Not the best Bob Evans I've ever been in, but a solid 4 stars. The layout is really open...my friend and I were commenting on how we've never seen one like it. It was clean and well kept. Our orders came out in a timely manner and our sever was great. She was friendly without being overbearing. The staff at checkout were also very friendly. I'd have no problem stopping back by this location if I was in the area. :)

I cannot believe how bad the service was at this location! Firstly the host was sloppy and kept seating people in the wrong order. We almost gave up to sit at the bar because he sat 2 other people who were behind us on the list before us but the family ahead of is started yelling and they got everyone seated. The server took our order and then came back to ask if we wanted more coffee but as we were answering no she was already walking away!! She didn't even hear us say no. She came back to fill the cups and we said we don't need and she goes- oh too late. Then she forgot to bring out the bread and again when she brought us our plates she asked if we needed anything which we did and started walking away when we were mid sentence! Honestly I couldn't believe how awful she was!! On a sided note the food took forever to come and all we ordered were eggs, hash browns and bread that never came. The hash browns were also undercooked. We will never go back and you shouldn't go to this location either.

I hate Bob Evens! Like when did they start serving horrible tasting food? I ordered steak & eggs and the steak tasted like bush meat.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to go in. I've never eaten at a Bob Evans before and after reading what was posted I thought I'd keep the streak alive. Well let me say the posters are wrong. My turkey dinner was hot and delicious, the waitresses were always at the ready, and the restaurant extremely clean. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because the food wasn't "exceptional" which is what I save that rating for. If you're looking for a good homestyle meal than you won't go wrong here.

Well here we go again. I want to like Bob for breakfast I really do. But they make it so hard. Summary. Service was OK. Order was wrong. Twice. Eggs were cold. But that wasn't the problem. Its they way they train the staff. I've had exactly the same experience two different times. I arrive at a nearly empty restaurant around 7am for breakfast. I watch a couple of staff members chatting about their day, or the Bachelor, or Idol. Who knows but it isn't work. And I wait. And I watch. And they see me. I figure the hostess is in the back doing something important. And I wait and watch. They finish their inane conversation and voila. The hostess was one of them and she finally comes over to seat me. Seriously. This has happened to me 3 times at different locations across the east so it must be part of their training. Bye bye Bob. I'm done with you.

Bob Evans is always reliable, always consistent. Well, almost always. Went to this one for the first time in years. It was almost empty, which as you probably know is very odd for a Bob Evans. Seated quickly, and from there things went downhill. Though there weren't many customers, and seemed to be plenty of staff, service was slow and disorganized. I blame management more than the servers- most of the people seemed to be hanging out and talking behind the counter, only a few were actually working in the kitchen and in the dining room. The food was fine. Some items were forgotten, though, and there was very little of the requested cheese on my sweetie's hash browns. She had the "deluxe griddle combo" with those hash browns, bacon, and pancakes. I had the smokehouse burger, with bacon, onion petals, etc. It was pretty good, and too big to finish. Next time we'll head up Hamilton to the one near Morse.

Epic fail. Came to the local Bob Evans for Sunday brunch and left hungry. Unlike other reviewers, we were seated right away but our table and tableware was dirty. The restaurant was filled with dirty tables all around. There was one bus boy attempting to clean off the tables but he was literally in slow motion the whole time and kept stopping to check his phone, talk to the people passing by, check his phone again. I completed my entire meal watching him clear a table....and he still wasn't done when I left. One table! My guest ordered the turkey, mashed and stuffing. She had to send her food back because it wasn't even warm when it came out. When they brought it back 30 seconds later, it still wasn't even luke warm. She was uncomfortable and ate it anyway. My French toast was barely warm. It was edible but that's not saying much. How can you screw up French toast? I ordered the mocha and it was bearable. Definitely nothing to praise. Definitely not worth the three bucks. I've given this place several tries. This was the last straw. We're going to scrambler Marie's next time and every time after that. At least their tables are clean and their food is hot.

Who doesn't like Bob Evans? They have the best sausage gravy in the nation. I have traveled from tge east coast to the west coast and nobody's is as good. Didn't feel like cooking, had a coupon and some gift cards so we went out instead. We both got the 3 course meals and we both the farm festival bean soup for our starters. I got the sirloin steak with mushrooms, onions, gravy wit h melted cheese on top It came with mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was great, the steak was cooked perfectly and it was juicy. If course the mashed potatoes were awesome because their gravy is awesome. My man got the chopped steak with mushrooms, onions and gravy. His also came with mashed potatoes and gravy. He had no complaints, he likes their gravy too. After that came dessert. I got the chocolate sundae with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a cherry. He got chocolate chunk cookie.

A text I just received from my wife who is at Bob Evans now with our two kids says it all: I think I'm giving up on Bob Evans. The lady next to me came in after and has been seated served and given the check. We have only ordered

I live within walking distance to this Bob Evans I have tried it 4 times now. Each and every time it is consistently very slow service. All 4 times there were not a lot of people there (I assume because it is such bad service, because one time was 9:30 on a Sunday). And each time we had to wait at least 45 minutes for our food. I am going to assume it had a lot to do with the back of the house because we had different wait staff each time, 3 of which seemed to be on top of it. We talked with the manager and didn't really get anywhere with that. I would skip this Bob Evans location and try Frishes next door.

Went to this Bob Evans. Almost all of our meals were cold. Service was slow. Manager was nice about it though. I also just learned from a friend they had a worse experience than us at this same Bob Evans. I will never go back to this particular location.

Very poor service. Slow and disorganized. Food was just ok. Would not return to this Bob Evans again! Ate here on a Friday night and the place was empty that should have been my first clue!!!

Had a Farmer's breakfast and the pancakes were hard as rocks. No clue how you screw up on pancakes, but they certainly did.

Another Bob Evans review. I know what you're thinking. Is this one any different from the other Bob Evans'? Not really, but that's a good thing! You will find all of the same wonderful food that you'll find at every other Bob Evans, of course. The service is definitely above par compared to other similar competitors. I've always enjoyed their warm greeting and pleasant demeanor here. How can you possibly not enjoy that type of consistent service? The best part about this Bob Evans store is its proximity to the airport. It's the closest one. So, if you're leaving Ohio and you need one last good authentic Buckeye meal, this is the place for you. Unless, of course, you enjoy the overcooked food at the Airport - Yuck! I can't really say that anything stands out above any other Bob Evans restaurant, but it is conveniently located right off of I-270 & Hamilton Road. No complaints from this lifelong Bob Evans fan! Now I'm hungry again...darn it all!

Never been to this Bob Evans location. Stopped in for a bite of lunch on a Saturday. One thing about chains is that you know what to expect from a menu selection. This location did not disappoint. Consistent, good, down-home quality food. I love the salmon entree, very healthy and tasty. Wait staff were prompt and helpfu, just had to do a double-take as I never was really sure who our wait staff person was. It was either good team-work or confusion.
