This was not my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings, kinda dissapointed. First, the positives: I went in with my family on 1/1/15 and it was decently busy because of some game going on, but there was no wait for my family of 6. Our waitress was great, she checked to make sure drinks were filled and friendly. Those two things score major points with me. I started my order wanting to try a new beer. They had Modelo as the monthly special so I figured I would try it. BUT they were out. Waitress recommended another beer to try and it was excellent, probably my new favorite. We ordered the same thing we order any time we eat at B-Dubs. Traditional wings, medium sauce and buffalo chips. They were awful. So bad, I couldn't eat them. They were so greasy they were slippery, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Same goes for the buffalo chips. They were soggy and looked like they had been sitting a long time. Kids food came out fine so I drank my liquid dinner and we left. Not in a rush to hurry back, but this one sub par experience won't keep me away forever.

It's exactly what you expect from BW3. Nothing super fancy, just grease laden food with lots of TV's. Sometimes the service is slow, but I've come to expect it. The staff is generally pleasant, if not overworked. They always seem to be scrambling around and service suffers as a result. The sauces are good, the wedges with cheese are good, the beer selection is good, and there's plenty to watch on tv. Usually when I get home, i let out some good farts.

We Walked in the restaurant on 08-18-2012 around 1:00PM and saw empty tables. However, the greeter said we could wait 30 minutes for a table or go to the bar area for service. We went to the bar area sat down and a waitress, walked by and said she would be right back. We waited for about about 15 - 20 minuets, still no waiter or waitress would even recognize us. Being on a time crunch, and feeling ignored by the staff, we went to across the street to Donatos, and got our pizza ordered right away and our pizzas were ready in less then 10min.

Buzztime Trivia! Cheeseburger Slammers are awesome! Plenty of games to keep Kids occupied. I love the atmosphere of BW3's! I'm here almost every Friday.

We ordered 7, that's right, 7 entrees TO GO and they were all correct! The hostess was awesome n that she took the receipt and checked off each item to ensure accuracy. Of course tipping up front doesn't hurt. Recommend to anyone.

I love going here with my friends late on Fridays but a lot of the time they mess up our order. The wait for food is longer than I feel it should be when the restaurant isn't busy also. The one thing they excel at is mixed drinks. They taste perfect and they don't water down their alcohol. That should be expected for the price though.

The food is great as with all Buffalo Wild Wings! They are very consistent in quality. My reason for giving them 3 stars is the service. They are very slow compared to most bdubs and I typically run to Mason but when you have to this is a great place and wonderful wings. Just be ready to wait and probably ask for a refill on your soda...

I'm always disappointed when I eat here. The service is consistently slow and the servers are almost always dismissive if not rude. I don't often write super negative reviews so trust me when I say, just go somewhere else. The food is consistent with most bw3's but the service is just so, so bad.

Ugh ... where to start. Took forever for someone to come to the table to get us anything and that's only because the manager noticed no one was serving us. Then a waitress quickly came over and took the entire order (always a risk when ordering appetizers). After a long wait we got drinks, but no straws (i finally just got up and got them myself) ... Then nothing. Finally flagged our "Guest Experience Captain" down and asked if she could find our appetizer (you know, the party that comes before the meal). The fried pickles arrives shortly after that followed quickly by, yep you guessed it ... our dinner! My wife mentioned, as soon as she got her salad, that none of us had silverware. Our waitress assured us that she'd get some right away. When I noticed that she was getting drinks for another table I had it. For the first time in my life I got up and went hunting for the manager. He had been standing near the kitchen. When I got there he wasn't there, but you could see right into the staging area. There they were, nicely rolled silverware packs. I walked in and helped myself. Bad news ... they were dessert spoons. So I went back ... this time the manager sees me, I tell him why I'm in his kitchen ... We need utensils. He finally goes and gets some himself. At this point you're surely thinking that the management would do something, free appetizer, etc., nope! Nothing! Not a visit from the manager, no apology, nothing that shows they care at all. So after waiting about 15 minutes we flag the waitress down and have to ask for the bill. Finally ... The manager comes to tell me that they took 15% off the bill ... woohoo, I got paid less than minimum wage for self serving my family!

If you are in Lebanon and just want to see the big game and some food and a drink this is one of the only places in the city to do that. It is one of the smallest BW3's I have ever been to. The wait to get a table can be long if you don't get there early for the game. The service is good and the food and drinks were the same as all B-Dubs. But it is an ok place.

In April 2014 while eating at the Lebanon, Ohio location a couple of police officers walked in to pick up a carry out order. An employee by the name of Heather began yelling at the officers and yelling at coworkers that the officers had harrassed her in the past and to spit in their food. I for one will not be visiting this establishment any longer. I do not mind a bit driving a little farther when I feel the need to eat at a buffalo wild wings rather than supporting a business that allows employeed to behave in this manner.

Went here to get some take out. We called around twenty minutes ahead to make sure our order was ready by the time we got there. We had a very intricate order and they got it correct! The wings were very good and the cheese wedges hit the spot. You can always trust Buffalo Wild Wings to hit the spot when you are craving wing. So for this review, the takeout is good to go!
