Went here the first week of January, service was slow. Took about 30 min to get a table, during the wait the peanut barrel was empty. We got to our table and waited and waited for server to help us. I ordered the ribs, when they came they were not even warm they were cold, one of the persons in our party had ordered a steak, server had come out and said there was a mistake and the wrong size steak was cooked. After about 45 minutes the steak was brought out and it was undercooked. Overall this was a really bad place and we will not be going here again.

Waitress was not too friendly, but the food was good. Rolls are always delicious. I had my favorite, the Chicken Caesar Salad. Their's is the best I've had. Chicken Critters are also good. Still need to try the steak...

This is the kind of place you take your cousin Dewey when he's in town and you have to pick up the check. It provides passable food and doesn't cost much.

I know it isn't hip to love a chain-restaurant this much, but I can't help it. I have never had a bad meal here, and I've been here dozens of times. I almost always have the sirloin steak, which is consistently lean and full of flavor. The unlimited rolls and cinnamon butter are fantastic. The sides are all good, and I especially like the side salads--they taste very fresh. The breaded chicken tenders are also really good. They have just enough crunch and spice to make them interesting. So yeah, make fun of me if you like, but I freaking love Texas Roadhouse. Oh, and don't forget to call ahead and save yourself the wait at the door.

One of the best steak houses in Toledo for the price. I have never had a bad steak at this place and I go there alot. Actually every item is great and the service is great. I wish I could eat there every night.

with all the hype of not being open all day to prep for dinner, i expected something spectacular. Not! right off the cinnamon butter with the fresh rolls was a turnoff. not everyone likes spices in their butter. hubby would not touch it. i got the chicken critter with fries and a tossed salad. salad came out first, but i really wanted to add some chicken to the salad so it just sat. DID NOT like the batter, as in pancake batter, fried chik nuggets. it made them soft and limp, rather than crispy as a breading would. nothing seemed seasoned except the fries, and hubby guessed they were obviously frozen from a bag. he got a burger and fries. said the burger was tasteless and could get better at any diner. so yes, the food was not worth the $27.00 our bill came to. you have to find a better place than this. the free peanuts were not changed after each table was cleared thus who knows what germs are passed along on those. waiter didn't seem with it, maybe just distracted with the noisy crowd.

Normally I would give them 5 stars and I'm not one to give a review good or bad on a social site however after my last trip to Texas road house I was so upset with the service received I did email the company to which the manager promptly called me so there's 1 star. Second star comes from the management truly seeming apologetic and sending a coupon. The 3rd star is just because I truly love this restaurant and generally spend my Saturday afternoons here with my family. Once this water crisis is over and they reopen I will give them another try and hopefully I can come back to give them 5 stars!!! We will see.

I got a 11 oz. Of the USDA Choice Sirloin steak and it was delicious! I also love the sweet bread! I thought the delicious mashed potatoes with butter melted on my tongue! And our waitress Caitlyn was very nice and had very good manners. Best meal I have had in a long time. Its an easy 5 stars!

I usually love Texas Roadhouse resuraunts...this store sucks. It started off when our hostess dropped our silverware on the floor, picked it up and put it on our table. Yuk...seriously? We were fairly disgusted by this, insisting on new silverware, which we may have gotten. When the food came we opened the napkins to find left over food...still moist, on the forks. We asked for clean silverware yet again, getting silverware that looked clean but still wet. Probably just rinsed and returned. The cleanliness of this store is terrible. The food was ok, but hard to enjoy knowing the filthy way the utensils are handled. How dirty is the rest of this place? Are the employees really trained this poorly? Place was busy. Hopefully this is just one bad experience. I doubt it. Avoid this location. Blows.

Was feeling like steak after work and the only places available were chain steakhouse so I figure to give this a try. It definitely hit the spot! Once you are seated, you get hot rolls with cinnamon butter. This was really good! Had to stop myself from filling up on just rolls. One of the reason I chose this chain was because of the hand cut streaks. I got the smallest ribeye available(10oz). It was good for a chain. Overall definitely happy with the meal. I would come back if I felt like steak again but didnt feel like paying high end steak house's prices.

Great place to dine or take out! Most of the servers are amazing & the service is exceptional! The cinnamon butter rolls are an awesome gift & after a few of those there is no need for an appetizer. Although the fried pickles & cactus blossom are tasty starters. The steaks are cooked to perfection & juicy. The Mashed potatoes are perfect & the rice is on point too. The chicken critter salad is the best in the state with a nice variety of dressings. The Roadhouse has exceptional food!

Ate at Road house on father's day and wife had to send rib eye back as there was string through out and replaced with prime rib which as fair at best. My rib eye not tasty. I called manager and she admitted we did not get a true rib eye as it as we expected. She indicated a certain percentage of rib eyes come from another cut. Went to Costco and bought package of rib eyes which were great. Manager did send us a gift certificate and did apologize. Mentioned this to friend who eats there a lot and he said his last steak was not real good.

Terrible service! When you're a chain and the food isn't the best , the only way to stand out is your service. They have very little to none and are incredibly rude. If your going to spend more money than you should on a restraunt in Toledo, you have better options.

It may be a chain restaurant, but they make a tasty rib-eye (ribeye? rib eye??) for the price and always cook it to the temperature requested. The sides are fine--the only disappointment for me has been the green beans. The rolls and cinnamon butter are sooooo goooood but don't eat too many of them (and they WILL bring you more if you eat them all) because then you'll be too full to eat your delicious steak. Been here a couple of times and service has always been good. The only con to this place (and all steak restaurants) is whatever it does to my cholesterol levels.

I am usually one who likes to stay away from the typical chain steak joints. That being said I was pleasantly surprised by both my trips to this location! I ordered the Steak Kabob which was amazing! So amazing that I returned just 4 days later to have another one. The steak is tender, marinated and cooked to perfection. I always order my meat medium and sometimes even with a steak it is overdone. However, this steak kabob was cooked perfectly. It included vegetables that were also cooked on the skewer and given a char. The vegetables included: mushrooms, onions, cherry tomato, green and red peppers. There are not a lot of veggies due to the amount of steak also on the skewer. I believe the steak to veggie ratio is perfect! This is for sure the only thing I will order here because it was just that good! Try the steak kabob you won't be disappointed I promise ! Also the bread and cinnamon butter is amazing. Their deep fried onion for an appetizer was just ok. I still like Outbacks blooming onion much better. The service here was also great! Both times we had a different server and they kept out sweet teas filled without asking and also brought us extra butter when requested! 5 star service to go along with the 5 star kabob! Enjoy!

As always, friendly service and great food! Restrooms were not very clean and that was disappointing as I have never had a negative post for a Tx Roadhouse. Still, the quality of the food and service made up for it. Even with the mess in the bathroom, 4 stars for this visit.
