Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Only tried here because our typical Chinese go-to in town has started closing on Mondays. We ordered the Mongolian Chicken, Seafood Delight, and Moo Goo Gai Pan. Each came with a side of steamed rice. We also ordered an extra fried rice without vegetables and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the choice between two egg rolls or two crab rangoon for free! The Seafood Delight was the best we'd ever had at an average priced Chinese Restaurant. It was very colorful and tasty. The Mongolian Chicken was tasty as well - a bit darker in color than most I've seen but it didn't affect the taste. The Moo Goo Gai Pan was also good. The fried rice was almost saffron in color with large bits of egg. Aside from its difference in appearance - it still tasted good! The inside of the restaurant looked a little sketchy but it was clean. I wouldn't necessarily eat inside the restaurant - but it's a great place for some takeout.

Lunch special was under $5 and came with a free drink. You order at the counter and wait for your order to be called. Very no frills; restaurant looks like a former Taco Bell. At this price point (basically fast food prices at lunch), I thought it was a decent value. The food was ok; not great but not bad.

The food was ok, we had carry out; but I was really not impressed for the price we paid. Good service.

My review cant be about the food, but instead the experience I had at lunch today. I work at the base and went to this place on a friends recommendation. I went through the drive through right at 11:45, and ordered Hot and Sour Soup, a young guy took my money and then I waited... I saw people coming out of the restaurant with bags of food.. I still waited. There was a car behind me that also had to wait. Finally at noon after 15 min. I knocked on the window of the drive through and then had to knock again, the same young man came over and I asked him for my money back. I told him I had been waiting for 15 min and which he then yelled and said "No you have only been waiting 5 min"... I said it shouldnt take that long to get soup, and he said they ran out and were making it then. I told him that it didnt matter I wanted my money back, he said "no we make your soup and then you take it and never come back". This guy was yelling at me, he started to yell more and I said "Just give me my money and I wont be back"... which he finally gave me my money. TRUST ME, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I dont know if I caught him on a really bad day, but I wont be talked to like that in a restaurant. I never raised my voice once even after his yelling.... I will also tell all of my coworkers about the experience. If this guy is just a worker and not an owner, I suggest you fire him before he loses more customers permanently. I would think that after 444 closed the route they are on, they would be much more customer friendly to try to retain customers....

I don't even want to give this place any stars. I was craving Chinese food the past 2 days and found this place delivered... Unfortunately, it was absolutely the worst customer service I ever had. I never even got to try the food because when I ordered (online), I noticed that they didn't take my card payment, so I called to give them my card number. When I talked to "the owner" they charged my card and said it would be 55 minutes for a delivery, ok fair warning. One hour and 5 minutes later I didn't get a call back from the driver like I was told I would so I called again and they told me they just put my order in at that time and it would be just a little longer, ok. Two hours and 15 minutes later, still no food so I called back and "the owner" starts yelling at me about only having one driver and I can't call every 5 minutes (despite this being only the third time I called, second time asking where my order was) I told them to cancel the order and give my money back because this experience was awful and uncalled for. This place will never get an order from me or anyone I know again.

Maybe it's just me but I've had bad experiences with this place. I ordered the General Tso's chicken and the orange chicken TWICE and both times were not good. Maybe it's just those two dishes?

This is the best little take-out chinese restaurant that I've found in the area; the fancy sit-down place down the street is not half as good. Sure - the place looks shady; I'd never recommend dining in; however, the food is great, price is fair, and portion sizes are large. The staff is also very friendly.

My favorite pick in Fairborn for my fast food Chinese fix! The prices are great and the portions are huge. Those are two of the top things on my checklist. They do a great General Tso's chicken, and my favorite dish is the House Special Lo-Mein, which includes pork, chicken, shrimp, and veggies. The food is fast for pick-up (ready in 5 or 10 minutes), but delivery normally takes an hour or more, so plan ahead.

My coworkers and I always ordered our weekend lunches from here- mainly because it is the only places that delivers haha. I always get the same thing, the Beef with Broccoli. It's pretty good., but it's nothing special. I have tried other things from the menu, the Lo Mein and egg rolls, and have been disappointed to find that both dishes have peanut products in them (I'm allergic). I asked about the egg rolls and the woman behind the counter assured me that there was no peanut oil, but I still had a reaction so I'm not sure what happened there. Even so, I still get my beef with broccoli from here.

A friend and I got takeout here today; pretty good, but I ended up with a huge grease stain on my jeans. They dumped the sweet and sour chicken directly from the wok into a styrofoam box, which then melted a hole into the bottom of the box. Upgrade to those plastic containers with lids, please!

Got General TSO lunch, it was a very large serving in styro box for only 4.95. Was great!!! Way to much food for the normal person

This place has some of the best General Tso's Chicken around. They are very generous with their portions and the staff is always very friendly. My wife and I love going here even if the place does look a little run down at times.
