If you choose to sit at the bar. You will get zero service. I ordered a beer and asked for a menu. Ditzy bartender went awol. After waiting 15 minutes without even placing an order, I bailed. Don't know about the food but prices are high compared other places nearby. Skip this place. Stopped by for another try. Food was mediocre. Service at the bar was better, but I was the only one there. Likely my last visit.

I order the prime rib and it was bad. The meat was tough and it was like eating cured ham instead of prime rib. The tater tots was good. The pie was very good.

I don't usually go to the chain restaurant because I like to adventure with different and more authentic food. We went to O'Charley's because it's on the way to our weekend vacation location, besides my husband loves their dinner rolls! Since it was on Friday, We tried the lover's weekend prime ribs - which includes a free appetizer!! The food is good but not exceptional which is typical for any chain restaurant; however the service we received was exceptionally good!!!! We had a group of 8 people, then in the last minute we got a phone call from the friends that two more are going to join! The waitress was able to find a table for two right next to our big table for our friends. We were able to put the orders in for them and the food came out soon after they arrived!!! The timing was perfect!!!

I enjoy eating at O'charlie's there usually really quick and servers are good. The quality of the food is on the good side. The wait time is good most of the time. The restraunt was clean. I had the steak this time which was cooked perfect and the twisted chips were excellent.

Seems to have really gone down hill, no good steak choices on the menu, why was the filet mignon taken off, seems they are more concerned with the so called value menu I suppose . Service is always lacking at this location

Happy hour from 4-7 has great deals. I love the fried pickles! Draft tall beer is $4. I also tried the Tuscan chicken and didn't love it (especially at $10 a plate) a little on a bland side.

Meh. I rarely come here, but when I do there isn't ever anything extraordinary about my visit. I usually come with a group of three to four people and we usually opt to sit in the bar area. About a year ago the group I came with sat at the bar. The bar wasn't even set up when we got there and it was well into the day, around 1 in the afternoon. My beer was flat, but I still drank it. I then ordered the sampler, featuring mostly fried food with the exception of the potato skins, which are baked. All of my fried food tasted like fish, including the chicken! It was terrible. I asked the bartender (who was hard to find most of the time) if they had a fryer separate for fish, as most places do and she told me yes. The manager came out to speak to me and completely took care of my food, except for my drinks. Which is completely fine I didn't even expect him to comp my meal. As we are walking out the door, I over hear the manager speaking to one of the cooks about how they need to turn on both fryers and make sure they're only putting fish in the fish fryer. Boo to that! Which brings me to today...walked in with the same group. We sat in the dining area behind the bar and were greeted by one of the most awkward servers I have ever encountered. He seemed clueless and it was uncomfortable. We ordered drinks starting with water and then opted for a Leinekugel Summer Shandy featured in their drink menu; only to find out they don't even carry that beer. We decided to leave and go to a place we knew had the beer we desired. As we were walking out I over hear our server bad mouthing us to another. Not acceptable. I had even left a few dollars on the table for his time in assisting us. We weren't rude by any means. We even declined the free rolls and said we were going elsewhere because of the beer selection. I won't be returning here and will be sure to continue sharing my less than desirable experiences with others.

Best chain/possibly microwaved food I've had in a while? This is really at about 3.5 stars. I was pretty confused why so many people were waiting for this place. Some okay cuts from the cow (not exactly steak). Not the best service ever but good enough. It was actually a bit of a deal compared to getting the real thing. That's how fast food or microwaved imitation food should work. Better than fridays, ruby tuesdays, max and ermas, chili's, applebees, or hard rock cafe. If that means anything to you.

Even though it was free pie Wednesday it was not a very good experience this time. My brother and dad got the shrimp and grits. It came out like soup and only had three little shrimp in it. My husband got a coke and it had globs of some food left overs in it. I asked for a side of honey and it had chicken chunks in it. I also asked for my salad to have no onions in it. Our server repeated our order back to us and my salad came back covered in onions and then he said, oh I must not have heard you say that. We usually love it here but this time not too impressed!
