Terrible staff Not a fan of this location. I go to Starbucks everywhere, all the time (except in Canada, then it's Timmy's). I like to be able to drink my coffee shortly after I get back in the car on a road trip. I asked the barista chick to please add two cubes to cool the coffee. I saw her use a scooper and hoped she only added the two cubes I requested. Well, I set the coffee in my car holder and "let it cool". However, in five minutes, it was ice cold. Huh? Apparently the staff does not know the difference between two ice cubes and a cup of ice cubes. I'm soooo disappointed that I wasted money and a road trip stop on this.

For Marion, this is a good Starbucks. The drive thru is convenient and they know how to make drinks. Always consistent. Their customer service is always great!

I only recently relocated from San Diego, CA. to Marion, OH. (I know, I know, why in the hell would I right? Well that's another story.) Anyway, I brought my Starbucks addiction with me and as soon as I got to know the area I immediately tracked down all the nearest Starbucks locations, well in town there are two. One is inside a Kroger's grocery store, and the other is a stand alone location. I prefer the stand alone, and I really prefer those that have a drive-thru option as I am a huge fan of convenience, which this one does have! The inside of the store is kept clean, the staff are friendly and talkative, and I was even very pleased to find that when I tried something new and didn't like it, the gentleman manning the cash register offered to let me try something different, no charge. I was blown away at the customer service, and this place has definitely become my new favorite haunt. I love coming here for the music, atmosphere, free wi-fi to do my school work, excellent beverages and friendly customer service. I don't often leave reviews, but this place, whether you are on the run and hitting the drive-thru or stopping in and intending to hang out a while is a winner. ~Nicole Tarbuck

My go to place for caffeine on the go. It's close to campus, so very convenient. Customer service is great, and so are the drinks!

The Kroger Starbucks is better this one puts way way way too much ice in the drinks or way too much coffee...
