Starbucks is pricey for me, but this store is always busy. That tells me a lot of people like what they serve.

I was in town for three weeks and got coffee here each morning. They have a drive through - which is a huge bonus for me - and even when there was a long line, they were always fast, friendly, and efficient.

Super friendly staff and quick service! The quick conversation the cashier and I had definitely made me feel like my wait time was shortened unto half!!

Starbucks is Starbucks. If you need a review to know rather or not to go here, you have bigger problems.

Starbucks sells some tasty coffee concoctions, as you already know, so we can skip the discussion of the chain and move right into the specifics of this shop. The drive thru and the staff attitudes are my favorite features of this location. The drive thru construction is my biggest pet peeve. I love the drive thru convenience. You just can't beat the ability to stay in your warm car on a cold December day and get a hot coffee on your way to work. Every visit to this shop has been met with smiling, pleasant, and helpful staff who make me feel like they are working because they like to make a good cup of coffee, not because they like to make a paycheck. The absolute worst feature of this shop is the construction of the drive thru. The line is forced straight through the center of the lot and parking spaces are on each side. If the line is long, backing out is difficult, esp if you have a large turning radius. If someone in the line pulled around the corner too far to one side or the other, then you have to wait until he moves down the line before you can pull out (or, if you have a wrangler like I do, you take the curb). I love Starbucks coffee, but the staff and drive thru convenience keep me coming back to this particular location again and again.

This has got to be the rudest Starbucks in the area. I asked for my frappachino with a shot on top and a flourless chocolate cookie. I wasn't asked if I wanted my cookie warm, I had to ask for it. Then the barista blended my shot in, I asked for it to be remade and received attitude in return. I was told I had to ASK for it to be made that way. As I told them I had, as it is Starbucks policy is if you're drink isn't right they remake it, no questions asked. I will definitely be contacting corporate regarding the bad service I received today!

Everyone is friendly and of course everything tastes great but for some reason, idk why, this is the slowest Starbucks in the world. Or at least of the many that i have ever been to. The parking lot is also insanely tight and somewhat dangerous getting in and out of especially when it's busy, which is the majority of the time. I still like to go there just making sure i have PLENTY of time :)

I love Starbucks, let me just get that our of the way. I live in between this location and the one by the Dayton Mall. I of late have been choosing this locations simply because they have a drive-thru and when it's cold I don't want to take my daughter out of the car. It's even more helpful to have the drive-thru when she falls asleep in the car and I don't want to take her out. I also like that this location has way more seating inside and a bigger patio area. The staff is always very friendly and the lines always more quickly.

I live in between this Starbucks and the one by the Dayton Mall, and then about 2 miles from the one in Centerville. I selectively goto this one. And I'll tell you why. 1. Drive thru- The one in Centerville has one, but I find the customer service here better. Sorry. 2. ICED CARAMEL MOCHIOTO- This is my drink, I am currently drinking on right now. I have never had a bad one here, had plenty at other Starbucks, but this one has been my exception. The polite girl at the window told me how they were re-training everyone how to make one, AWESOME! She knew how to do it, explained it, and I definitely dig a Barista who knows her stuff. 3. Customer Service- I don't think I have ever dealt with a huge problem here, if they know they are in the wrong they apologize, if they have a line they apologize, if you have to wait they apologize. - Though, I feel there is only one major thing wrong in making this place the top Starbucks in the area. THEIR PARKING LOT! Holy crap that parking lot sucks! I feel if your going to have a drive thru, have one big enough so people dont have to keep going out the way they came in. if the drive-thru backs up into the parking lot, you are literally screwed. I don't think I have ever seen a drive-thru that bad. Please, fix it. They are building a massage place next door, maybe they will let you take some of their land LOL. Overall, I love this place.

Impressed with this store, right across where i work, so i can walk down here. The employees are quite welcoming. They remember my coffee preference, which kind of feels warm. Fast service, if not satisfied with coffee quality, they always make you another one quickly. And the coffee tastes so good everytime.

due to its convenience when in the area I have actually been to this store a few times. 1st time. I waited a good 10 minutes for my soy latte. For my trouble, I was given a coupon for a free one. I could then enjoy a mediocre latte a second time. I'll give them 2 stars for trying. 2nd time. I picked up a iced coffee container and some of that instant stuff. no problems with waiting. The container is awesome, but the instant iced coffee. bleh. Again 2 stars. Its not the stores fault. 3rd time. spur of the moment stop for another latte. waited a good 10 minutes. I was asked at one point if I was waiting on something. There were various other customers that ordered after me. Picking up their frozen whipping cream chocolate syrup caramel sugar coffee frappacinos one by one. no free coupon this time. 1 star. I'm thinking if I was into drinking a coffee milkshake that Starbucks would be on the top of my list.
