I have had many cakes done here. They are wonderful! My daughter's wedding cake was over the top. Simple but elegant. They went out of their way to help me on short notice. We had many wonderful compliments on the taste. This baker is the best!

I do live in town and have used Baked on occasion for carry-out only and have had their baked goods around town at events. Always good quality and perfectly baked. The staff is always ready to help on all occasions, face to face.

I live in Chicago, but I'm getting married in my hometown in Northwest Ohio. I've heard great things about the wedding cakes produced by Baked to Perfection, so I really wanted to give them a shot. After four phone calls and a ridiculous amount of rude behavior, I've decided to go with someone else. Every time that I've spoken with someone at Baked to Perfection, I've been treated with complete disrespect. A lot of sighs, audible dropping of books in exasperation, and generally awful behavior, simply because the idea of me expecting to talk to someone about pricing and their operation was unheard of. They expect you to come for a tasting with all brides from one year on one date that they offer. And they expect you to put your date in the books before even talking about pricing. I'm sure that Baked to Perfection is fantastic if you live in the Delphos area. But if you expect any type of customer service and are from out of town, I highly recommend checking out the other options. I am very disappointed with the way in which their over-the-phone operation is run.
