked being sick so I wouldn't have to go.

One star for the waiters because thats all this place has to offer. I went on a Friday around lunch hour just to hear a cook talk about how he doesnt know what he's doing and the fact that he's never cooked in his entire life. I looked over at my mother and told her "and thats why our meat is so tough and burnt". Every time i get up to get silverware, i have to search and search for clean spoon or fork. Its like they dont wash them off before putting the it in the dishwasher. All of them typically have food particles caked on. I eventually started to bring my own forks from home when my family and I go here. The salad and fruit bar is miserable as it is at every buffet. The desert bar looks delicious but the flavors are not there. To be honest, it taste like their cake came out of a health factory with its bland artificial flavors. Never get banana anything since you'll most likely catch a bad case of the runs. Their pizza use to be okay. I just happened catch the bad day where it was burnt. You know, thanks to "the man who signed up to cook with 0 experience in the kitchen." The bathrooms are disgusting. Everything had piss all over it and the sinks were horrifying. Never go to this place on a Sunday. You wont walk 4 steps without bumping into someone.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and the buffet was wiped out of all of their breakfast and salad selections did not see any employees trying to keep it stocked other than the cooks trying to keep up at the carving station dessert selection was very empty as well

Food is always tasty and service is good. I really wish the dessert table had more options for the chocolate fountain. Marshmallows and pretzels are not enough! Where are the strawberries? Another complaint would be allow made to order steaks during lunch. I came for the sole purpose of eating a steak a few rolls and a salad. The guy told me they didn't make made to order steaks until 4:30! So lame!

The food was great I liked the brocli soup dipped with French fries I was glad they had pink Cotten candy last te they had blue I was looking forward to chocolate covered coconut and chocolate covered strawberries but food was good just not a big desert place

Since they closed their locations in Stow and Montrose, we've been coming here. Food is always great ! ! ! Service is good. We did find out that unless you like crowds don't go Saturday evenings. (G) It is packed ! But that is a sign of a good place to eat.

I can't believe how dirty this restaurant was. I Would highly recommend they employees and Managers take a ServSafe class and get certified. There were 6 of us eating here and none of us finished our meals.

We chose this restaurant after leaving the hard rock casino in northfield. The restaurant was extremely busy this Sunday evening. It was a seat yourself tonight. There was so many tables that were not cleaned leaving the seating selection very limited. Our server did not come around very often to refill drinks until we found the general manager. The restaurant was kinda dirty due to all employees just choosing to not take pride in cleaning up. The food was good as to expect from here as we have eaten at golden coral in the past. Before we left the general manager provided us with passes to come back again on them. I think it would have been a 4 star experience is they had not been so busy.

I never thought I would say this...but Golden Corral rocked! I don't know if it was this particular location, or if I was just super famished...but the food was plentiful and delicious. I'm a little bit of a food snob...but I was pleasantly surprised with my dining experience at Golden Corral. Why was a self-proclaimed "food snob" dining at the likes of Golden Corral...? My dear, sweet little nephew wanted to treat his aunt to a special dinner. Awww, how cute is that? Although his mom, my sister, didn't think I would enjoy it, I enthusiastically embraced my special time with my nephew with open arms...er...open mouth and stomach:) And even though I am dabbling in the world of vegetarianism (it's not a cult, it's a movement that is slowly taking over the world and individual's minds...hee hee), I was very satisfied with my food selections. Starters: I enjoyed a wonderful spinach salad "Real food": scrumptious dinner roll(s)...hee hee, chicken noodle soup (sans any observable chicken), fresh tasty fruit, greens, fried fish (don't recall if it was catfish or tilapia) and shrimp (okay, okay, I'm more of a veg-curious gal...I skip out on meat but I eat seafood) Dessert: yummy bread pudding, freshly spun cotton candy, and the obligatory rice krispie treat covered in chocolate from the chocolate fountain (I say "obligatory" because I didn't really want any chocolate...but I just couldn't pass up the chance to dip my treat in the fountain of coco goodness:) The total bill came to around $18 for two adults, two children and 1 toddler. You can't beat that! And to make our visit even better, our server Sandra (Sondra?) was exceptionally kind, friendly, personable, and attentive to our needs. Overall: Me want more Golden Corral. Me likey!

Decent food for the price. This place serves standard buffet fare. Everything was pretty warm and tasty. I got my fix for Mexican, Chinese, and American dishes. Too bad I'm gonna have to hit the gym extra hard for the next week!

My family and I eat at this location on a regular basis. Wife loves it. I think it's just OK. On today's particular occasion, about 5 PM on a Saturday, it was less crowded than usual. Food was replaced on a regular basis and was reasonably warm. Waitress was just OK. What do you want? Basic buffet food, not really anything special. Appetizer special was a nice change-up from the usual fare there. On crowded days like Sunday afternoons, such as the last time we were there, when parties departing church in the city come for early Sunday dinner, the service is inconsistent. Food is colder and more slowly replaced. A waitress who has waited on us a number of times there, however, was golden and very attentive. She was well worth a 25% tip, which I gave her the last time I saw her. To conclude....basic, decent food that needs to be a little warmer, and inconsistent service, especially during Sunday rush or on holidays. Avoid this place on Sunday and you'll do OK.

I've tried it a couple times since their remodel, and it was ok. Today I made a special trip (23 miles round trip) for supper and it was back to being subpar. In fairness, I arrived at 3:40 pm. I tried a small sampling of food items, but as expected, everything had been sitting out too long and was cold and tough. I waited until 4:00 pm and went back up. There was a girl working on getting food switched out from the lunch to dinner buffet. Wait, that was too generous. There was a girl pantomiming the role of an employee working. She had spoons, she had pans of food, but nothing seemed to actually make it onto the buffet. She had this look on her face like she'd just drunk Jim Jones' Kool-Aid. Everything I tried was old, stale, cold, and sad. Not even two Altoids could get the taste out of my mouth on the way home. This restaurant is back to not just embracing mediocrity, but reveling in it.

I guess maybe it's a management thing. My GC back home (PA) is a joke. Long lines that never move, management that doesn't care, filthy bathrooms, staff screwing off and there are completely empty crocks on the salad side every time. I was surprised by this one. It was clean, the food was filled and the staff was friendly. The dessert bar didn't look like a hurricane hit it. People in the food areas were actually working and no socializing. Four stars because I think the servers in my section were changing shifts and our server was paying more attention to getting other things done then us, but the girl that took over the new tables in our section was very friendly and helpful, and the steak I got was like rubber. Cooked on one side, burnt on the other. Maybe it's an area thing to because there were no screaming kids or kids running wild.

First of all let me preface this in saying I do not do buffet's like this. The only reason for our visit was a relative was in town on a bus trip layover having dinner. My wife and I went to visit. We had already had dinner so I said to the hostess up front we are not eating, she said you cannot enter. I asked her if we can just pay for what we consume we were going just have coffee, and they did not offer this. From my understanding part of dining is the social aspect. This was about 8:55 PM, and my 5 year old went to sit down on the bench in the lobby while our relative came out to greet us because we were not going to pay for a buffet we were not going to consume. The hostess noticed this so when he stood up to give our relative a hug she passive aggressively put a dirty floor mat on the bench where he was sitting. When we questioned her about this behavior, she said this is our policy we always put the mats our at closing. This was just nasty.

Step right up and barf away! If you are looking for an effective binge and purge weigh loss plan this is the place for you! First let us entertain you in our line of agony while one person gets your drink and takes your money. This thrill ride of a line only lasts 10 minutes if there is only one family a head of you. ( and its included in the price) Next imagine the look on your dates face when you hand her a clean plastic plate and silverware with crusty residue on it. But don't worry. The residue doesn't show up on the knives because there are no knives to be found. ( Awesome) Now once you cross the room dodging folks and napkin debris on the floor you can make way to the buffet! Imagine all the nostalgia you will feel when you go up to the buffet and what should be a mix of baked fish, chicken, and meats. If a selection of stale breakfast items! ( left over from Monday morning brunch buffet?). Feat your eyes on crusty eggs, syrup that has congealed, and other things you experience in the government lunch program in your old elementary school. Cheese sandwich anyone? Not into breakfast? Why not grab a slice of gristly, crunchy ham or nom descript fried chicken? Then when you have had your fill of such wonders head to the chocolate fountain where the cute little rug rats who picked their noses are sticking their fingers and licking it.. Hmmm hmmm can't wait to have some of that. So like I said. Best diet plan out there. You come in, loose your appetite, and what you are you loose in the parking lot. Awesome!

This is the worst place to eat! The food is just horrible! I went for dinner & was looking forward to the salmon they've been advertising however, I wouldn't feed it to my dog that's how bad it looked. My husband went for the prime rib & was served what looked like dried up beef roast. We spent $35.00 on crap! We will NEVER go there again!
