Just tried this place and here is our opinion. Wasted $20.00.... as my wife and I thought the food was gross. The only thing that was worth eating was the American made buns that came with the plate of ....what they call food. When we walked in only two tables had victims...I mean customers and some young Chinese kid was running from the front of the place into the back kitchen yelling into his phone. The person that was to take care of use ( wouldn't call her a server or a waitress ) was not polite nor did she have manors. Paid my bill but left 80% of the crap they service on the table. Can't leave no stars...so will leave one.

Best Chinese food ever. I haven't found a place that comes close and I now live in California. Have to have sweet and sour chicken fried rice egg drop soup and don't forget the delicious rolls everytime I come home!

This is the BEST Chinese restaurant in Fremont! OMG! You cannot possibly walk out of there hungry! The portions are large enough to share. And the egg rolls..they're HUGE! I have never had a bad meal or service here!

I have loved this place since I was a kid. The portions are large and the meat is always tender and veggies fresh to the taste. I usually always got the wanton soup, but today I got the hot and sour and found it to be only okay. However, my dish #16 - WOW! Delicious!!! Tender meat, hot spicy egg roll. All so great. Not sure for the mediocre reviews - maybe just what they ordered! If in Fremont, hankering for Chinese - THIS is the place

I'm a big fan of their chicken chop suey. In over 10 years of going the dish always tastes fresh. The fried rich compliments it quite well. For those that complain that the fried rice is bland, I can say without doubt; the flavor is on par with that I've had in China. I don't think I've ever had a dish here that I did not like. I love their chicken noodle soup. When I'm sick I like to order just the soup as it is tastier than anything you can find in a can. The left over dinner rolls make for great toast slices in the morning with a bit of cinnamon butter. I would opt for 5 stars but their egg rolls can be a little on the greasy side. The hot egg rolls, despite the grease, are an awesome side that a lot of people ignore.

I really wanted this restaurant to be as good as the one in Norwalk but I must say I was really let down. I can let go the fact that my call in order was not ready even though I called it in an hour early. I understand they needed to know large or small order... Wasting food is inexcusable but when I have to wait for my food and then it taste like it was made the night before..this saddens me. On top of the fact it was not prepared how it is listed on the menu. I can't say this place is horrible because the people are friendly but I didn't go there to make friends..I wanted to eat lunch and to be honest I'll probably bring this to my outside animals for their dinner and hope they eat it. Sorry guys two stars from me.. not sure I'll be back.

How can they call this Chinese! Pork subgum had water logged shrimp chips chunks of chicken not slices, shaved pork, shrimp which was decent in a horrible bland sauce. Did have few veggies. Fried rice, egg rolls, wonton soup, and crab rangoon were bad. I have had worse so 2 stars is fair.

Server was less than friendly. Older lady bad attitude. Food came and was terrible. Egg rolls were tough. Fried rice had no flavor. Got general tso chicken and shrimp. Menu said spicy. No spice at all was sweet. Chicken was chewy. Let young lady at counter know about food. Didnt have much to say but was quick to take the full amount. We don't normally complain..but this wasnt good

Bad experience. I ordered chicken and broccoli with oyster and ginger sauce. The sauce was definitely NOT oyster with ginger (I was actually given the same sauce as the other two chicken dishes at our table). When I asked the waitress if this was ginger, she said. 1) I don't know, I'm not the cook. 2) I don't know what's on the menu, I don't think we have ginger sauce. 3) that is how it is served, they mix the sauces all together. Basically, too bad, we don't care what you order, they are gonna serve whatever they darn well please. I was actually just curious when I asked the question and not upset until I started getting these unbelievably stupid answers. Clearly she didnt care. No manager, no apologies; they made me feel like I was crazy for asking the question.

Fantastic Little Chinese joint in Fremont. I agree with Robert that the Sweet Rolls served before the dinner are amazing. They are so big you can split one and take the other home. Every dish I had here was fantastic. However, my personal favorite is a beef / shrimp with veggies served in some type of a brown sauce. It's extremely good and the flavors are an interesting combo.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
