We stopped here to pick up sandwiches for a flight out of Columbus (since airlines don't feed you anymore). Our sandwiches were good---not extraordinary---but what was amazing was the service. The lady who waited on us was just the nicest, sweetest thing in the world. We just chatted like old friends while she built our sandwiches. And when we unpacked our sandwiches mid-flight, we found she had written on the wrappers: "Have a good trip home" . It just totally made us smile and warmed our hearts. We love the beauty and warmth of Arizona, but we miss the hearts and souls of the Ohio people. This lady totally reminded us of how special the folks of our old home-state are. And we decided right then and there, that this Jersey Mike's will be our go-to for "plane food" in the future, because there really was love in every bite!

Your diners don't mind sitting on other diners' crumbs and caked-mud footprints that cover every table top, chair and booth. And you bet that after this last delicious bite that I'm asking to see the manager. Her response. They were hit with a bunch pf orders. I'm not buying it because I've been here for more than 30 minutes. One other customer and zero phone calls. And please tell the girl to cover her mouth when she coughs to prevent the spread of germs.

I had high expectations of this place, but I guess my expectations were too high. I was expecting something more like Jimmy John's. My wife and I stopped here in the Spring on a Saturday for lunch. I am sick of Subway and she doesn't like Jimmy John's, so here we were, trying out a new (to us) sandwich joint. We are both vegetarian, so one could argue that severely limits our options at a sandwich place. There just wasn't much about this sandwich that I LOVED. It tasted "fine" and I would be happy to eat it if it was handed to me. But I wouldn't seek it out. The staff was friendly and helpful - I asked lots of questions since I had never been there and every sandwich shop seems to have a certain protocol on how they handle ordering. I've driven by it since and I have to say, I haven't had a craving to go back here yet. I think I'll stick with Jimmy John's. I suppose I'd be willing to try it again if I had a strong reason for it, ie. I was with someone who wanted to try it or who really liked it.

I loved this place. I came here for lunch on the day of my best friend's wedding. When I walked in I had no idea that it was a chain. Meats sliced fresh, friendly banter with the employees, and some delicious pepper relish. What's not to love? This is my favorite fast-food sub shop.

I may be a little biased bc jersey mikes is my favorite sub place out of all of them. I give this place a 3/5 bc the food was good but the staff isn't really friendly and seem to not care really. Mostly teenage girls that seem to just walk around hoping to get off work

If you're not from Jersey, you'll want to be after you sink your teeth into one of Mike's unbelievably, delectable and scrumpdilicious subs. What a treat! All the way from Point Pleasant, New Jersey - the pride of the Jersey Shore - since 1956 - Mike's has been making subs the old-fashioned way - top quality, no shortcuts all at a good price. We just bought 3 large subs to share at our friends' OSU/Michigan party yesterday. The subs were almost as popular as the trouncing over the maize & blue. We selected the "Original Italian", the "Albacore Tuna Fish" and the "Turkey Breast". All three were prepared "Mike's Way" which includes: lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar and Mike's secret spices. My wife says that there is no better tuna sub in all of Ohio. I have to agree with her even though I'm a huge turkey sub fan myself. We are extremely picky about our mayonnaise too. I'm not sure where Mike gets his mayonnaise, but it is truly mouthwatering! Mmmmm! Mike's has at least 10 cold subs, 6 hot subs, 6 wraps and 5 salads to choose from, so you won't be disappointed. There's something for everyone. Accoutrement's like chips and beverages are available as well. I recommend the wheat bread - my standard. It's not easy to find in good sub shops. All of our friends at the OSU/Michigan party raved over the full flavor and freshness of Mike's subs. It truly was a crowning achievement to a wonderful day of football. All we were missing were the warm, sandy beaches and ocean breezes of Point Pleasant. There's nothing like the Shore and there's nothing like Jersey Mike's Subs. Eat up!

Being from Eastern Pennsylvania, I know the taste they're going for, and it's not bad...but it's not great either. Back in PA (and Jersey) you could get something similar or better and it would usually cost less. So needless to say, as an East Coast girl, I wasn't overly impressed. That said, I was pleased to see that the roast beef that they use is actually pink and not brown. They got something right!

The food at Jersey Mike's is consistently decent, but of all the Jersey Mike's in town, the Gahanna one may have the worst customer service of all. I've been ignored, treated badly, short-changed, and once I was even turned away because they closed a half an hour early for no apparent reason. If you have to choose between this location and another that are of equal distances apart, choose the other location.

Ever since I called out the Assistant Manager on blaitant Health Code violations "handling the meat without gloved hands" and not cleaning the knife properly between subs. I refuse the visit this location.

My husband loves this place so I am forced to go.. I had a strange experience a couple weeks back. I went in on a Saturday afternoon with a coupon and ordered 2 subs .. One of which had to be prepared on the grill.. A man who I presumed to be the owner appeared to be very annoyed by either my coupon or my request for a sub he actually had to cook on the grill. He actually seemed to toss a rag on the floor to show his displeasure. It was very uncomfortable. He was also rude to the employee behind the register.. anyways food is decent but that was a very strange experience for me! I felt like my presence was an intrusion.
