Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Super fast delivery. About 20 minutes from call to my door. Really like the fried rice. More the style that you get at a Japanese steakhouse. Very fresh and tasty. The spring rolls were really tasty. I got the vegetable teriyaki and it was good. The dinner portion came with a salad (again, more like Japanese steakhouse style, just iceberg lettuce with some carrot strands) and a can of soda. It was hot and fresh. Would order from them again. Nice that there's no minimum for delivery, and it got here faster than most pizza. It was packaged really well, too.

Ordered from here last night it was last min and me and my gf didn't feel like leaving , so we placed a delivery order I must say it was very quick about 12 min to be exact , the food was average for Chinese, and will order again .

Great value. Super quick delivery.

The restaurant was nice and clean inside the service quick and food prepared fast- oh yes -they do deliver -thats the good- Tried the sesame chicken but found out there was no sesame in or on the chicken. Some pieces of the chicken were tender and other pieces were tough. The fried rice was a wet gooey rice not a typical fried rice. The lunch menu is limited --there are only 3 items in the $5 range and 5 that range from about $6 to about $13 (but you do get a can of free soda with the lunch items) Dinner items include a salad???? The dinner menu has $7 items and from there climbs to $10, $11, $12, $13. $14 $15and$20. wow!! Combination entrees start at almost $14 and climb to almost $21. High prices and ?? food! But its fast! Theirs better Asian food in the area- Go somewhere else!!

I went there today to pick up a quick dinner to go. Nice clean place, very friendly people, and fast service. The food was great! A lot better than most local places. I had the chicken teriyaki and it was just right in terms of heat and spice. I plan on adding Wangs to my list of local places to frequent.

After moving to the area, my husband and I were in search of good Chinese delivery and Wang's delivers. Literally and figuratively. Delivery is always super fast (usually under 30 minutes). I've never had anything from Wang's that was bad, but it took a few tries to find the few dishes that are really delicious. Unsurprisingly, their Teriyaki is tasty. It's sweet and tangy and nicely sauced. The Mongolian Beef in a savory brown sauce has just the right amount of heat (you can pick mild, medium, or hot and I pick medium). Sweet and Sour Chicken always arrives crispy, not soggy, because they keep the sauce separate and perforate the chicken container to vent steam. Egg rolls are pretty standard but good. I almost always get a side order of Lo Mein because it's inexpensive and delicious. The only thing I didn't love was their sesame chicken, which was good but not mind-blowing. Overall, Wang's is consistently very good. It's affordable, fast delivery and the food is great quality for the price.

I ordered from this place tonight. Was told it would take about an hourto have the food delivered. After an hour i called to check the status. Was told it was on the way. After another half hour i called again. I was told again it was on its way, after pressing to find out if it would still be hot and when it would get to me, i was placed on hold. Finally after 2 hours my food arrived. The egg rolls are very small. The rest the food was ok not great. The food was warm not hot. There are plenty of other Chinese places in the area.

When I first starting eating at Wang's Teriyaki, I was quite impressed with their food and service. The meat tasted fresh, the fried rice was light and not overly greasy, and the staff was awesome. I usually ordered from there once a week because I felt like it was a local business that deserved to succeed. Nowadays, I can't say that's the case. On my last few visits, instead of being greeted by the usual host, one of two children will take my payment. Usually their toys or books are scattered over one of the table, but no big deal, right? Then there's the food. Don't get me wrong, it's okay, but not nearly as great as it used to be. The General Tso's Chicken doesn't taste as fresh as it used to. The crab rangoon is often lukewarm and tastes like it came from a box. I took a break from Wang's to see if they were just hitting a rut, but I returned a few weeks ago to find the same service and same food. The food isn't bad. But it's not the exceptional meal I had last year. Nowadays, it's your average Chinese food restaurant and that's unfortunate given how good things used to be.

What happened, Wang's?! Wang's Teriyaki was our go-to Chinese delivery place in the area. Not sure what happened this week, but it was not good! My beef with broccoli was pretty terrible. The beef had a funky taste and was really tough. Maybe it was overcooked? The broccoli was fine. The carrots tasted old, or like they were washed in dish water, maybe? Pretty inexplicable, but gross. We had chicken lo mein and it wasn't good either. Normally their lo mein is delicious. I thought maybe it was just me, but my companion agreed that it was pretty funky tasting. Like the oil was old. Overall, NOT good. My stomach rumbled the rest of the night. Wang's was our Chinese delivery go-to, and we might need to rethink it! I'm done with Wang's Teriyaki, at least for a while...

They're trying to cover all the bases by doing Chinese *and* Japanese. I ordered Shrimp in Garlic Sauce. That comes with a VERY small egg roll. Must have been prepackaged and it wasn't very good. The shrimp was cooked in this god-awful red sauce. I've eaten a lot of dishes in garlic sauce and none tasted like this one did. On the plus side, the lady who took my order had a couple of pretty cute young kids and we had a little trouble communicating but we worked through it.
(2)Kiara E.
As others have said, the crab rangoon is meh. You get 6 for about $5. Not really impressed with the General Tso's chicken either. They only give you one soy sauce packet for pickup. Go spend your money at no. 1 chinese instead!
(2)Emma L.
We got delivery from Wang's and it was WAY better than I expect Chinese delivery to be. Dishes are about $7-$10, and portions are huge. We tried the Chicken Curry and Chicken Pad Thai. Both good, I liked the curry better. Both dishes had a great amount of flavor and spice. The crab rangoon was kind of meh, but it's fried food and delivery, so that's understandable. The sweet & sour sauce accompanying it was kind of runny-sad though. I don't know what the actual dine-in experience is, but for take out this is a winner in my book!
(4)Carmine C.
Best Chinese in the area. Quality chicken, which is always important to me. It doesn't deliver to my area, but I'd gladly drive the extra mile to get there's instead of bad quality Chinese food. Also the staff is always very professional and friendly.

OMG! I can't believe anyone would toss accolades regarding their chicken after what I just tried. My daughter, normally a General Taos's chicken from anywhere palate, asked me to taste it because she didn't like it. She said it tasted weird. After examining the dish, saying out loud, "Interesting how they cut the chicken up in squares". It was noticeable, even when battered, that there were corners. After I bit into a piece, I honestly felt like they had battered already partially cooked chicken vs make fresh with raw. Maybe to save time? I know some places flash fry their green beans in the deep fryer to save time. However, this made those little uniform squares, cleverly un-uniformly altered by batter, taste dry. She also ordered the lo mein. Too greasy for my taste. I'll admit this has been my only experience w Wang's. I guess if you can't get out and try the numerous good Asian alternatives, demanding a delivery option, guess it'll do for some.

They are awesome and have great food love the family atmosphere their kids helping out always makes my day

I love Wang's. This place is absolutely amazing. My husband and I order from them soooo often! He usually gets the chicken teriyaki and I usually get the chicken and shrimp teriyaki, though we have both gotten other items on the menu. Everything tastes wonderful and is delivered in a timely manner. I 100% recommend Wang's Teriyaki!
(5)Kyle S.
A recent arrival to Clintonville. We ordered a couple General Tso's. It came with two salads and two cans of soda. We also ordered their Spring rolls. All this including delivery was $20. We live very close and the amazing part of all of this was it was all delivered 7 mins from placing our delivery order. The food was hot and of reasonable quality. We'll definately try them again.
(3)Matt G.
I don't have a ton to say about Wang's. It gets a third star for the pricing. It's cheap. The food fits right into the generic fast Asian food mold. I haven't found anything on the menu special, but everything I've had has been ok.
(3)Emily B.
I like Wang's. It's not fancy or elaborate--but it's good. The meal selections are trim compared to the typical "chinese menu" offerings, but it's got all the basics and favorites. My family and I have ordered take-out and every time it's been delivered quickly & correct. All dinners come with a salad (iceberg, carrot shreds, and the typical Japanese steakhouse ginger dressing) and a can soda (your choice!) We've added on the crab rangoons and gyoza (pork dumplings) and both are very tasty. They don't include chopsticks or the sauce packs unless you ask, so make sure you do!
(4)Peter D.
Great quality and quantity for the price. Food prep took a very long time but I would say it was worth it, dining area is small (but clean) so i think this is best used as carry out. I will be going back for sure.
(4)Joppy C.
I am going to temporarily suspend my 5 star review until can confirm that my experience today was just a disturbance in the force.
(3)Jenna T.
Why oh why did I give Wang's another try? I guess I figured that because "teriyaki" is included in their name, their specialty just might be teriyaki. Of course I was wrong, and I'll never order from here again unless I'm desperate for food seemingly close to Asian-American cuisine. I ordered the steak teriyaki, medium rare, and the steak was more so rare than anything else; so rare I decided not to eat it at the risk of getting a food borne illness.
(2)Kaitlin O.
Your standard Chinese place. Pretty great for the price. The main dishes come with an egg roll too which is pretty awesome ... They also delivery FREAKY FAST. I mean freaky fast. Was impressed and happy my husband and I stumbled upon this place on yelp... Especially in starving desperation.
(4)Jamie F.
I was in town on business and ordered delivery from Wangs to my hotel. I went with the chicken lo mein, extra spicy, and crossed my fingers that it would be good (Chinese restaurants can be a toss up). Well, it was better than good, spicy just like I wanted, and they even included extra hot sauce (sriracha I think) just in case. Also, it wasn't greasy, and had a fair amount of vegetables. For the price the portion size is huge- it's enough for two meals. It isn't the best lo mein I've ever had, but for a delivery place it was pretty impressive, and definitely up there.
(4)Ben N.
Best Asian in north clintonville that I have tried. The food was very similar to a Japanese steakhouse but cheaper. They made everything to order and was ready in about 10 minutes. Loved the Japanese chicken teriyaki and the chicken Kung pao from the Chinese menu. Tons of fresh grilled veggies and seared/ grilled chicken instead of fried! Would highly recommend over any other place. Nice and clean inside with friendly staff. They also deliver which is what we will do from now on. Gotta give it a try!! Enjoy!
