I was so excited to take my sweetie to Smashburger after I'd tried the one in West Chester. I got the black bean avocado ranch burger, and when I'd had it the other day at the other location, it was fantastic! We took a seat outside since it's finally getting warm enough to do so, and the orders came out pretty fast. His order was perfect and he loved it. I looked at mine and it was missing something... I asked an employee nearby and she said it was a club, and that they would make me a new one. Huh?? This was a black bean burger? She takes it back in and comes back with the same burger, but this time it had the ranch slathered on it. She says nothing about it and sets it down. The one thing I hate for a black bean burger, is for it to be dry. That drives me crazy. Well, this one was definitely dry and the taste was just different from the location I'd had the other day. I am baffled by this as it is was SO different and so disappointing. I remember having eaten here when they had first opened and was disappointed then too. I don't think I'll go back to this location. It's not worth the money.

I stopped into Smash burgers for lunch today. I never been there so I thought I'd give it a shot. Very disappointed! The burger and fries are very greasy! The bun was soaked in oil and when u press on the burger, it oozes grease! I never seen nothing like this! I wanted to ask for refund back, but didn't want to make a seen. I ate want I could tolerate, than threw the rest away. The milkshake is good and service was excellent. Skip this restaurant. There's plenty around.

This location was large and clean. My husband and I shared a Mushroom Swiss with a veggie black bean patty substituted in for the beef patty. The burger was huge - definitely too large for the bun in circumference. I appreciate all of the food, but it makes it a bit messy to eat. My husband thought the fries tasted a bit stale, but they were ok by me.

Had the bacon cheeseburger with haystack onion rings. They gave me one pice of thin sliced bacon and broke it in half. It was a good burger but not worth the price and the onion rings were too salty. Go to five guys and get what you pay for. If your into getting your money's worth.

I was in town for Thanksgiving and looking for a quick burger fix after a long day of Black Friday shopping. The boy talked to his sisters & they recommended Smashburger. Seeing as how much we love Columbus' Graffiti Burger, we decided to give it a try. The milkshake quality is about the same ----- delicious. Smashburger had a few things going for it ---- less expensive, larger milkshakes, and additional offerings (chicken & hot dogs). But, it just didn't measure up to my Graffiti Burger. The burgers had an odd spicy taste and the buns were far inferior. We both went with the classic egg bun and immediately wished we hadn't. The burgers were smaller & many obvious burger toppings were missing. Where are the banana peppers? And my favorite, the provolone cheese? Plus you have to pay extra for the cheese, mushrooms, & a few other toppings. The milkshake definitely hit the spot, but I left the restaurant hungry and unsatisfied.

The burgers are the best. Hot juicy and on point. The veggies are awesome. The French Fry's suck. They are small and thin. 5 guys has you beat on FF.

I love smashburger and this location is really great. Their restaurant is always very busy, yet it's always clean and tidy. Their staff is always very friendly and ready to help you with anything, they do come around and offer service if you need it and really seem to care about their guests. The food is all made fresh to order and is very hot and great. Everything is a la carte which can really make it pricey for a burger and fries but it's definitely worth it you can tell it's quality food. The smash fries are always great. I'm very sad to see they discontinued their frequent burger punch cards that was a great program.

Very good Swiss mushroom burger. The shakes are ridiculously awesome just missing a cheery on top.

Really good burger and milkshake, but pretty pricey. I got a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Chocolate Shake, and an order of Cheese Fries, and my bill was OVER $13! Found the burger patties to be a little on the thin side - if you want a thicker burger, get a double. Didn't try the Smash fries because frankly, the rosemary in the seasoning was a turn off. The fries in general were really thin - thinner than McDonalds, but not as thin as Steak n Shake. I will probably go back again to try a chicken sandwich, but wasn't overly impressed with the burgers. Staff was a little iffy- shift manager took my order and she had a rotten personality.
