New menu new prices. Usually love the food, service ect.. i order lunch a lot, lately they barely give any sauce on any dish. I have to ask for extra sauce..now they charging you $1.50 for extra sauce.. I THINK WINDCHIMES SHOULD GIVE ENOUGH SAUCE TO COVER THE DISH WITH OUT CHARGING EXTRA MONEY. This is the first time i have been disappointed with wind chimes that i have eat at for years. Do not know if i will buy at windchimes anymore.. Unhappy

The staff is super nice and the food was great. We will definitely go back! Hands down, this is the best Chinese food in Dublin.

Been here a couple of times with my co-workers as I work nearby. The interior is nicely decorated and clean. The wait staff is always courteous and pretty quick. The price is reasonable, and the quality of their food is pretty good. The portion size is on the smaller side in my opinion. The food here is completely Americanized, which might be good for some, but not so good for an Asian like me. Apparently they have a Chinese menu too, but I've never seen it before... will need to specifically ask for one next time. Depending on what I can get from their Chinese menu, I could see this restaurant getting 4 stars instead of 3 stars.

Great when the food lives up to the recommendations ! Everything tasted great and you can see and taste the items in each dish. Definitely will be back.

Wow. I went for lunch and had delicious Szechuan chicken extra spicy. My coworkers get carry out from here most weekends as well. The lunch special came with an egg roll and a crab Rangoon. The hot oil they bring out is some of the best sauce I've had. I walked out with a full stomach and a $7.47 bill. THAT, is quality. I'll be back.

I went here based on the recommendations from Yelp. I got the Mala chicken... must have been a bad choice. You know your chinese is bad when you get those small chunks of pre-cooked chicken in your meal. Im used to the strip cut chicken at least. It was also covered in green onion.. which is OK in small doses not where Im forking it out in the garbage. It cost e 10$ too! Based on other reviews they may have good food... the mala chicken is not one of them. Stick with Joey Changs or Great China (which is real good and cheap close by) if you want chinese. If Im missing something I encourage other yelpers to let me know.

Good food, good service. Columbus has a shortage of good chinese, this is the best I have found.

We ordered from their Chinese menu(not the American one). Food was good, portion size is not that big so if you want to do family style then everyone can probably try a couple bites of each dish. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area.

Got the Teriyaki Chicken and was not expecting the chicken to be grilled. The sauce and vegetables that came with it were fantastic; however, my only complaint is that not all of the chicken was completely cooked. I recommend that if you are a Teriyaki Chicken person, be sure to ask for the meat to be well done. Aside from that, you've got yourself some great food!

Ok, I'm being generous here. This is really a 3.5 in my opinion. The reason being that I wasn't overly impressed by the food. I ordered the pork Szechwan lunch combo. The combos come with one crab Rangoon and one egg roll. For a perfect lunch portion entree and 2 small appetizers being under $8 is not a bad deal! The crab Rangoon was really good and so were the sauces that came with it. It came with a spicy mustard sauce and a sweet duck sauce. I love wasabi and pack it on my sushi, but this mustard sauce took it to another level.. I took a bite and thought wow that's spicy, then 3 seconds later was grabbing my face/nose and my eyes were watering! It was really intense! My friend and I both were having nose/allergy issues so we kept eating and laughing at how funny we looked when the kick came around. The egg roll was good but nothing extra special. As for the main course I'll have to say I really appreciate the lunch sized portions. It wasn't over sized and didn't leave me hungry either. I just can't say I loved the food though unfortunately. The pork was ok, and the broccoli wasn't cooked enough I had to really bite down on it. I ordered it wanting something flavorful and SPICY! It had a little indicator next to it on the menu to let guests know it had some heat. It didn't have any :( Also the flavor wasn't as great as I had expected it all blended together and had a one note taste that was just "ok". Service was amazing, they know how to get people back to work (always so excited to go back *eye roll*). I'll be back and want to try some other things but I really hope the food is better next time!

This restaurant was reccomended to me by a friend, and I have to say the food is excellent. Cooked just right, not overdone and not too many ingridiants in the dishes to confuse your tastebuds. Service was very friendly and quick. Will be back again.

Had the chicken and broccoli. I'd stay away from it. Prob the worst I've had and such a small portion for what they charge. First and last.

I tried this place for lunch takeout. The food was a 3 and the prices were a 2 (not worth what you get). The Pad Thai was just ok, eggroll was terrible and the hot and sour soup was ok. I might try something else here.

We decided to go to Windchimes for a late Sunday lunch. The atmosphere was welcoming and reminded me of a late circa 1980s fancy Chinese place. We were there for the food though, and did not mind the decor. Our meal started off with an order of the crab meat wraps and the chicken lettuce wraps. The crab meat wraps were sub-par and had a lot of breading and not as much crab. This seems to be a hard ratio for most crab rangoons. The lettuce wraps were phenomenal and were the perfect bite sized pieces for an appetizers. These both came with the house hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce. For our entrees we ordered the Singapore noodles, General Chicken (basically General Tso), and Bali Curry with chicken. The Singapore noodles were top notch with shrimp, roasted pork, egg, and a very delicious and unique sauce. The General Chicken had a wonderfully flavored sauce, however, the chicken was dark meat and breaded. I do not like dark meat chicken and sometimes feel restaurants use their mediocre meat for 'breaded' dishes. This sauce prepared with perhaps a grilled chicken would have been more for my palate. The Bali Curry was very tasty and we ordered it a bit spicy. It had a lot of flavor and reminded me of some curry dish that could have been at an Indian restaurant. If you're looking for a nicer, sit down Chinese restaurant, with some unique and flavorful dishes, this would be a great place to try some dishes out. The staff and our server was also very attentive and nice.

A reliable Chinese place in a little strip mall on Frantz Road. The quality of the food is pretty good. The level of heat of the dishes seems to vary depending on who is in the kitchen. I've had some super spicy stuff and some not-so spicy stuff. Last night, it was middle ground... not spicy but had a good level heat so it wasn't bland. I do recommend the noodle dishes, they may not be terribly spicy but they are consistently tasty and are large portions (enough for lunch the next day).

The Windchimes restaurant is close to where I work, and some of my co-workers make a habit of eating there every week. I have tagged along twice now, and each time I ordered off of the special lunch combination menu that they offer. The menu has a handful of entries, and each combo comes with an egg roll, a crab wrap, and a side of rice. The food to me is just okay....it satisfies for a quick lunch but its certainly not the best Chinese food in town. It is priced accordingly...and you can easily get out for under $10. One thing is for sure, the service is quick. They will get you in and out right away, which is sometimes nice when you have limited time to get back to the office.

Havent been in here years. Stopped in here last night with a friend to have dinner. We were quickly seated in the main dining room and we were greeted by our waiter. He took our drink orders and was back in no time. We looked over the menu and finally ordered egg rolls as our appetizer. I had the Sweet & Sour Chicken where my friend had the 'Wor Sue Gai'. The food tasted good and the atmosphere was just as good. Kind of quiet when we were there, but overall it was a great experience!

What great food I had. I ordered the egg plant off the Chinese menu. Excellent. Service was also very friendly. I highly recommend it.

I am SO not enthused about this place. I went there last night, because I'm new to the area and I asked the cashier at Home Depot what would be a good Chinese restaurant. The first problem I had was getting there. Something is wrong with the addresses on Frantz Rd. I was gong the wrong way, I called and spoke to one person at the restaurant and he was of ZERO assistance. For some reason since he didn't know where I was at and couldn't help me, it didn't occur to him to put someone else on the phone. DUH! Anyway, thanks to google maps I found it. I ordered war siu gui, egg roll, & shrimp fried rice. The gravy for the war siu gui was definitely below average, the egg roll was dry as sand and I haven't tasted the shrimp fried rice. This is not a place that I am feeling at all to return to. But I may try it again and get something totally different because I am well aware that sometimes restaurants are good at all things but there are some things they do well.

Windchimes!!! Windchimes is one of those places I just crave from time to time. If you are carrying food out or eating in their restaurant you cannot go wrong. They also have a very nice bar area where it is nice to unwind or catch a game. First off Chinese food cannot blow your mind hence why I am giving it 4 stars. Windchimes is always good. The service is good, food is good and price is good. If you like Chinese food (American Chinese food) then this should be on your short list. I do have to say though from a service stand point the service at Windchimes is some of the best in town. Their egg rolls are very good as is really any dish on the menu. Enjoy your life and enjoy what you eat!

Something's horribly wrong at Windchimes. I've been eating there now and then for a long, long time. Earlier this year I would have given it 5 stars. Something drastic has changed. I left today after 15 minutes with absolutely zero service or attention or even acknowledgement at all--at 1:15pm, when there were few diners there to begin with. It's like we were invisible. And my companion even asked, twice, where is our server--only to get "I'm trying to find someone". Here's to hoping Windchimes finds its mojo again, but until further notice I'm gone. There are too many quality eateries in the area who are happy to acknowledge and serve me (and who are open on Mondays).

Boyfriend and I wanted to try new place for dinner. The environment is nice. a little busy looking but nice. Seems a little odd that they have a "post" tree in the dining area that has a monkey on it. We ordered potstickers and BF ordered a spring roll. He said it was pretty good. Potstickers were good with soy dipping sauce. I ordered Kung Pao Trio & fried rice and he ordered Pad Thai. Nice portion size. Very flavorful entrees and very filling. Fried rice I thought was bland. Not much to it. Found a few carrots in it. Dinners run about $13 each and potstickers $6.50. Waiter was very nice and stayed on top of service the whole visit. I believe we will visit here again. Nice experience. Only thing that I think I would change is the music they were playing in the dining room. It was music you would hear on the radio instead of the relaxing music asian restarants normally have for our listening pleasure.

Thrilled to find out they serve teriyaki tofu.. I don't eat meat so this was a score and it was cooked perfectly! I gave only three stars because the lady that got my food was less than friendly, and I had to ask for utensils, which seemed to bother her and the outside appearance of your place is awful...

There's a lot of options here, and there are some nice deals on lunch combos. I really liked the garlic shrimp entree that I had for lunch. It was the right amount of food, and prices are reasonable. There wasn't too much sauce and a good portion of rice. Food comes out very fast, and the servers are friendly. Our water was always filled from their attentiveness. I'd like to come back to try food from the dinner menu, Hong Kong menu, or Oriental menu. I love Cantonese food since I grew up with it. We only received the lunch menus when we were there so I thought that was all that they had, but I see that all their menus are available online.

Columbus is blessed with a great number of good Chinese/Asian restaurants. But what makes Windchimes stand out is its elegant dining room and great value, in addition to high quality fare. One of my favorites.

I returned to give this place another try after a 5 yr hiatus and I think it may 5 yrs again before I return. I would suggest one exit south at Mill Run for better Chinese Dining. Three words seem to confuse me about this place-spicy, service, and appetizer. Spicy-I ordered the Spicy triple delight with scallops, shrimp & chicken with steamed rice. "That is spicy, spicy right?" I plead "Oh yes no problem it is spicy" Waiters reassures but doesn't seem to want to break down their levels of spicy to me. "Allright because I like spicy." Nope, I would concede that this may be spicy to my dad but would be considered mildly spiced by almost anyone else. It shouldn't be called spicy then. Another person ordered his Pad Thai extra spicy which also lacked the spice. hmm. Service- The service was ho hum and a bit slow. The waiter had a personality of well the table as engaging in any conversation was not on his mind. We were a group of 12 with maybe only 10-15 other people in the restaurant. He was very careful about how many chopsticks he brought as it seemed like he didn't want to give us any. He brought egg rolls and soup to those that ordered that but waited till our meals to bring the appetizers. Appetizer-He placed our calamari down after he had placed my wife's Pad Thai. he sort of joked by asking he wanted the side of calamari. My wife and I said " Wasn't that suppose to be an appetizer." Haha and then quickly ignore and move on to the next plate. No-I am sorry it took so long or any other explanation. Frustrating. I would of been angry if the appetizer wasn't so good. i would of asked for money back or sent it back but the calamari was delightful. The couple across from us ordered Wasabi Tuna and thought of complaining as well but theirs was also very good. The food was decent but nothing I would brag about. The shrimp was tough and chewy. I wouldn't order the spicy triple delight again and my wife wouldn't order Pad Thai here (no peanuts with it:() The food wasn't the cheap Chinese Buffet quality greasy, tough and slimy but it wasn't all that flavorful either. A few people in our group really enjoyed their meals so I know it isn't crap but it is not for me. I would order the Wasabi Tuna and leave if I came back. Prices are overall decent but too expensive for me for what I got ($13.25). I will either stick with cheap greasy Chinese food or head over to Mill Run for my next Chinese meal. I would of given it 2 stars but half of the people seemed overall pleased and come her more frequent so I know it fits some tastes just not mine.

Hands down, this is the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. I sadly do not live in Columbus anymore, but if I'm ever back that way- I will be stopping by again! Plus, the owner is the SWEETEST.

Best crab rangoons in Columbus. They say they make their duck sauce fron scratch. I think they make a lot of things from scratch, you can taste it in the pot stickers.

I generally don't go for Americanized Chinese, but my fiance wanted to go here for their "Hong Kong Menu". I was hesitant but I reluctanty went along. So once we were seated, we received their "standard" dinner menus. One quick glance and my fiance asked for their Chinese menu. Their Chinese menu consists of 10 items. We went with the Sa Cha Beef and Beef Chow Fun (the dish my fiance was jonesing for). Now, they both tasted great, and you could definitely taste the sa cha sauce in my dish. But unless I'm craving 1 of the 10 authentic dishes they have, there are plenty of other restaurants around that I can go to for excellent, authentic Chinese food. I will say the service is excellent. Our server was polite and talked Cantonese with my fiance, and an elderly gentlemen (who could have been the owner) stopped by as well. I also witnessed a customer from a neighboring table complain about his dish and they offered to make him another in a very polite manner, but he declined.

I used to work in Dublin and enjoyed going to Windchimes regularly. It's been a year since I've been there and so I was excited when my husband was in the area tonight. He ordered carryout and when he got home I opened up the stapled bag and took everything out. My shrimp and broccoli was missing. We live 25 minutes away and so we weren't going to drive out. He called Windchimes to address the issue and my gosh. What an ordeal. I guess we were expected to drive 25 minutes to pick up an order they forgot to bag. We just wanted our $13 back. First they wanted to mail cash back. Uh no. After giving them our credit card and having the man yell it back out loud so everyone in the restaurant can hear, we were then told "OK thanks". Yeah no. How about so sorry this happened. Sorry that after you spent $60 and not giving you your full order all I can say is OK thanks. Of course my husband went off. The man then yelled back at him and said "you're trying to make me angry".... funny. I have to say, good thing they weren't talking to me. I'm hypoglycemic, I was starving and that shrimp and broccoli was for me. During lent, that was my meal choice tonight. I'm hungry and pissed...and will have to find something to eat. Sadly, my anger will carry to Facebook, Twitter, and everyone I can spread this to. Good thing we each work for major companies that employ thousands of people. Oh, update... we just got charged another 40+ on our debit card. OMG. This warrants another call.

I am a lifelong customer of Windchimes, it's my favorite Chinese restaurant in Columbus! My family has been coming here for years and will continue to do so. They use high quality meats and I've never felt like I was eating "street meat" quality chicken or beef. Their prices are also VERY reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion you get. Mitch, the owner, always greets our family when we're there and is very attentive. If there's ever a mistake (which is rare) they correct it right away. Their food is DELICIOUS, my favorite is String Beans and Chicken (ask for it to be made with Szechuan sauce, and sliced chicken instead of shredded!). They also have excellent Crab Rangoon with duck sauce, the best in Columbus. I also occasionally order their sesame chicken, general tsos, mala string beans and chicken, and their sweet and sour chicken. All of these are great, but anything with szechuan sauce stands out, in my opinion. The only negative I have to say is 90% of the time when I order takeout, I get what I expect (decicious food!). But then there's the 10% where the szechuan sauce seems more watered down, or tastes different. It's a much lighter color and doesn't taste as good, and kind of ruins it for me. I attribute the inconsistency to their cooks making the orders different ways on different days. But otherwise I have no complaints and will be a lifelong customer.

Ordered Windchimes for the first time to go so didn't really have the experience of the restaurant itself or the service, but the food did not disappoint. I tried the vegetable low mien and the broccoli and chicken and a friend got the general tso chicken. All dishes were great quality and had delicious flavors. I'll definitely order again.

I don't eat Chinese food on a regular basis because my common sense tells me there's nothing healthy about it but as a good American, I do enjoy binging on some Chinese food once a year or so. This past Christmas, I convinced my mom that we, as Christians, should have a Jewish Christmas Eve dinner and get take-out Chinese and forgo nasty honey baked ham. Since Windchimes is in the 'hood it was a no brainer. Foodwise, the food tasted and looked like, well, your standard Americanized Chinese food. Americanized Chinese is the same as Americanized Mexican and Italian - very slim possibility that the food will taste bad with such high sodium and fat content. Pretty hard to eff up some General Tso's, fried rice, lo mein noodles, and egg rolls. Hit the spot and was necessary for my hangover. Service-wise is another story. We placed our order between 5 and 5:15pm stating that we'd like to pick it up at 6pm. We were told this would be a great time to pick-up before the dinner rush began. We ordered 4 entrees and a few sides. I arrived promptly 2 minutes before 6pm - order was not ready. In fact, it appeared as if they probably hadn't even prepared it yet. I was told "it'd be a few more minutes." In grade school I was taught "a few" meant no more than five; however, experience and colloquialisms have taught me "a few" typically means ten to fifteen. At Windchimes, a few more minutes really means THIRTY minutes. Now, had we placed our order after 5:30 and ordered twice as much food, I would understand the delay. I mean, I got that it was Christmas Eve and apparently dining/ordering out is pretty popular, but they're an established business. This ain't their first rodeo experiencing Christmas Eve rush. It was torture sitting in the lobby smelling the wafting Chinese Food filled air whilst suffering from my hangover. We were able to serve 5 people and had plenty of leftovers for under $60 so their prices and portions are definitely reasonable and generous.

I've been a customer of Windchimes for several years. I live on the Eastside of Columbus so don't get the change to eat here very often. Whenever I'm in Dublin I try to stop and get some of my staple Chinese food - Sweet and Sour Chicken. The food has always been fresh and hot, the service is really good and the price is reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.

Needed a takeout dinner while on the road. Chinese was the choice, thanks to the Yelpers who were there before me. This place has good food. My Chinese restaurant gauge is Hot and Sour soup. There's is extremely good. I didn't want much more food, so I got the Sampler Platter. Let me just do this based on what I know: The spring roll and beef teriyaki were very good. The BBQ ribs were average. They were dry and didn't have much taste. As for the stuff that I don't know: The other three items (shrimp toast, crab meat wraps, and fried wontons) were fried and tasted mostly like fried things. I'd not get any of them as an appetizer. Service was fast and friendly. I called them at 7:10 on a Tuesday and they promised the items in 10 minutes. One final warning, if ordering takeout and in a hotel, be sure to ask for napkins and fork/spoon/chop sticks as none were provided as normal course. Not unexpected, I blame myself, but thought I help the next forgetful chap.

Wind Chimes was actually the first place that I ate when I moved to Columbus 14 years ago. The food was pretty good as I remember. Over the year I have eaten there occasionally, usually for a work lunch. Ate there again today. My real score based on today and my past experiences would be just below a 3. The lomeins that I have had there have been generally good. General Tso's is reasonably good but solidly beaten by at least 2 versions available locally. The egg rolls are hot and fresh when they arrive but almost devoid of any flavor. You feel like you are eating fresh hot nothing. My entree today, Ginger Chicken, left me speechless. It was the most unappealing plate of Chinese food I have had in 10 years. The best way to describe the sauce is 2 parts warmed ketchup to one part sweet and sour sauce. The portion of chicken was pretty small (which in this case was a blessing perhaps) The chicken had the most unusual texture. Not like anything I think I can describe. It was tough or chewy or dry, yeat still not something I want to eat again. I think the best description for it would be 'limp'. The plate came with what had to be three full stalks of broccoli flowerettes as a garnish. There is something not right when the amount of broccoli in a chicken dish is a pile 3 times as large as the chicken. To be fair I have had things in the past that I enjoyed, but nothing that would be a 'best of' dish. The atmosphere is nice and the staff very friendly, but when it comes down to brass tacks, yo go to a restaurant to eat and this experience wouldn't bring me back any time soon.

Had lunch today with friends. I've eaten at Windchimes numerous times over the last 8 years, but haven't been there recently. Today i was happy to see the quality hasn't diminished since I was here last. They offer lunch portions of all their menu items at a reduced price, along with a couple of combination plates. I started with an egg roll - their's are unique - using peanut butter along wih the fresh vegetables and ground meat (chicken and pork) - a tasty change and it was finished just for me - not sitting around, pre-fried, For my entree, I ordered chicken with string beans which was nicely seasoned with soy, onion and roasted chile - not spicy to me ( I like medium heat). It was served with a cup of steamed jasmine rice - excellent - jasmine rice has a terrific flavor - nicer than just an order of steamed medium grain rice. My friends enjoyed Szechuan Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice, which they enjoyed. In the past I have enjoyed their Chicken Phad Thai, Mongoian Chicken, Mala Steak Pork and String Beans, and Moo Shu Chicken. All are freshly prepared with lean meats, fresh vegetables and tasty sauces. Service is fast for lunch - appetizers within 5 minutes, and entrees shortly after. Drink refills are fast as well. Great Chinese in the Dublin/Tuttle area!

Windchimes was my first culinary experience in Ohio, and it remains a favorite that I always return to. Their menu is located online as well, so if you have the desire for takeout you can just google it and find all of your favorites! My boyfriend and I have had several dishes, for their chicken to beef as well as their Pad Thai [which is flavorful and spicy!] and we've never had a bad experience there. Our favorites are the Mala Chicken [extra spicy] and the House Pad Thai. The restaurant also offers sit-down dining which is lovely, it has a great decor perfect for a date or a family outting! I would definitely recommend Windchimes to anyone!

While I was a tad disappointed in the food, our dining experience was very nice. The waitstaff was extremely friendly. And the cocktail I had -- the lychee and sake martini was amazing. The food, however, wasn't excellent. I ordered the garlic chicken and my husband got some sort of trio. The spicy/heat of the garlic chicken dish was so overpowering that it was the only thing you could taste. And, on the other end of the spectrum, the sauce on my husband's dish was rather bland. Neither dish was excellent, just average.

Parking wasn't too bad but I can imagine it being a pain at dinner time. The decor is pretty and subdued. Their egg rolls were generic - a little bland, a little greasy. The hot and sour soup was decent. The cream corn soup was delicious but needed some salt. The pork in my Lo Mein was lean, juicy and tasty but the noodles were really bland - I had to add copious amounts of soy sauce to give it some flavor. He asked for extra spicy Garlic Beef, and they were happy to oblige. He really enjoyed it - lean, flavorful beef, and he was sweating happily by the end of it. Service was good and the server was super jovial, but it just seemed fake somehow. I can't quite put my finger on it... Anyway, this is the second time I've eaten here, and it's better than I remembered.

Windchimes is definitely one of my favourite places to eat in the Tuttle area. The food is good (I've not had anything I didn't like), the service is fast, wait staff is friendly, and lunch is pretty cheap. I've gotten takeout dinner from them a few times, which was still reasonably priced. It's cheaper than the Azn buffet across the street (formerly known as E Chen's), higher quality, and still decent sized portions. There's always a lunch crowd, but there's a lot of seating so it's never been a problem. The only thing I would say I don't like about Windchimes is that the portion of rice that comes with your entree (at least when you eat in at lunch) seems small in comparison to how much meat/vegetables are in the dish itself.

So I normally have Chinese twice a year and end up regretting both. I love chinese food, don't get me wrong but it generally leaves me feeling 3 months pregnant bloated and I am starving 2 hours later. It's on my list of things that sound like a good idea but really aren't, along with glitter. But I thought I would give it a go since I heard wonderful things about this place from a former coworker. I ordered the orange chicken which came with actual orange peel and the flavor was spot on. I also got the pork lo mein. Now normally lo mein has just tiny shreds of pork but this had huge slices. Both were fantastic and surprisingly I felt satisfied for hours with only minimal bloat. I had a nice white wine and called it a good Friday night. The interior looks cozy, definitely a nice date idea,

This is the only chinese restaurant I will go to from now on. We got the tuna for appetized and it was awesome. I got general tso's sauce and brocolli and white rice which was good. Boyfriend got chicken and rice noodle dish... name drawing blank... with sprouts... argh, either way it was the best chinese dish I have ever had. I will edit this with correct name. This place deserves more credit. Will be date night place. Has a bar too, which is different from many other Chinese restaurants I have seen.

First time through windchimes today and it was really really good considering how inexpensive the meals were. The decor was pleasant, our server was on her A game and the food was surprisingly good. I will most definitely be returning soon with more in tow to enjoy this little gem.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
