What a solid staff and great service. While its always been great here I think Andy the GM has kicked it up a notch. If you are looking for the best burger at a chain its here. Get the premium burger with blue cheese. Dare to get it rare and it's like steak tartar. Tell them Mark Faust sent you.

Usually I like to eat at Ruby Tuesdays like once per year to see if they have any new food to offer. This time I was very disappointed. Biscuits weren't that good not to mention came out late. I picked their premier steak a rib eye. It's obvious they don't care how the steak looks but more about reducing throw aways because my steak was more fat then actual edible meat. Baked potato which I paid the extra dollar for the premium side tasted like it was boiled. Not to mention you can get a better baked potato thru Wendy's drive thru. Overall experience was not pleasant. I don't think I'll give this location another opportunity. Go to roadhouse instead.

This was the third time that I have eaten at this location. The service was great, at first the hostess wanted to seat us at a booth, I just had knee surgery & was unable to bend my leg enough to be able to sit at a booth & even though it was a Friday evening & the restaurant was fairly busy the hostess seated us at a table with no problem. The server was attentive & friendly. My friend ordered the soup & salad & enjoyed the salad bar, it had a great selection & she said everything was very good. She ordered the cream of broccoli soup but didn't care for it. I ordered the sirloin with zucchini & spaghetti squash. The sirloin was tender & cooked the way I ordered but I had asked for light seasoning but it was still very spicy. Both the zucchini & spaghetti squash was good. Overall I would say that the restaurant has definitely improved from our first visit about 2 yrs ago & would return again.

Get the salad bar everytime which has a great selections of sides and dressings, not to mention the delicious brown rye croutons! It's your basic restaurant chain, but everytime I came here, the service is great and fast and clean. Tried the herb crusted tilapia, spinach and artichoke dip, and turkey minis and all were pretty good.

I eat at many a Ruby Tuesday when I travel and the food at each is consistent, while being middle-of-the-road. This Ruby Tuesday is no exception. The salad bar is great quality and I enjoyed a wonderfully cooked piece of salmon with zucchini and spaghetti squash. No complaints at all about the food. The service, on the other hand, was absolutely horrible. As a solo business traveler I often eat at bars and typically enjoy watching a little TV, having some witty banter with the bartender and relaxing a bit after being shuffled through airports. My experience at this Ruby Tuesday left me feeling more stressed than my unfortunate day of Easter travel. The bartender had absolutely no personality. No personality. None. I have more two-sided conversation with my puppy. She was not helpful. She was not knowledgeable about the menu. She was not the kind of person who should ever, ever, EVER be behind a bar. I could not wait to pay my tab and leave the restaurant. And when I did I immediately drove to the convenience store to buy a 6-pack so I could go back to my hotel room and actually relax. To the wait staff: I know that it was a slow evening. That is no excuse to stand in the bar area, watching TV and talking about the dragonfly tattoo on your butt. It's just filthy. If I never have to eat here again it will be too soon. The manager of this store needs to get a grip on his staff and place them in positions that they are actually qualified to fill. Professionalism would also go a long way.

Terrific food. Fast service! Had dinner here on a Wednesday night and everything was great! My server, Cara, was awesome and the reason I would go back!

Unfortunately I didn't look at the existing ratings before deciding to meet a friend here. I have had great experiences at other Ruby Tuesdays and was bummed out that this one was so blah. So why 2 stars? First, the food was so so. I got the Ruby minis and garden bar. The minis themselves were delicious. The fries were undercooked and I should have just sent them back. The garden bar seemed to be missing items / salad items that I know other locations carry so was disappointing. For example there was zero fresh fruit, there was some dish with apples in it but was covered in dressing/sauce. Some of the vegetables were not very fresh looking at the garden bar either. Waitress was good but waited way too long (till the end of the meal) to take any extra plates. So we ended up just stacking them out of the way. Would I go back? Not unless I hear of a good visit or if others/friends were going there.

We went to this restaurant for my grandmother's birthday lunch and I'm pretty sure we would have been better off pretty much anywhere else. What a nightmare!! We were seated and waited almost 5 minutes before being greeted by a server. When she DID finally show up, she asked us what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order with a curt attitude and zero apology for our wait. Once she brought our drinks back, she disappeared for, no exaggeration, 40 minutes. We received no refills, no one came to check on our food, etc. My daughter's meal was supposed to have cheese and didn't but there was no one around to ask for a fix. Also, my mother bit into an inch-long wooden shard in her salad and again, no one around. We finally flagged down a manager who came over to ask us what we needed. We told him that our server had been gone for 40 minutes and he said "well, it's not like she's just sitting around, she's busy". When we told him about the lack of cheese on my daughter's burgers, he said "well, that's the chef's fault". When we told him about the dangerous foreign object in my mother's food, he just sighed, said he'd take care of it, and walked away. A few minutes later, the server finally came back and brought 2 of the smallest cupcakes I've ever seen for my grandmother's birthday, immediately followed by the check. The kids meal was removed from the check but no mention of the issue with my mom's food. We asked her to check with the manager because he said he'd take care of it. A few minutes later, she brought back a check with a dollar and some change discounted off of our meals and the survey portion RIPPED OFF OF THE BOTTOM OF THE BILL. We asked for the full bill and got out of there as soon as possible. I've never seen such a blatant display of incompetency in my entire life and I've been in the service industry for almost 15 years. I wouldn't go back to this place if you paid me.

The food is good but the snotty teenage staff has got to go. Ladies, you make less than $3 an hour plus tips, you are NOT above anybody, regardless of the BMW daddy bought you for your sweet 16.

Did not know what to expect after reviews but just got back from there. We had great food and our waitress alyssa was great and talked to the manager about previous reviews and was as nice as anyone could be. Learned you can't go by reviews but only judge by your experience

This was my third and probably last visit to Ruby Tuesday, at least at this location. I've never liked the attitudes of the staff here ... the servers have always appeared to be irritated by the customers, and tend to rush the service. The food in the past has always been "average" ... but this time, it was incredibly bad. I ordered a combo meal which apparently was temporary because it's no longer on the menu ... a chicken, steak and pasta combo. The portion of each was small (I say that as a "good" but not "piggish" eater). The chicken had absolutely no flavor other than the sauce it was in, which was some kind of bland mustard-based mix. The steak was stringy and overcooked. The pasta was also overcooked, and flavorless, as was my wife's pasta dish.
