The flavor of the Bourbon Chicken is excellent! It's nothing fancy. Locally owned and my New favorite.

This place is delicious but the hours listed for the restaurant are not right. They are currently open from 11-9. Perhaps they have special hours for the summer. Try the bourbon chicken with rice. I have also tried the red beans and those are pretty good.

Went here for lunch yesterday and forgot to leave a review. This was a nice place to grab some good bourbon chicken and rice. There were plenty of other things on the menu but chicken is the main event here! I don't live in the area but I've heard that they used to have a cart of some sort for many years and have finally opened a restaurant. I like places like this. You can see the growth. They don't have all the money in the world to give you a plush dining environment but with persistence that will also change. The staff was very nice and hospitable. The food was awesome. I'm definitely going back! ;)

I love this place. You get a lot of food, slopped onto a plate, creating a mound of deliciousness. The bourbon chicken and spicy rice are incredible. The interior is dingy and not inviting to dine in. We always carry out. The price is very reasonable considering the generous portions. An amazing undiscovered gem on Brown Street.

I don't know what the hype is. In all fairness, they were very new to the location and still braved to open even when they didn't have a credit card machine or proper serving ware. I didn't like that my food came out so much later than my dining partners and everything comes in styrofoam whether you're eating there or not. Once I had just chicken - meh. It was sticky and grisly. Next I had a burger which was decent, but ruined with Miracle Whip instead of mayo. Yuck. I don't know what to do with this place other than give them time to get it all sorted out, but I'm getting discouraged.

Great food and awesome service. They have the best chicken around and their cornbread is amazing. Not only do they have a great signature item but they can provide any other food option that is offered on brown street. This place is the best place to eat on brown street. The only downside is that they serve their food on Styrofoam.

I recently discovered the Bourbon Street Grill so I don't know if I'm still in a state of enamoration, but I think this is an undiscovered gem on Brown Street. The menu is simple but deceptively varied, with different types of chicken and a couple offerings of fish. These are available over a salad or side, or as a sub, wrap, or edible bowl. Everything I have tried there so far has been great, and I recommend the cornbread. The staff are friendly and courteous. They will give you a small free sample of chicken like you would encounter in a mall, but without the pushiness. I can see this easily becoming a regular go-to.
