Great restaurant. Glad we were recommended it by the courtyard Marriott. The tea wAs good and the service remarkable! Mom and I shared the garden omlette without spinach. The bread was perfectly buttered! The hash browns we're excellent! I loved the broccoli, scallions and cheese inside the omlette. The sour cream on top and the jelly was a nice touch. Quaint, local place with lots of character! The bacon was cooked perfectly as well!

This is a nice find. Coffee is OK, not the best coffee but I have had worse; the second cup tasted better. The restaurant can seat a good number of people but the place gets loud. Nine tables with people and the volume was difficult to carry on a conversation. The food is excellent; the best home cooking away from home. The prices are a bargain for all you get. Got the breakfast sandwich and it was excellent.

Was looking for a local/non-chain restaurant. Great food and great service! Crab cake Benedict is a must! I liked the NYC pics as well.

Very good omelet and french toast. Nice atmosphere. Good service. Unfortunate that Fox and Friends was on the TV.

I've eaten breakfast here, and it's always been very good, with good service. This is the first time that I've had lunch here though, and while the Ruben was good, with a decent amount of corned beef, balanced with the right amount of kraut and dressing, and wasn't dry or over cooked (like most I've ordered in Ohio) The side of potato salad I ordered was a different story. It was the most blah, without taste potato salad that I have EVER had. It was potatoes, with onions and mayonnaise The service was descent, and friendly enough, but they ignored us at the entrance when we came in, and it took too long to get seated with so many tables available (they need a seat yourself policy). I gave them a 3 star review (they deserved a 2 star) because I know that they are capable of doing better, and may have just had an off day. Hey B.A.C. you can do better!!! I'll go back again, and I'm optimistic that I'll be able give them 4 stars then.

Great local breakfast & lunch destination. Local crowd. The 9 grain toast is delish with whatever your breakfast might be. Wonderful cream puffs- take one 'to go'! Chicken salad is also very good.

Great find in Newark area. Friendly staff. Fast service. Easy parking. Some unusual offerings, along with solid breakfast offerings. Western omelette really tasty. Crab-cakes topped with a fried egg and hollandaise outstanding!
