Updated: 1/18/2014 Visited at the end if the day and purchased three different kinds if donuts. All the donuts were dried and stale. Original review: My daughter loves to eat at Dunkin' Donuts, and we have stopped by a few times on Saturday mornings. There's a core group of friendly customers that seems to meet there on Saturday mornings, and the place has a welcoming, low-key atmosphere. I have also called-in orders to this location multiple times for a men's group I am a part of, and they have always had my order ready to go with a nice variety of donuts to choose from. The service is quick and friendly, and if it weren't for Holtman's Donuts right down the street I'd probably stop by here more frequently. TIPS- - The drive through line seems to go pretty slowly

Slow drive-thru service was my biggest complaint. The location is also pretty lousy. Otherwise the service was friendly and my order was completed perfectly.

YAY for toasted Coconut donuts they are so yummy. Pretty decent location friendly I do not really judge a donut place on a drivethru speed... too much selection for me to say i need to be in and out in 5 minutes

Quick service, everything as ordered. We went inside and beat the line in the drive-through.

I stop here sometimes in the morning before work to get coffee.. And they can never seem to get it right. Sometimes they add so much creamer that it's more milk than coffee. Sometimes there's SO much caramel in it that I can't drink it. Even after I try to be specific and say "light on the cream and caramel". They're also very rude here. They don't say anything after they had me my drink and just close the window. Not sure why I keep coming back actually..

Located on State Route 28 off I-275 Highway in Milford. Before they opened up the Dunkin in the Oakley/Hyde Park area, this was the closest location I can go to enjoy their coffees. My favorite is the Vanilla Latte. Besides the Latte, I love their glazed donuts and their Egg White Flatbreads. I have never had a bad experience at this location except a couple of days ago when I got a donut late at night and it was stale/old. Other than that, their coffees always taste fresh and made to my liking. Besides coffees and lattes, they sell espresso, cappuccino, iced/frozen beverages, bakery, breakfast and bakery sandwiches. Fresh ground coffee and Keurig cups are also available for purchase at the store. Make sure to sign up for the rewards card. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and bathrooms are decent.

New staff REALLY needs to get their customer service in order. I've been going here for years, always through the drive thru, always ordering the same thing. They recently add an entirely new staff and they are very slow and rude. It's been about 2 months since this staff change and they don't seem to be getting any better. In fact, I think they are getting worse. Every morning there is a 5-9 car line in the drive thru. Parking there to go in is difficult, so I don't even try. This a.m. after waiting for about 7 minutes to even give my order, I finally got to the window and overheard one staff member say to another that the lady ahead of me was upset because she had to wait too long. The other staff member said in response, "all these people are lazy and need to get out of their car and come in then." She went to hand me my order and they had made it wrong and when I told her it was not correct, she just grabbed the bag back, and closed the window, then stood there and talked to another staffmember for a minute or so, opened the window back up and asked me what was wrong with my order. When I told her I was not supposed to have egg, she said turned around to the other staffmember and said "i don't know why she couldn't have just took the egg off." They finally fixed my order and on Monday, I'm going to go through my regular routine and give them one more chance, but if I experience this same level of service, I'm going to pass them right up and hit the DD's on the next exit.
