Being convenient to home, this has been my go-to "on the go" coffee stop. I usually take the time to go inside, even during busy times and I always have a positive experience and enjoy a few moments chatter with the team before going on with the day - I always appreciate it!

I love having a drive-through Starbucks near work. It's convenient, even if there's a long line it goes through fairly fast. The breakfast sandwiches and offerings are always warm and fresh. Love the bagels, ham and cheese pastry and danishes.

The drive through is always backed up and they are slow... The drinks are Starbucks so the typical burnt coffee with just enjoying syrup and milk to almost cover it up. But I'm the typical American and love my lattes so I frequent the restaurant. lol

The drive-thru is always ridiculously slow. Had a couple of iced coffees that tasted old, stale and just bad. It's frustrating because it's right by my house. I have to try and find another one. I have a gold card, not just ranting.

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. My college library Starbucks had better service. The staff at this location carried on a social conversation for at least 5 minutes before even acknowledging I was standing at the register. After ordering my drink the staff member spent her time complaining about the number of trash bags in the trash can for a few minutes before making my drink. Needless to say... I won't be back.

If I could write a review w negative number of stars I would. A barista young lady was constantly coughing and hacking horribly. I felt bad for her and all the customers she was serving. I spoke w the mgr jay paul about the situation and he said "she isn't contagious any more".... Omg hope everyone enjoyed a little extra something in their drink this am

I've frequented many Starbucks locations. Whenever I visit this one, there are always extremely long drive-thru lines. However, the line usually moves fairly quickly and the staff is always friendly, smiley and courteous. Way to be!

I LOVE Starbucks! They make the best Cake Pops and their coffee is excellent. The Staff is Excellent and they knew exactly what I wanted. I would like to give this place 5 stars. The quality is really good. Good Job Starbucks.:)

The staff can not typically handle long lines at the drive thru. As my tip indicated: IF THE DRIVE THRU LINE REACHES THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR, THEN JUST GO IN. This has panned out for me at least 95% of the time. If one of the guys with the giant ear gauges is feeling broody or the flamboyant guy is having a hissy or if the girls are frazzled or spaced, then you're going to be here a while. This location doesn't seem to have much order. Seems to be a lot of stress and confusion. The layout of the location SUCKS. From the parking lot entrance, to the drive thru to the parking and the three of these things being thrown together poorly, there's no winners here as far as the design department is concerned. Would I go back? Yes. I go all of the time. It's the closest Starbucks around. There's a lot that I dislike about this location but it's still Starbucks and I still get what I want. Side note: Once I was in the drive thru and I had placed my order and was waiting in line. As it was my turn, I pulled to the window and the Starbucks "barista" informed me that the person in front of me paid for my order. For no reason, they paid for my coffee. I've tried it. It's pretty cool. Now you don't want to buy coffee for the guy picking up an order for the office, but if you look behind you and see a singular person, ask if they've only ordered one beverage. Then, if you have a couple of bucks and you want to make someone else's day, just for the sake of doing it, then give this a go. That was a few years ago and I still think about it.

We stop here whenever we're in town to visit my wife's familiy. Great service, great people, great coffee. The only issue is the ridiculously placed drive-thru. What were they thinking when they built this place?! Buy more land - just a few more square feet and you'd have a drive thru and parking lot that made half-sense!

I was so disappointed the last time I went to this particular Starbucks. I was charged 60 cents for milk in my chai latte because I asked for no water (I think all Starbucks started watering it down about a year ago). I have gone to three different Starbucks since that day and have NOT been charged for the milk that is already supposed to be in my drink. Unfortunately, it is not the first time I have had poor service at this location. Staff is always friendly, just extremely slow (at least drive through, maybe dining in is quicker). So sad because this is an ideal location for many of the places I frequent.
