Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Was told it would be 30-35 minutes to get a table and we were finally sat an hour later. Once we were finally seated it took a good 15 minutes for our server to even come get our drink order and the cycle continued. Another 15 minutes to get the drinks then again with the soup and salad. Finally the chef came almost an hour later. Once everyone was completely finished eating it took about 20 minutes (of horrible waiting) to finally get the check and leave. I can understand when a restaurant is busy, but it is absolutely not an excuse for horrible service. The food was great but I will be giving my service to different hibachi restaurants from now on.

Will not be going back here. Had reservations for 630 and still waited over 30 minutes to be taken back through a half empty restaurant. After waiting quite a while (but not completely unreasonable amount of time) for our drinks the waiting resumed. 15 minutes for soup. After finishing the soup and having it taken away it was another 15 mintues before our salad arrived. After having our salads removed it was another 15 minutes before the chef finally came. Yes. Once waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we then spent another 45 minutes at the table waiting for the chef to come. The waiter apologized continuously but it didn't really change the fact that we were waiting 45 minutes for our food and it still had to be cooked in front of us. By time he got to the seafood both my friend and our kids had already finished eating their chicken and steak. I had not received my scallops and no one had received their "appetizer" shrimp. My niece began to get a bad stomach ache and therefore I had to forgo eating in order to leave the restaurant. We had been there a total of 2 hours and I had not even received my main entre. The restaurant was NOT busy (there were two whole sections not even being used). Completely disappointed by the disorganization and lack of accountability at the restaurant. The server was the only one to acknowledge the waiting was out of hand and apologize. Will not be going back.
