This place is Americana. Go back in time to the '50s. They don't do it fast, they do it right. They have real butterscotch, too! You'll be eating in your car, or at the picnic tables. Nothing fancy.

Go here for great, greasy, delicious food. Then, stick around for the creamy, smooth ice cream. This is NOT a chain, big-box ice cream place like Dairy Queen. You will get fresh ingredients, with real toppings. None of that "tastes-like" banana milkshake. That thing has a full, sliced banana in the milk and ice cream. And that is just one example. The "Double D" has been open for decades and still has that same quality.

So good. So perfect. It gets so much business, Wendy's and Subway set up shop across the street-- like fast food places do. They do hardly the business compared to the divine Dari-Ette. The banana milkshake sounds strange but is unbelievable. ....To keep in the mood of old times, head East to the Massillion Museum which features Lillian Gish, home-grown silent film star who acted 20 years before Dalton Dari-Ette was built in 1957, but still. Much love to the Dalton Dari-Ette!

Love going here for a meal with some ice cream. Always fast and friendly my favorite is a banana boat and always in a cup! I can't wait to get my first of the season!

I love this place. Small dairy style window service, and they don't take cash, but man oh man is this place good. Great fries, awesome ice cream, quite extensive menus for the size of the place. Very friendly service, a few places to sit, although most sit in their cars. I highly recommend this place to any and all that enjoy good quality dairy stand style food.

I order there cream of chicken sandwich and a ham and cheese sandwich with fries. The quality of the food I received wasn't worth the wait my sandwich fall apart in my hand the ham was burnt and the fries were greasy like the pulled it out of the oil and just dump them into the bag nasty not worth the money
