My husband and I sort of stumbled into this place as we were from out of town and didn't really know where to go. I was a little skeptical at first because there weren't any reviews, but I'm glad we did! The hostesses weren't as attentive as I would hope, but that's really my only negative. After we were seated, I commented on the bright colors, awesome canvas prints, and timeliness in which our waiter got to us! The coffee was absolutely delicious as were our meals...once we finally decided on something! There was a lot to choose from! I also really appreciated that there were outlets at every single table! That's something that is truly tough to find and something I think really adds to a restaurants value because if you have to be "plugged in" while eating...you have that option available to you! The prices were very reasonable as were the food portions. We were very happy with everything and would absolutely return if ever in the area again!

Ordered the Hash and Eggs with sourdough and the small Westgate skillet with a biscuit. I could have bought the same hash at the grocery store for less than I paid here. It probably would have tasted better too. Had my eggs over medium, they were cooked all the way through. Husband's skillet was very watery. Basted egg was cooked through. Basted eggs are supposed to be runny. And the biscuit was rubbery. Not flakey. Gross. Service was ok and the sourdough toast was acceptable.

Delicious, reasonable and friendly. Great place to bring family, children. Wife and I stopped after church and had a tasty breakfast for under $20. Plan to bring the three boys for the bottomless pancakes for $6.

What a service disaster on a Sunday. We were a 5-top, no kids, and well acquainted with the menu. Waited 15 minutes to be seated--no issues there. However, a convergence of events caused every person in our party to decide we were not going to return to this location (one couple is local, three out of towners who visit said couple frequently). The table next to us, served by Paige, was 12-15 and needed to be split into multiple tables. Clearly the allocation of resources needed to manage their orders was such that the kitchen seemed unable to prioritize the smaller orders that could have been perhaps expedited. There needs to be better training in place to handle large groups. The kitchen could not manage the influx. Our table was handled by Jamie, who is out of her depth on customer service. We waited 25 minutes from the time we ordered until we got served. Jamie did not refill the water pitchers, any of the other drinks, or check back to explain the delay. We suspect she either failed to put our order in at all or was in the backlog caused by the above large table. Either way, she had no sense of urgency to manage the situation appropriately. When our food started arriving, the pace of delivery was punctuated by large gaps where she would disappear into the kitchen and emerge not sure who ordered what and we had to figure it out ourselves. She split the check incorrectly, did not seem to have any sense of how to fix it, and showed no sensitivity to our increasingly irritated mood. The piece de resistance was when we were waiting on Jamie to bring a take home box. She stood at the server station kibbutzing with other servers until I went past on my way to the ladies room and told her that we were on a schedule (after having been there 90 minutes) and to please attend to the table. When my friend went past a few moments later, also to the ladies room, she heard this from the server station where Jamie and her peers were standing talking: "Who did that bitch think she was?" Needless to stay, we tipped appropriately for what we got, left, and will not return. Note nothing in this review is about food. It was all about the experience, which lacked in every category. Either hire adults who take customer service seriously or do a better job in hiring and training.

Two stars because the food was good.... But service is very slow. Started out having to wait 15 minutes for the bus boy to free up to clean the unoccupied table. A little foreshadowing.... After we sat down, drinks were prompt and refills fine... But I think the waiter forgot to put our order in because we sat there for 50 minutes before someone else brought our food out. And then had to ask the waiter to come take our check. This place was either very under-staffed, or these employees are not being properly trained.

My wife and I ate here on a Monday morning at 9am'ish. We were seated quickly and taken good care of by the wait staff. The place looked clean and well organized. The food was priced well for the amount you get compared to a Bob Evans or other chain but I thought that the quality was way better compared to those same chains. I would recommend them based on my experience. Quality ingredients big portions low prices.
