I was introduced by the Rusty Bucket by my brother about a year ago and as soon as we walked in, the host was like "your wait will be 20 minutes or less" and so I was expecting to wait for like 15 minutes, but we got our table in 7-8 minutes. That caught us off guard. The waiter was nice and our food was delicious. I hope to come back soon!

Very poor customer service. Walked in and were totally ignored by 2 girls at the host stand. No greeting, no friendly welcome, no eye contact or smile. Just simply ignored while they finished their conversation. We walked out. Foreshadowing of what the rest of the service would be like.. After reading some of these other reviews, I would say I am correct!

I love this place. Great for family dinners, meeting friends out or even small groups. The open air wall is awesome for the few months of warm sunshine we get here in Ohio. I like the specials and the chicken fingers. Parking sucks at this location

I DON'T like the sports bar feeling at all. The Rusty Bucket from what I think it should be, is an old style looking, feeling Irish Pub. NOT a dam Sports bar. The food was pretty good, besides that fact that I got a cheeseburger, Med-well and it was more like raw-med. The fries were pretty dam good thought. I was drinking Smithwicks (I have never been to a bar that served it in a bottle) it was $4.25, cheaper than a bar. The import beers were actually well priced, and for being in Dublin that's a steal. They do have a great selection of beers if you're interested in imports.

Food is good, service is terrible. Watched as the wait staff messed around in the back--seemed like they were doing a lot of standing, talking, and laughing among themselves (staff seems to be made up of lazy people). My husband has worked in food service, and I'm sure you can always find something to do, even if you have no tables. If not, stay out of sight of customers. Our server wasn't a complete dolt, but he wasn't very friendly. Our food wasn't all served at the same time (and I don't mean just a one minute wait--it was a few minutes before some of the meals came out). The turkey club is delicious, but I'd rather eat someplace where I'm wanted and the servers are more attentive.

Rusty Bucket is a chain that has a few locations the area. This particular one, I like the layout of it. Plenty of TV's, and a lot of seating. The food has been pretty good when I have been- Fish and Chips was tasty, but a tad greasy. I did like the fries. The chili cheese dog platter was filling and good, but the service has been pretty average. It can be on the loud side since there are a lot of families/kids when I have been. Its tucked in by the Giant Eagle- If you can handle average service/good food, this is your spot.

Had heard about the Rusty Bucket from numerous people (particularly coworkers) and embarked upon a voyage of discovery with them, to figure out what all the hooplah was about. Ordered a couple of drinks and partook of part of a pizza. The pizza was good, you could tell there was some love in the assembly of it. Noticing other people's orders had me intrigued to return and try something else from them menu. We sat at the bar, where we partook of amaretto sours and beer (Fridays are martini nights, btw). I had to ask the bartender not to fill my drink with so much ice, didn't get so much as a buzz after two drinks and I'm a dedicated lightweight. Though I will say the staff were all very friendly. A little pricy for what we ordered, but not so far out of my comfort zone that I wouldn't go again. Still, you've been warned. Overall it is a big "OK". I enjoyed the atmosphere (very sports bar-y) a lot more than the food or service, but I think that is a lot of the reason people go there. I will be going back before pronouncing final judgment and because I want to see the rest of their menu.

The food here is pretty good but I was not happy at all being charged $8.75 for one draft beer and one bottle of Bud Light. The answer was "Bottles aren't included in Happy Hour. I don't care what the excuse is. I haven't been back since.

I'm a fan of the rusty bucket chain but this location has the worst service. More like lack of service. I keep going back because of the conveience of it being close to home but after going in earlier today for lunch I won't be returning. It was around 3pm so it was not busy at all. No one greeted us at the door so we sat ourselves at a table in the bar area, a server took the drink order then never returned to the table. After waiting 20 minutes we walked out. I am patient but due to the fact that it was a very slow time of the day there is no reason to sit and wait that long for someone to take an order. Especially when half the wait staff was sitting at the bar chatting, snapping each other with towels and goofing around. Unprofessional!

Pretty mediocre all around. The fish and chips that I got were greasy and didn't have a lot of flavor. The "chips" were borderline shoestring fries and not what comes to mind when I think of chips. There weren't very many of them either. A couple people I was with made special orders (extra cheese, etc) that went unfulfilled. I only ordered soda which came with way too much ice and necessitated several refills. I remember this place being better.

Average... Once felt like a cool pub, now feels more and more like a TGI-McFriday's with each visit. Dublin Tavern, Old Bag of Nails, Brazenhead would all be preferred over this place IMO.

We had a great lunch today at rusty bucket. We opted to sit at the bar as it was football Sunday. My boyfriend and I each got bloody Mary's.. He likes his crazy spicy, and I like mine less spicy. Both were made very well by our friendly and attentive bartender. I didn't catch his name, but he has pretty blue eyes! When I got around to my 3rd Bloody Mary it tasted funny to me.. I asked the bartender & he said someone else made it & put a different vodka by mistake. He quickly remade the drink himself at no extra charge so I could enjoy it (& I did!) Two thumbs up for the attentiveness & kindness to make sure I was happy !

Rusty Bucket Corner Tavern - YELP no. 2 Three vists to this RBCT location on Perimeter Loop and all lunches. Two while seated at the bar alone and one business lunch. Two during very very busy times at lunch and one in mid-afternoon when all was quiet. The service has been above average. The bartender(s) keep things moving well with regards to food service. I have enjoyed the Turkey Club (I find this very good; the combo came to me warm and melty). I've also had the Blackened Salmon salad and that was good; I've had the Patty Melt burger and wasn't too keen - just a little overcooked for my liking and was held up a bit by a busy weekday lunch. I would like to see some add-on help during the 11:30A - 1:00P lunch crowd as beverage service for the floor servers relies on bartenders and that is a distraction. The glasses used for soft drinks, tea and Arnold Palmers are sizeable - like that - yet they come packed with small crunch ice so the amount of liquid is/can be deceiving. My visits here were not for TV viewing but there does seem to be more than adequate HDTVs spread around the place; the bar is WOW because they have one super-size'd HDTV surrounded by a load of others. Fractious programming abounds - all good. Prices are moderate to a little bit of "ouch" for a pub. Turkey Club + Arnold Palmer is $13 (before tip). Patty Melt and drink is $14 (before tip). Salmon Salad + drink is around $16 (before tip). The brand Rusty Bucket must pull in a decent patronage from the Dublin area; its location is central off Avery-Muirfield in a busy quarter mile area. So shop 'n stop is likely. A-OK for this YELP'r.

Whiskey Wednesday... Needless to say I enjoyed myself. $5 dollars for Jack Daniel's, Gentleman Jack, Jameson, or Woodford Reserve. Luckily I was able to eat my food before I was too far under. I had the All Jacked Up Burger. It was alright. The meat was juicy, but unfortunately did not really have any flavor other than grease. It was almost like the patty was not seasoned at all. The fries were out of this world. Best fries I have had in a long time. All in all the best part of this restaurant was the atmosphere and the scenery. Good times and good prices. Great place to watch sports and enjoy good friends and drink.

Great service, good food and fun sports bar. We had 6 adults and 4 kids- high maintenance! Our server couldn't have been better. Great beer list! Pizza was very good, burger was good, beef stroganoff was excellent. We wanted to watch different sports- they were very accommodating.

Went for the first time and liked Rusty Bucket a lot. Service was great, food was even better. Chicken parm was very good. It was a perfectly breaded crispy piece of chicken, not one of those soggy chicken parms. Also got the double nickel salad-very good house dressing on it. One of the better salads in town.

Went with a large group. They took care of us well, even though it was lunchtime and they looked kinda busy. I had the 3-way, which was darn good. I've been before, and the food is always good, as is the service. It's not exactly my kind of place, but if you're in the mood for pub stuff and comfort food it's pleasant enough.

Ugh. I don't like saying bad things, but yesterday was just ridiculous. We went with a group of friends yesterday to eat, and everything was fine until our food arrived. Which was the problem. Everyone's food came except my husband's. No one noticed, the guy who brought the food, nor the waitress who never came to check if everything was OK after it arrived. And we had asked the waitress for the bill to come with our food since we had to leave soon. Which it didn't. He ended up asking for the bill and informed her that the food never arrived, could she just take it off the bill? She told us that it was probably there and someone just missed it - she'd go check. Keep in mind, it's been a WHILE at this point. So what does she do? She brings the now cold and soggy chili dogs which are falling apart and plops it in front of my husband. Poor guy. He was so hungry he ate some of it, but couldn't finish it.

I had lunch here the other day while in the area. The place has a pub sort of feel to it but it was airy and well lit. I had a thai steak salad and others in my party had a pizza and something called a chicken nickel. We all enjoyed the food.

Somehow I managed to make it in to the Rusty Bucket twice in one week. Both times the restaurant was crowded, but we were able to get a seat relatively quick. My first visit I had the tuna wrap which was good, but the end of the wrap was open and pieces seemed to fall out at random. My friend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and I ended up nibbling on his quite a bit. It was fantastic. At first sight I thought that it looked too dry, when I think buffalo chicken I expect it to be dripping with sauce. That was not the case for this sandwich, but the flavor was all there. And it was crisped to perfection. Coming in again with my coworkers I had to order the buffalo chicken for myself. It didn't disappoint. After dinner I nibbled on my coworkers chocolate cake and I'm sad to say I wasn't at all impressed. Nothing on the dessert menu seemed inspired, I'd suggest going elsewhere (coughJeni'scough) to satisfy your sweet tooth. I'd definitely say the Rusty Bucket is a decent sit down joint to enjoy lunch or dinner with a group. From what I've seen, the food isn't phenomenal but it is satisfying. There is quite the selection of beers on tap, which would explain why the bar was always full.

This is a favorite place for my husband and I. The Elvis burger is the best burger he's had and the Philly cheesesteak is unbeatable! Tonight we celebrated his birthday there with 18 other people. The service, as always, was superb! Our waiter David was great and the food came out quickly for such a large crowd. I was so pleased with the whole experience, I even gave David a big piece of birthday cake that we brought with us. Thanks Rusty Bucket!!

Decent food, decent service, but the WORST for take out. Their process is completely broken. The process for take out consists of "going to the bar". There is no pre-designated place, just "the bar". On a Friday night, this is complete chaos- no one has incentive to serve you: The bartender wants tips, and to serve the bar patrons. The waiters want tips, and don't care to serve you. So you wait, awkwardly, to have someone pay attention to you and get your food. Their take-out process should be modified. Perhaps the hosts could keep the food and the person pre-pay (online or over the phone), then they just walk in, grab and go. This shouldn't impact the hosts other duties, but something needs to give.

A nice bar to meet up at but nothing special. They do have a nice on tap selection which is key because I don't like the generic domestics. I was also surprised at how tasty their Asian tuna wrap filled my palette. I was happy at this wonderful summer dish. Their Happy hour specials are a little lame as it is only $1 off beer and $8 pizzas, so i wouldn't put this at the top of my Happy Hour places. The other ubiquitous bar of Nails has a better Happy Hour but I think the Bucket has a little better ambiance.

We came here Sunday when we could not get in to BWW to watch the Bears. The game was on ... star. They even turned the tv right by us to our game... star. The service was fast, star, and the food delish! Star. Best Hummer EVER... 2 stars! Bathrooms were kinda gross. Minus 1 star. Mathematicians? = 5 stars. Note - I got the veggie pizza Sunday and it was so good, except every few bites there was something REDIC hot on my tongue! It is only supposed to have cheese, tomato, spinach, shrooms, and banana peppers. I think instead of banana peppers they put jalapeno on instead. If you're not a fan of heat, you may want to take measures to be sure they don't do this to you.

My wife and elder daughter would give 5 stars as their fish n chips and reuben meals were excellent. My youger daughter and friend would give 3 stars as the cheese pizza was lacking cheese and the mac n cheese had too much topping and too little mac. I give it 2 stars because my salad had no bleu cheese, almost no pecans, and a few apple slivers. Additionally, my chicken was supposed to be warm but was barely room temp.

I keep wanting to come here but can't justify the drive from Marysville to Dublin just for that. I've been to this and other Rusty Buckets and like them. So I found myself out of work early, and as I was heading up 161/33 to go home thought, it's right here, why not! I was craving a good burger and fries, and wasn't disappointed. Cooked just right with a trace of red, and the fries were that slightly undercooked that I love (don't know if they're usually that way, so if you're a crisp fry person, you should ask). For me eating out is as much about atmosphere and people watching as the meal, and even though Old Bag of Nails is literally five minutes walking distance from my house, I usually don't like it inside because it feels cramped. It's great if it's warm out and you can eat outside, but I prefer the larger space of Rusty Bucket. Otherwise a fairly typical sports bar/pub.

The deciding factor on where we were going to eat was the Spinach con Queso here at the The Rusty Bucket. It is amazing!! This was my first time at this location. It is a nice place to eat, a little smaller but had a nice atmosphere. Tons of TV. I cant wait because Football season has arrived. I'm excited to go there this fall to watch some games.

Visiting from Cincinnati. Had a late lunch. The place was empty and yet it took a looong time for our food to arrive. My medium well burger was raw in the middle and cold. My wife and our friends wife ordered chicken salads and the chicken was raw in both. The server was friendly and attentive as was the manager and they did the right thing removing the burger and salads from the bill without being asked so I give them two stars for trying...disappointing...

Nice place, but kind of small. It would be fun to watch the games on all the tvs they have. I always have to get the fried pickles. I tried the spinach queso and couldn't stop eating it! I also like the mac n/ cheese.

My sister and her husband are in town from LA. They own a great restaurant in Manhattan Beach called "The Strand House", which is one of LA's newest and best fine dining destinations. So when I asked them where they would like to grab bite, they mentioned somewhere they could enjoy a brew, eat simple fare and watch March Madness. The first place I thought of was "The Bucket". I ordered a pound of "Rusty Bucket Wings" for my starter in "Sriracha Habanero" sauce. I love these wings. Some of the best tasting sauce that hits my heat profile perfectly. For my main .. I ordered "Fish'n Chips" .. This is the second time I've had this dish with the first time being much, much better. The fish's batter was greasy, soggy and a little off putting. But the overall flavor wasn't bad .. just not up to snuff. I'm glad my sister and brother in law didn't order them. My partner in crime and my sister ordered the "Double Nickel Salad" as their starter. The salad features mixed greens topped with their own special dressing (??), chopped bacon, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes and red onion. For my partner in crime's main .. she ordered the "Codwich" .. which is a beer-battered Atlantic cod filet with tartar sauce, lettuce, American cheese, tomato, onion and side of cole slaw. She enjoyed both of these dishes immensely. My sister ordered the "Backyard BBQ Ribs" .. a lightly smoked Memphis-style rack slathered with their sweet "Bucket BBQ Sauce" and served with French fries and a side of cole slaw. She enjoyed them .. I thought they were just a tad tough. My bro-in-law passed on the starter, but ordered "Meatloaf" which is served on top of mashed potatoes and covered with a BBQ gravy and onion rings with green beans and oven roasted carrots as sides. As an overall review .. I can't change my rating because of the greasy fish'n chips. But I do enjoy the flavors of food here and will be back. Like I have said before to area restaurants .. you never know who's on the receiving end of each and every product served .. Strive for perfection!

Let me start by saying that I've only lived in the Columbus area about a year now and moved here from a classy little city up north called Akron. I would, in no way consider myself to be a bar snob. If you have Blue Moon on tap I pretty much think you're the bees knees. End disclaimer. Begin review: I really like me some Rusty Bucket! They have a comfortable Irish bar/sports pub environment and the staff have always been extremely friendly (even on one occasions when myself and a few friends showed up half tanked). Stephanie treated us like we were actually speaking cohearent sentences! Kudos. I've been to the bucket 3 times in the 6 weeks I have lived in Dublin. I've ordered the Elvis burger, Mac and Cheese, Quesadilla and sampled the double nickel salad. Burger and quesadilla were pretty good. The mac and cheese however was just way too heavy and not something I could even really eat. Normally, Im the type of person who could see deep fried alfredo sauce on a menu and salivate. I've also heard that others really enjoy the mac and chees so perhaps I was having an off day or it was a little too heavy that night? Either way the waiter (Pat) noticed I wasn't really eating it and insisted on bringing me something else (cue quesadilla). Bravo on caring enough to notice and not make me feel like scum of the earth for wanting a do-over. My dining partner ordered the double nickel salad as a starter which sounds simple enough: greens, bacon, blue cheese and special dressing. But the way the sweet italian dressing worked with the blue cheese and the hand chopped fresh bacon was heeeeeavenly. I can't wait to go back and order the double double nickel with chicken. I highly recommend you try this salad!! Hold on . . .is that . . . are those pigs . . .flapping little wings, flying over my head??? Did I just tell you NOT to order mac and cheese and recommend a salad . . . ???? Next think you know I'll be reviewing a pilates studio . . . Back to the review: On the drink side I think they have a pretty good beer selection between the imports and micro brews and yes blue moon is on draft I'd say that anyone could find something they enjoy. They also have this magical potion called finlandia vodka which is infused with pineapple. Caution though if you aren't used to eating alcohol infused fruit . . .I could barely stand up after my shot of vodka and generous chunk of pineapple goodness. (yeah that was after 5 tall beers too but whatever . . . ) My only complaint about the rusty bucket has really nothing to do with the rusty bucket at all and everything to do with the Dublin population I made the mistake of visiting the bucket for the first time for an early Saturday dinner and was immediately surrounded by 30 soccer players between the ages of 9 and 11 which wasn't exactly the most pleasant environment to devour my Elvis burger. I suppose that same complaint can be applied to pretty much any casual Dublin eatery though. I will continue to visit The Rusty Bucket because it is 2 minutes from my home, has a nice little beer selection, good food and a personable staff.

Rusty Bucket has the feel of a seaside sports bar. The walls are plastered with TVs and the food is of good quality & prepared well. The price is slightly more than I expected, given the environment ($15-20/ per person).

This place is just as good, if not better, than the Westerville Rusty Bucket. In fact I think I like this place a little better as the layout is much more spreadout, however the patio at the Westerville location is probably better than this one. I typically get the Tuna wrap which is one of the healthiest things, but more importantly, one of the tastiest things one can get. I swap out fries for their fresh spinach, which is to DIE FOR if you are a spinach fan... The service here is fast and friendly and I was able to get in for lunch and back to work all within about 45-50 minutes (I'm about 2 miles away) so it's a great place to get a quick lunch and not have to worry about getting back to work on time. Definitely a great place to eat, also I must say I love the dark interior, if only all bars looked like this I'd be in heaven.

Really, really like this location. The service was exceptional and our server was so very friendly. The space itself had a great pub vibe with plenty of big screens. We just had apps...my husband the Double Quesadilla and I had the Gyoza. Yummy! My Gyoza has the right amount of heat and was perfectly prepared. Will order it again. My husband enjoyed his meal as well. The menu looks wonderful, need to come back and try more. With prices this good, the wonderful selection of beers, and a terrific ambience, I think we've found our neighborhood go-to pub!

I have been to the Rusty Bucket else where in Ohio, however, my girlfriend had never been so we decided to stop for dinner. We were hungry, but not starving, so we decided to share an appetizer and dinner entree. We had the pot stickers for starters and they were pretty good. We shared the fish and chips for dinner and it was your standard fried food, nothing outstanding. The Rusty Bucket is your typical sports bar-type place and just what you would expect at that type of restaurant/bar.

This was my first visit to the Rusty Bucket. My boyfriend has been here, but at a different location. We ordered pot stickers as an appetizer, they were pretty good. The food is just what you'd expect.

Had a casual Monday night dinner here tonight! It was more busy then I expected for a Monday. We both had beer which was good. I had the blackened salmon salad which was tasty! My boyfriend had the buffalo chicken sandwich which he loves. We also got the sticky bun bread pudding which was so warm gooey and yummy! Good place, we will be back!

Consistently good few. Good menu. I had hummus and wife had burger view, 4 smaller burgers. Both very good. Guinness was cold so always good.

i keep coming back for the double nickel salad. otherwise your standard suburban watering hole with good service and decent food - often packed, but the double nickel salad really stands out from the menu.

(2)Lindsay B.

Awesome! I had the shrimp app and the burger. Both tasty and seasoned perfect. Great service too :)

We didn't get a chance to try any food, totally ignored by the staff, guess we will dine somewhere else

(5)Peg B.
This was my first visit to the Rusty Bucket. My boyfriend has been here, but at a different location. We ordered pot stickers as an appetizer, they were pretty good. For dinner we shared a fish and chips dinner. It was pretty standard fare, greasy, fried fish and fries. Nothing really outstanding with this being your typical sports bar type place.
