I love Spinoza's. They offer a good Gluten free crust. In general, we avoid gf processed food because of its high glycemic content. Occasionally, we still want a non-cauliflower crust pizza. Spinoza's is a great option. Today, I would recommend the owner/mgr fire their kitchen staff. I feel terrible for the servers. They are dealing with a visibly horrible attitude from the kitchen staff. I have been served three pizzas. The first was severely burned. The second just had the burned pepperoni replaced and the third made me feel uncomfortable serving to my 7 year old. It was partially cold and the cheese had a very concerning texture. It is a holiday and not a usual day for them but almost enough for me to never visit again.

For a pizzeria in a mall in Dayton OH, this is a hidden gem for sure! So sorry I haven't reviewed this place until now. We were there this past Saturday for lunch. Ryan--who was serving at the counter was extremely personable and helpful. Although their wine list is not stellar, it worked for me--they had a nice Malbec that was priced very fair. My husband and I both ordered pizzas crustless and we were both in heaven! I was so thrilled to see this option on the menu! Kudos to them! The sausage was crumbled so perfectly and the sauce and cheese were great. The roasted tomatoes and the roasted basil amped up the taste! My husband loved the spiciness of his "pizza". So happy we got rained in at the mall and had to eat here!

I am a regular here at Spinoza's. They have great pizza, calzones, and an always changing craft beer list. The best part is probably the live music and the homemade ice cream! Great atmosphere and service. Highly recommended.

The pizza is fantastic- we had the Enlightenment. The ingredients are all fresh and the service is very good. This is one of the best pizzas in the Dayton area. A medium size pizza is more than enough for 2 people for lunch.

Great pizza, and a tasty cyser mead. Also see The Elements, Puzzle of Light and other excellent entertainment with a comfortable, casual setting. The salads are fresh and very interesting, my favorite is the drunken goat. Excellent craft beers and decent wines complete the fun.

Honestly, I have to say that Spinoza's probably warrants 3 and a half stars but since that is not an option I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and raise it to 4. Why? Mainly for 2 reasons...ice cream and service. THE ICE CREAM! Oh the ice cream! They offer wonderful flavors including nutella chip and peanut butter and jelly. It is probably the smoothest and creamiest ice cream I have ever had in my life. It rivals the Gelato that I had in Italy. It is that darn good!!!! Worth it just to go in for the ice cream alone. I have to say that I am not a fan of their pizza. It is simply mediocre. The crust is a little dry and it just does not excite me. Their drunken goat salad is, in my humble opinion, the best thing on the menu. Portions are huge! Their service is always consistently great! Everyone is really friendly and food comes out quick! Overall, I recommend Spinoza's when in the area. Their ice cream can not be beat!

Pizza here is just okay. I just don't understand, Dayton. What's the rave about? Spinoza's pizza isn't exactly NY style, nor is it Chicago deep dish style nor is it artisan. I order a pizza and it was just okay. Service was okay. There was a dude singing some stuff in the corner. Not good enough to have me order another pie though.

This place is awesome! It is located in the actual mall, but it has an exterior entrance, and it is not a chain restaurant. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was perfect with very attentive wait staff. Inside, a live band was playing, and they were a very pleasant surprise! The band consisted of a cello, a violin, and a guitar (possibly classical). They played some very creative, lively pieces, and the customers all clapped at the end of each piece. We started by sharing the Drunken Goat salad, and it was delicious. The pizzas are all very different and creative. We shared a 12" that was half Pizarro and half Gorgonzilla. The Pizarro was really interesting, and my husband proclaimed it his favorite. The chorizo has a nice spice level (very low), and the gouda is delicious yet subtle. It was definitely good, but I preferred the Gorgonzilla, which is complimented well by some very smokey bacon. The beer list changes frequently, and we sampled to make sure to get beers we would love. I had a good Ommegang beer, and my husband enjoyed a Victory beer. They were both really good, and I was tempted by some others, but we were VERY full and also had to drive home. We ended up taking home 3 leftover pizza slices and being overfull, so I think a salad and a 9" would have been a wiser order. The ingredients are fresh, the beer is diverse and rotating, and the service is great. I really recommend this place!

Great pizza! The swirl bread with the garlic aioli was awesome for an appetizer, and if you don't want massive carb fuel, you can order the 9" pizzas "crustless"... I had the YinYang crustless and it was amazing.. My husband and father in law had a regular crust pizza which I tried and loved as well... They have gelato flavors that change periodically and panna cotta!! Husband liked the unique beer selection with descriptions for each.

We went for the gluten-free pizza and were not disappointed. Much of the food is locally sourced and it was prepared very well. We come here a few times a year from quite a long way away just for the gluten free pizza. Before we were gluten-free, we also enjoyed their traditional crust pizza and beer selection! I don't give 5 star ratings often, so my four really should be 4.5. Enjoy!

The pizza and salads are excellent!!actually, have some good beers to choose from. Go on a weekend to hear some live entertainment. Service is pretty decent.

The pizza here is FANTASTIC! And there are so many options! This isn't your run of the mill pepperoni or supreme pizzas either. They have feta, hummus, pineapple, olives, bbq, etc! I'm sure they do have boring pepperoni or sauage pizza as well, but why would you get it when there are so many other fabulous options? Also you can get it on wheat crust! amazing! I've never tried anything but the pizza here, so as far as the salads or sandwiches, I don't have much to say about that. They also serve beer and wine, no liquor though, so don't expect a gin and tonic. The alcohol prices are about on par with other restaurant in the area. The pizza is a little pricey, but I love it so much I don't care. If you're a smoker there is a patio outside with ashtrays and tables. People have commented on slow servce but I personally have never experienced it. Then again I go at odd hours and not your typical 'busy hours'.

This is our favorite place in Dayton when we want a great meal but don't want to spend a gob of money. The salads are first rate with the Ironman a personal favorite. We always get more pizza than we need to ensure leftovers. Favorites include Arizana, Ying Yang, and Gorgonzilla. Order split toppings to increase the variety. This is as good as any thin crust, fired oven pizza gets...yes, better than Deweys. Enjoy their unique beer list and soak in the tunes. Awesome, awesome place.

This place really is a great find. You normally don't expect to find a great gourmet pizza place, with excellent salads and an outstanding rotating draught beer selection, in a mall. This place is excellent and if you like beer, the bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend it for pizza and a beer (or many beers). Get a flight of beer. $6.50 for 5 different samples of beer. It's the only way to drink.

  • Joe W.

Had a greek salad and classic Italian pizza - both were excellent! The service was amazing - they were able to accommodate a large group of about 28 people with about 4 hours notice. The live music was incredible! I will be revisiting when I am in the area again.

  • Leslie L.

In the past, I probably would have given 4 stars, but I feel like this place has really gone down hill. The service used to be hit or miss, and now it's pretty much always miss. The pizza used to be delish, but lately something has always been under cooked or over cooked. One thing I've always hated is the live music on the weekend. The place is too small for that. If there's live music ask to sit in the back. These days I'd rather just grab a corndog from the food court while I'm at the mall than sit down here.

    (3)
  • Matthew P.

I like the zesty pizza sauce with the spicy pepperoni. Even though I don't like craft beer, they have a good selection of it. Also on several days they have live entertainment.

Not impressed at ALL. Went here for lunch on a Tuesday with some co-workers. Although the place was busy, it really wasn't extremely busy since there were empty tables. Service was mediocre to say the least. I got my food 45 minutes after ordering it and my friend who ordered a salad got her food after me. Pizza was just ok, the salad could have been great but the crappy service overshadowed that. After looking around I noticed that there were people waiting to be seated and some had been there for over 30 minutes.... and there were tables open. I can't say if the staff was just useless or if they were undermanned. So this place is out for me during lunch. I can't say I won't come back just yet though. I will give it one more chance and revisit this review.

  • Audrey A.

Good gourmet-style pizza and salads with goat cheese- always a plus. It's in the fairfield mall, which means that I'd probably only go here if I'd been busy shopping there- which was rare... But out of any eatery there, this would certainly be my first pick.

    (3)
  • Jim G.

Great thin crust pizza. Sauce not to tangy not to sweet. Toppings extremely fresh and cooked perfectly. Try the Spin Bread for an appetizer. Delicious. Definitely will return.

  • Peter B.

A pizza place in a mall? It didn't sound very promising, but a great craft beer menu (yes, a separate, regularly updated menu) and truly wonderful salads raised the experience far beyond expectations. The pizza is great, too. 3 of us on a short business trip to the area found (made) time for a second visit before we left town.

  • Kevin C.

This is my favorite pizza place in Dayton. I've been here about 10 times and literally never had anything that I didn't like. Their pizzas are the kind of thin crust gourmet concoctions that no take out or frozen pizza could ever hope to match. They have everything from classics like pepperoni and meat lover's to more exotic world flavors like mediterranean, middle eastern, mexican, hawaiian, etc. And the pizzas are just the beginning. Spinoza's salads are works of art. Most of them follow the modern gourmet salad formula of cheese, nuts and dried fruit, but all are marvelously executed (try the drunken goat). They also have a fantastic beer menu of twelve or so high quality craft beer drafts that rotate practically every week. Seriously, if that at all interested you, try this place. I guarantee it won't let you down.

  • Libby V.

The food here is really good. Service is terrible. The restaurant never seems to be particularily busy (imagine that) so there's no excuse for the extreme slowness. Salad are some of the best in town....I like the "Drunken Goat" with pine nuts and cheese. There's a good salad and pizza combo for lunch, and while on the high side prices aren't out of line. This is the only real restaurant inside the Fairfield Commens and it could be popular if they would just train their staff and step it up. In the meantime, allow plenty of time and don't be starving when you arrive.

I'm a big fan of this place, the pizza was really good. They have an excellent selection of toppings (for both pizza and salad) and I liked that the crust was traditional rather than flat bread style. I got their Hawaiian style pizza that came with ham, bacon, pineapple and macademia nuts,-delicious. They have a great selection of draft beer with about 10 options that change every week. Sam Adams is as mainstream as they get, you will definitely find a beer/brewery you've never heard of. As other reviewers mentioned, the service needed improvement. All the servers are college kids who are perfectly nice but need to be more attentive. Had a great discussion with the owner about the beer selection and he gave me recommendations of other places to grab a beer in town. Would definitely come here again.

Had the Hulu Hulu and loved it. Whole wheat crust is awesome.

  • Kevan C.

I am torn between a 2 or a 3. We had mediocre service, pizza was fair and on the higher price scale. The interior decoration was pleasant to look at. I was hoping for something different, I guess. I overheard the waitress at the table on the other side tell the people over there about different options that our waitress didn't tell us about. She had as much personality as the box we put our pizza in to take home. Overall, would probably not go back.

  • Matt C.

This place is really neat....the fact that it is in a mall seems really odd to me but they produce a solid product. Actually, they do lots of things really well. Pizza, salad, and beer--if you want those this place will make you happy. Unique and exotic pizzas that aren't too far out there to be enjoyed and an ever-changing craft brew list are some strengths. My wife eats their salads and every time I sneak a bite I regret not getting my own. This place is awesome.

This is my favorite place to go for salad or pizza. I love the Pacific Rim with plain grilled chicken, napa cabbage, nuts and cilantro. I switch it up with Baruch's house salad or the Drunken Goat. Love, love, love the Mellow Goat pizza. The two goats are great in the luncheon special. Entertainment on weekends make it a good date place. I never had any issues with the service, but on super busy weekend nights they can be slower than at other times.

  • Marla H.

I didn't LOVE it, but I had a pretty good time and my pizza was pretty tasty. I ordered the lunch special which was a salad (pretty small) and a small pizza (looks small but I could only get through half) for $8.95. The service was very friendly, the salads came out really fast, but the pizzas took a loooong time, we were really glad we weren't in any kind of rush. I ordered the Pax Romana salad which was a good standard Caesar salad, and the Ezzo pizza (and added sausage) and that was pork-tastic. My husband ordered the Baruch's 2nd favorite salad and LOVED it and the Arizana pizza which was OK but tasted like a taco and not a great one. All in all we will come back for a good lunch when we are in the area, but it isn't long-drive worthy.

  • Meagan W.

Don't let the 'mall location' fool you! Delicious, fresh ingredients make all the pizzas and salads WONDERFUL. I love the beer selection, happy hour prices, and the beer sampler option (the samples are big!). The take-and-bake option is just as good as eating in the restaurant!

    (5)
  • Michelle T.

yum, yum, yummy! I come here for the salads. They are so amazing, that being said, the pizza is also delicious. I crave the Baruch's 2nd favorite salad. They always have interesting beers on tap and they will let you try them before you commit. I love this place and I hope it continues to do well!

    (5)
  • Kate B.

I'm giving it 5 stars on a Dayton scale. The menu is creative, they have a small but solid selection of draft beers, and a really good lunch special for two! I haven't been at night yet, so I will update then, but so far I'm super impressed and will definitely be back!

    (5)
  • Brandon S.

The pizza is ok, but not great. If you're already at the mall, it does at least compare favorably to the Fairfield Commons mediocre food court. Also, it you feel the same about mall shopping as I do, being able to get a beer or two is helpful.

I was in town for the Air Force Marathon and was looking for a place for dinner the night before the race that was reasonably close to my hotel. I picked Spinoza's based on the Yelp reviews. I'm really not trying to be a big city snob here, but the pizza was just ok. Don't get me wrong, it probably ranks among the best "gourmet" pizza places in Dayton, but in the overall realm of pizza, Spinoza's would probably be considered average, at best. The salad we started with was totally unremarkable. Clearly, they're trying to step out beyond the typical cheese and pepperoni pizzas with some of their singature pizzas, but unfortunately, the flavors were just sort of off. I didn't get the impression that they were using the highest quality ingredients either. Our server was friendly enough and someone who appeared to be the manager stopped by to check on us. They also had live music, so clearly Spinoza's is somewhat of a destination for locals. All in all, not a bad choice for dinner in Dayton, but Spinoza's wouldn't stack up elsewhere.

Exceptional food and great craft beer selection! We love the Drunken Goat salad with Mango Chardonnay Vinaigrette, and haven't found a pizza yet that we don't love.

  • Irv R.

Best gourmet pizza in town. I especially like the Jamaica Marley pizza and my wife loves the Hula Hula. I also recommend the Pizza Spins for an appetizer. Salad menu changes often but the ones I've tried have been tasty. Live music is nice but the seating is awkward to be able to see the band. Service was very shaky when they first started but it's starting to get better -- this is the only thing keeping it from getting 5 Stars.

  • Matthew S.

The food (particularly the flatbread) was very tasty and our service was excellent. Given that it is in a mall I had low expectations, but this place really left me feeling satisfied that I had spent my money well. Our server, Jeremy, was attentive at the right times, and made great suggestions. I recommend trying the ice cream that the owner hand makes. It is a cut above. We will definitely be repeat customers.

    (5)
  • William W.

When you arrive, immediately check out the awesome beer list. Not sure what you want? Get a flight and taste a bunch! If you're a light weight like me, that's all it takes. Definitely order the cheese bread appetizer. It's basically a giant cheese pizza. Got kids? Ask for a ball of dough for your kids to play with because for whatever reason, kids are drawn to gooey weird stuff like cats are drawn to laser pointers...just let it happen. The calzones and pizza are rockin. I've been told the salads are really good too!

Spinoza's has been a family favorite of ours for a year or so now. The restaurant is always very clean. Something I enjoy is the occasional live music...always fun. The service is usually pretty good. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable. I rarely ever have to ask for a soda refill. The pizza is incredible. The crust has a nice chew and a great flavor to it. Not just something to hold the toppings. Spinozas definitely makes the crust as an integral part of their pie. The red sauce has a nice bite to it, full of flavor without being too sweet and its definitely not bland. The other toppings are fresh. Overall, one of my favorite places for pizza, even if it is at the mall.

  • Crystal D.

One of my favorite lunch spots in Beavercreek. The drunken goat salad is AMAZING! and I've had several of the pizzas. My favorite pizza is Jamaica Marley, but YinYang is a close 2nd. The BEST thing about this place is the craft beer on tap. You can get a flight and sample several at one time! Yummy!!

After a sad, disappointing (predictable) visit to one of the area's many chain restaurants, we decided to wander around the mall for a bit. As we approached the area of Sears, smoooooooooth jazz wafted through the air and we were drawn to Spinoza's (where I wanted to go to begin with, not the chain that the Mr. persuaded me to give one last try, but that's another story!!). Spinoza's is sort of a "legend" here in this area; I heard great things about this place and had been anxious to give it a try. We were in for a real treat... Literally!! Since we had already eaten (sadly...) we decided to check out their dessert menu, and maybe have a few after-dinner drinks. We got seats right near where the band played, and the rich sounds of cool jazz and freshly cooked pizzas quickly welcomed us in to this cozy, inviting oasis in the middle of Anymall, USA... Topnotch, super creative menu choices (next time...) along with great service (thanks, Jeremy!!) and perfect background (not blaring) music made this a wonderful choice for us!! We had the AMAZING homemade ice cream (worth every penny AND calorie!!) and Mr. M&P enjoyed some interesting craft beer choices. THIS is just the type of cool, delicious, casual dining experience I'm ALWAYS searching for here in Ohiooooooo!! We'll be back... HUNGRY!!

Stopped in for lunch and a flight of beer. Had excellent service from Kylie. Ordered a flight of four beers - Revolution,"Fist City"; Two Brothers, "Red Eye Coffee Porter"; Stone, "Points Unknown IPA"; Nowhere in Particular, "Hitting the Grit"IPA. Ordered from lunch menu - one single topping pizza and choice from several salads. I ordered pepperoni pizza and a Greek salad. The salad was quite delicious and plentiful. The pizza was topped with many pepperoni slices. The crust and pie was baked to perfection - nice and crispy but with a softness in the crust. I ate at the bar while listening to 70's and 80's folk rock music. Great tunes and it just hit the spot. I will be returning here soon. I was surprised by nice cool and quite environment, nice proficient wait staff, tasty pizzas and salad.

My husband and I love this place!! I their wheat crust is AMAZING and service is always wonderful! I wish there were more around. The Enlightenment pizza is my fav. We also love the pizza spin appetizers and beverage selection. This is a monthly stop for us!

Ended up here by accident. Kind of a strange thing going on. Restaurant atmosphere with a live girl singing and asking who remembers the goo goo dolls and clapping and stuff. Not bad. Just out of place. I guess they have music there often. Maybe I was just seated at a weird angle for what was going on? No one responded to her but, yes, I do remember the goo goo dolls. Food here is tricky. I am NOT actually a vegan. I just can't have any dairy. Goat cheese is abundant here. But, for vegans who don't mind a pizza with no cheese, they have some cool toppings. Chick peas and pepitas struck me as such. Tons of veggies and stuff, too. Great list. Gluten free crusts, too. So I order my pizza and somewhere in the ether, things get mixed up. My GOAT cheese came out on top of real cheese. It took me a moment to realize this, though. Really, I was wondering how their goat cheese was so smooth. Smart, I know. They offered to make me a new pizza and I wanted one but the man-beasts I was with had basically devoured theirs by then so I broke down and had a salad. I forget the name but it was the classic goat cheese with craisins and almonds. If you're like me and just can't have milk, tell them no croutons. I made sure to and, funnily enough, the first salad they made, they did it with croutons anyway. She said they're full of butter and cheese. For some reason the salad was super good. Extra goat cheese, maybe? We weren't charged for my food and they took 10% off of my meal. I totally want to eat that pizza, though. There are so many things to try. The guys I was with were funny about in. When we were in the restaurant, they agreed it was pretty good. Once we left, it was actually really good.

  • Ben R.

Really more of a 2.5 but I will give them the three because the pizza was not all that bad, and the server was very friendly. Location is crappy, and despite what some other reviews say, you do not "forget" it's in a mall...unless you were blind and could not see the view of Suncoast video outside, or could not feel the floor periodically vibrating in place like the upper decks of shopping malls always seem to do. The pizza was not bad but not enough to rave about and justify returning to a mall restaurant, when there are so many other options.

  • Kyle K.

I absolutely love this place. The pizza is amazing. I don't like salads...but the druken goat is sooo good. The ice cream is home made by the owner. There are 10 craft beers on tap and they are picked by the owner who works 1-on-1 with distributors to get a good variety. The owner can even be seen making pizzas. The music is always good. Very fun atmosphere. The wait staff is the best in the area.

  • Michelle L.

Loved the live music!! Had a split Jamaica Marley and Greek Isle pizza with a Pacific Rim salad, all of which were amazingly delicious. Would say the bacon on the Jamacia Marley was great! Had a flight of their craft beers and liked the Thirsty Dog even though I'm not a beer person. Service was also very friendly.

If this was a chain in my local area, I would definitely come back over and over again. The pizzas are the perfect size with fresh ingridients and unique combinations, its exciting to read the menu and even harder to make a decision. The small salads are still big enough to share and very tasty, lovely shades of green, freshness that can't be beat. Thank you, seriously, awesome salads with great leafy greens. Also, awesome craft beer list on draft that they make available as pints, samples, or flights. Loved it. The waitstaff were super friendly and knowleddable, eager to please and memorable. Great, great service! Awesome pizza place that you need to try, don't let the fact they are located at the mall (with an outside entrance), great local restuarant.

Oh so yummy!! They always have great beers on tap. And the salads and pizza's are to die for. Try the drunken goat salad and the chicken gorgonzilla pizza, you won't be sorry!

  • Kerry M.

I had an early dinner here tonight. Jeremy was my server and he was very attentive but sort of made me feel rushed. He took away my salad before I finished it. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. I had the drunken goat salad which is my favorite! I come here every few weeks just for the salad. I also got a Arizana pizza, which is yum! The service is okay most of the time. The food is always great! I would recommend this place for anyone visiting or looking to try something different.

Worse pizza I have had. Server was good till it came time to pay. They didn't want to take my credit card. So I asked for the manager. He comes and tells me he is the owner, he was disrespectful and very rude. So much for birthday dinner.

  • Mikayla S.

Pretty good pizza, not great service. They have a good selection and pleasant atmosphere but we received pretty bad service from BrittanyAnn. She rarely came to the table and when she brought refills she left all the empty glasses on the table and was kind of rude when we asked for chilled glasses for bottles of beer. She stated that they don't do that and then eventually brought them after arguing about it.

Split the drunken goat salad and classic Italian pizza with my husband. Both were very unique and flavorful dishes. Service was great. Would definitely come back. Five stars.

Salad and pizza was fairly good. Their margherita is spicy for some reason. They have a good craft beer list, so I had fun tasting all the local brews. Next time I'll try their famous gluten-free pizza. Nice place to bring the kids or have a late night drink at the bar after you're done with shopping at the mall it's in.

I've only been here for lunch and the crowds vary depending on what day it is. Friday's are packed, for example. The reception when you walk in is polite but lack-luster, and the service once seated is a little slow and slightly curt. The pizzas and calzones are pretty good, as are the salads. If you go at lunch, they have a special consisting of a personal sized pizza and a salad, which is of a pretty healthy size and caliber, for around $10. Good deal.

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had! We got it take-and-bake. I have not had a crust that good since my gluten days. And the ice cream -- the sea salt caramel is the best -- unbelievably good.

Spinoza's is my very favorite pizza place in the Dayton area. Best item on the menu -- Drunken Goat Salad with goat cheese and a ridiculously tasty champagne dressing. This salad alone is worth a visit to Spinoza's. Next best thing: Swirly Bread -- Yum!!!! Third best thing: craft beer flights. The actual pizza's are a bit hit and miss, depending on your preferences. Fun, lively restaurant vibe. Server's have exceptional memories. (Test 'em!) However, it can get very loud (almost too loud) on Friday and Saturday nights when the music plays.

We've come back more times than I can count and literally, every single visit has been amazing bliss, absolute product quality consistency, and great service. Dare I say I have found absolute perfection? Just incredible! Come for the atmosphere, stay for the food, fall in love with the staff! I love you Spinozas! Please be aware that this is an update to my original very detailed review below! If you don't see it there, it can be found under my profile if it's not linked to this one. Enjoy!

Been here only two times but I believe it may be my new favorite place! The Drunken Goat Salad is quite possibly the best salad you will ever have. It's making my mouth water just thinking about it! We usually get half and half pizzas so we have tried quite a few. None have been disappointing, but not particularly spectacular. Will absolutely be going back. Atmosphere is fun and service was consistently great. Would love to go on a night with live music to get the full experience!

Spinoza's is one of those places you'd almost never try out due to it's proximity to the mall. But don't let that deter you, this is not the mega chain you'd think it is. In fact, that's there only location and a hidden gem of pizza right out there in the open. They have a great ambiance and vibe. After walking in, you'd completely forget you're at the mall. Its has an upscale and very clean feel to their dining room. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. As others Yelpers have stated, the Drunken Goat Salad is super legit with cranberries and goat cheese. This is a must order every time I roll in. However, my favorite part is the specialty pizza. I'm a Hawaiian Pizza kind of guy, so I always go with the Hula Hula. This guy is too righteous. Smoked ham and apple-wood smoked bacon. Its hands down the best Hawaiian Pizza I've ever had. My wife brought the Hula Hula home for me on my birthday as a pre-dinner treat and as wonderful birthday snack throughout the day. Seriously though, any pizza with such decadence that its worthy of a pre-dinner treat and a snack throughout the day has reached a new level. I know it sounds crazy, but it was my birthday. I would certainly recommend Spinoza's to others. Remember though, the quality pizza is there. But you'll only love this place if you know what you want. If you're craving a simple, no frills cheese pie, look elsewhere. If its a specially delight that you can savor with every bite while enjoying a craft beer and a more upscale scene, then Spinoza's is the place for you!
