Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I'm 2 months pregnant and have had all food aversions to everything. Must say this is thee best Chinese food I've had so far. Very fresh and enjoyable and very friendly delivery guy even late at night and far away!

I have never had an order be so late, so expensive, so tasteless and have so little customer service all in one. This order topped them all. I don't think I have ever let s driver walk away without a tip of any type before but this time it was necessary and bold.

This place is pretty good. Typical chinese take out. I enjoy the dumpling and the wonton soup regularly with bourbon chicken or some other dish. Overall better than most places. In a crappy part of town though. Thank goodness they deliver.

I love this place. The food is always delicious and the staff very attentive. Rice Chinese is my new favorite restaurant.

Wanted to try a new restaurant and one of the things I ordered was a curry beef. I woke up the next day with a swollen face. I called and the woman who answered told me that they use MSG (Monosodium glutamate) in the curry dish. MSG is a well known toxic food additive. One of the symptoms of MSG poisoning is a swollen face. The woman was completely unsympathetic and just said you didn't tell me that you didn't want MSG. She didn't even say goodbye when she hung up. I am pretty sure no one wants MSG regardless if they are sensitive or not -- it is a toxin regardless of how you look at it. Why should I have to remember to tell them NOT to add toxins to my food? They have shown a fine example of stupid thinking! My feeling is...I have ZERO confidence in Rice Chinese Restaurant to serve healthy food.

I would love to give Rice a wonderful review but since I haven't even received my food I can't. I placed an online order at 10:47 this morning called to see how long it would be and I was told 40 minutes. It is now 12:51 I've called 3 times and two of the times I was put on hold and forgotten about. The menu looked nice and I hate writing badly about some where I haven't even tried but It's getting ridiculous receiving no response back from them.

Okay, you know, it's a little demoralizing when nearly every single review of the restaurants near your home have a least one review that starts off with something about the location being mad sketchy/dangerous/hood...but I'm not even going to front like that's not at least kind of true about Rice. I mean, the owners BUZZED US IN AND OUT of this joint. Are there really so many people robbing a Chinese restaurants these days? Do I even want to know the answer to that question? Do I know the food at Rice is cheap, filling, tasty, and vegetarian-friendly? Yes indeed! It is an absolutely no frills Chinese place...and this is all i ask for. There are a number of bean curd dishes, which all run approximately $6 for the small and $7.50 for the large (definitely two meals). I opted for the large Homestyle Bean Curd, which is really tofu with snow peas, onions, baby corn, and water chestnuts in brown sauce. It was slightly greasy and delicious. My partner had General Tso's Tofu and enjoyed it as well. He also ordered the Ginger Sesame Cold Noodles, which he really liked, but had to save it for another meal. There was A LOT. And it was only an appetizer. Definitely enough for a dinner. We also split the Bean Curd Soup For Two, which consists of soft tofu and a ton of vegetables. it has a very light, clean taste, which is precisely the kind of soup I like. You get a quart for $3.50. The whole meal, which lasted two full dinners, was approximately $20. Get it to go. :)

I'm a Chinese food fanatic, and I believe Rice has THE BEST Chinese food in Dayton. Don't let the location fool you, this place is worth any distance of travel!

This place is a diamond in the rough. The location of this place is not in a great place, and the inside as seating, but it is a few chairs and tables. There food on the other hand is wonderful! The flavors and quality of the food was so much better than most of the Chinese places around here. Next time tho, I think I will get it to go, cause the location just isn't somewhere i really want to hang around in.

I tried this restaurant for the first time last night and I have to say it was really good! Originally when ordering the lady on the phone said it would be 35 to 40 minutes for delivery. They arrived in 20 minutes! I'd have to say the only downside I noticed was that it doesn't appear they have a lot of Vegetarian options, but I may have missed a few since I ordered from their website. All in all I'd say we will order from here regularly. Oh,and they are REALLY inexpensive. We had 2 drinks,2 meals and springrolls for 15 dollars!

I recently moved to The Cannery and was thrilled to find I could have Chinese food delivered. I get giddy about food delivered other than pizza. Ive had Rice deliver 3 times so far and I love it. It's cheap, it's delivered hot and fast, and more importantly, it's delicious. The Hunan Chicken is the bomb. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that their hot and sour soup is too watery and is just missing "something." I'm new to Dayton and so far Rice, along with Milano's, has become my go-to delivery foods when I'm either too lazy or too shitfaced to cook. For what it's worth, my girlfriend says their General Tso's chicken is crazy good even though she always puts the "broccori" on my plate.
