I love the whole idea behind Jeni's. PROS: Jeni's gives our taste buds the ability to try sophisticated and delicate blends of exotic and wild flavors that are not commercially available. I mean Mango Lassi in ice cream form is not only delicious, but peaks the cultural curiosity. What is a Mango Lassi? Well my friends this ice cream maybe a gateway to a new favorite drink! Passion fruit is something you don't normally hear of in the regular mid-west household, so again a great introduction to this flavor. Lemon cardamom, heck... I have to admit that I didn't believe cardamom in being a usable spice until I taste tested this!! CONS: I don't know but I feel like I have to eat more than just one scoop of some flavors to actually taste the flavor? The combinations sound amazing, but when it hits my tongue I feel like it could just as well be a 2 for 5 Kroger flavor... Price price price price... :( Oh well, DON'T LET ME STOP YOU!!! :D TL;RD As a food experience try it~ You won't regret it.

Don't hate me Columbus people because I gave Jeni's only 3 stars. I ordered a scoop each of the buckeye state and salty caramel ice cream in a waffle cone. Although the buckeye state flavor had a great combination of chocolate and peanut butter, I thought that the salty caramel was too salty. And I thought that the waffle cone was a bit stale, so it wasn't as crunchy as I'd like. Call me old fashioned, but I still prefer Graeter's ice cream. When I return to Columbus, I will try Jeni's again and update my review. But for now, it's just 3 stars for me.

Champagne-pear is awesome!

Great options and quality ice cream. Treat yourself!

dear jeni britton bauer: i love your iced creams. i've never come across an icy patch; instead your products are consistently smooth and creamy. the staff members at your shops are also awesome. as i taste each and every flavor, regardless of how many times i've tasted them in the past, i never see a look of annoyance on their faces. and only you, jeni, realized that water is, indeed, the best follow up to ice cream; i thank you for the cucumber-laced water pitchers in all of your shops. you are the best, jbb! :)

sweet potatoe is a must..

This location doesn't have the same charm of the Short North location, but it's nice and easy to find, more laid back, and has much better parking. There's a private lot out back, and lots of street parking if that is full. The inside is small and cozy, and when we went on a weekday afternoon, not very busy at all. This gave us a great opportunity to take our time and sample some flavors. My favorite by far was the Yazoo Sue and Beer Nuts. It's not as good as their past beer flavor (Rockmill Ale & Apricots, aka the best ice cream ever created), but it's still delicious. My other half scoop was goat cheese and cherries, which was so creamy and flavorful and went great with the homemade waffle cone. You can't go wrong with Jeni's, and I think I found my new favorite location!

I'm an adventurous eater but not when it comes to ice cream. That might be the Appalachian in me, who knows. I like plain, basic flavors. Don't mix any spice with this guy's sugar. That being said there are three things I like at Jeni's: the vanilla bean ice cream, dark chocolate ice cream and the french press coffee. Killer coffee--so strong it might actually be killing me, as it's thick and rich, reminding me of trips to Europe where they know how to make their coffee the right way. We stopped in here tonight after dinner downtown. I got a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream topped with hot fudge. It was a little over $5 which seems like a lot for the portion you are actually served. However, it's always amazing and you know you are eating quality ingredients. There's one in Dublin by me, and I also frequent the one in Bexley next to Moshi Sushi. I've tried a lot of the flavors, but I just can't pass on my two basic faves of dark chocolate and vanilla. Even though it's expensive for "just ice cream" what you get for dessert here is often better than any dessert you will have at a restaurant. Great final stop of the night, always. And always puts a smile on my face, even when the stress of adult life is bringing me down, this picks me up again and reminds me that we are, truly, forever young.

Finally made it to Jeni's after a year of visits to Columbus without stopping by. The two guys working at this location when I went in were super friendly and told me a lot about Jeni's and where the ingredients for different flavors came from. I adored the brown butter almond brittle and plan to go back and get a pint if they have it. Dying to try the black & tan sundae sometime. Fun!

I can sum up my review in just one sentence : " If you ever happen to be in the Columbus area, then you HAVE to stop by for a delicious ice cream at Jeni's ". Over the memorial day weekend, I was in Columbus and we were walking in the Short North Neighborhood, and I couldn't help noticing that there was a long line at an ice cream shop just waiting to get in. My friend informed me that this was Jeni's, a Columbus institution and I have to try it. The next day, we were walking along Clintonville and stopped by Jeni's (thank God for their multiple locations). I loved the assortment of flavors they had, from the classics to simply outrageous. We sampled quite a few flavors and they were all delicious. The ones I loved were salted caramel ice cream and Mango Lassi Frozen yogurt. I loved the salted caramel flavor. Who knew that salt and caramel in an ice cream would go so well together? Coming from India, I was more partial to the familiar flavors of the Mango Lassi Frozen yogurt. The serving portion was generous and the flavor of the mago lassi frozen yogurt. hit the spot ! It was a perfect sweet treat for a warm summer day. Whenever I go back to the Columbus area, I am definitely going to stop by Jeni's for a frozen treat again !!!
(5)Allie L.
This is actually my favorite Jeni's location! Why? - Lots of seating - A chalkboard wall - Seems to be the least busy location And as always - the best ice cream and the happiest employees!

I have been hearing rumors that there was a Jeni's up in my hood... well, let me confirm for you, these rumors are true (I know, I know, I'm late to the game, but I'm not exactly an ice cream freak so excusez-moi). I can only imagine what it's going to be like in central Clintonville this summer... especially with Jeni's located right next to my all-time favourite (lulz!!) Cbus yuppyfied establishment, Northstar... I mostly just love GOING to Jeni's, as a complete experience... and I do love one thing here: SALTY CARAMEL ICE CREAM SAMMIES (see my review of the Short North Jeni's for full orgasmic explanation). However, mostly I just think her ice cream shops are beautiful spaces to be in. Unlike neighboring Northstar, I feel like I trust Jeni, that she is making a product that is non-deceptive and that focuses on what's important: happy tummies, local products, sustainability, and community. I don't know if it's just for spring, but today there were paper flowers all over the store. Absolutely beautiful (see the pic I posted). Aww. Now everyone else can go on about the ice cream but you already know this is the best in Columbus, if not the U.S. I just thought I'd point to the way I feel inside a Jeni's store - especially this new one in my very own neighborhood: it feels like home should feel. I can't wait to see the mix of Clintonville punkers and freaks and yuppies and yippies this summer... it's going to be off the chain. Yo. Oh PS: Can haz sign on the front of the building? If you all have been there since October, it's about time...

There's no way of getting around it - I am terribly smitten with Jeni's. It's one of my favorite places to take out-of-towners because they always seem to enjoy trying the many "weird" flavors Jeni's has to offer. I can honestly say that of the many mini spoon samples I've had so far, I've only disliked one and that was because the beer taste in that particular flavor (Rockmill Ale and Apricot) was just too strong for my non-beer loving self. The fact that they will let you try, quite literally, every flavor before you finally decided is wonderful. How else would I know that Queen City Cayenne tastes like spicy heaven in my mouth? The one downside of Jeni's is that, because they make their ice cream from locally sourced ingredients and in small batches, some of my favorite flavors are gone in the blink of an eye and they can't be sure when, or if, they'll ever have them again. That being said about Jeni's as a whole, this is not my most favorite location. The staff seemed a bit too "superior" the day I went in and treated my boyfriend and I more like an annoyance than polite, paying customers. Asking for a sample seemed like it was perceived as a major hassle (I thought Jeni's was all about giving the samples?) and they just didn't seem to care about our experience. Would I still go back, yeah, if I was craving Jeni's and up in this neck of the woods, I probably would. But, I still prefer some of the other locations more.
(4)Chris F.
This is just a place for local yuppies to congragate and show off how rich they are buy buying expensive ice cream....caters to clintonville yuppie trash...i suggest going to united dairy farmers...cheapet and get a lot more for your money
(2)Mike F.
This review for Jeni's is a little hard. Jeni's does a great job at making ice cream, and they stand apart from every other ice cream store in Columbus. Although is this the direction you want to take ice cream? One of the perks of eating ice cream is the feeling of being young again. Jeni's does not offer this experience. When I went there I ordered an ice cream sandwich. The employee asked me how many times would I like it cut? I don't get the question here. Why would you cut my ice cream sandwich and put it on a plate? Basically what I'm getting around to is Jeni's although well made really takes the fun out of ice cream. Its not somewhere you can go after a t-ball game and I want a cone a foot high that'll drip on my fingers like im a ten year old and not a dish of eucalyptus nutmeg sorbet. Alright I'll say it Jeni's is incredibly ostentatious (thank you webster).

I have been waiting my entire Yelp career to write this review. Once Jeni's finally moved into my neighborhood this afternoon, I knew that now was a perfect opportunity. I have not yet yelped Jeni's yet because, well, what can I say that has not already been said? However, personally, Thank you Jeni's. It was you who turned me into a foodie and who told me how wonderful dining out in this great city could be. From first lick I have always been marveled by you. You are simply the best ice cream I've ever had and there will be no substitute. Jeni's new store in Clintonville, was very clean, modern and neat. There was even a sundae bar at this location, which is something I have not seen at any of the others! It was so nice to just finally have a Jeni's in my neighborhood so I don't have to schlep over to Grandview or the Short North anymore. And as I ate my delicious dark chocolate + buckeye state ice cream with Jon. R, all I could think about was how perfect this moment was. Recommendations: Dark Chocolate, their new Chocolate Askinoise, Buckeye State, Salty Caramel (of course!), Strawberry Buttermilk (seasonal), Cocoa Zin (also seasonal), Backyard Mint, Riesling Pear and to TRY TRY TRY EVERYTHING! Because nothing will ever taste like what you just ate ever again. In closing I say, I'm delighted about this new location, the sundae bar, and the dedication that Jeni's has to this new community as well as using only locally produced food. Dear Jeni's, you are worth never going back to New York for.

This has to be one of the most innovative, unique and delicious culinary creation places in the US. We loved the different flavors, while the scoops are smaller than other places they were still satisfying. They're fresh, in-store made waffle cones are just the icing on the cake! I recommend the Goat Cheese with Cherries, it's like Cheesecake. The Brambleberry Crumble is also very scrumptious. My husband says the Wildberry Lavender is also a great choice. Ranks right up there with some of the top Ice Cream, if not food places we have ever been to! Only hope that we can return again some day!
(5)Birdy N.
Wow. Jeni's puts Columbus on the international ice cream map. Some of my favs, may not get the names exactly right - Reisling Pear, Bourbon Pecan, Thai Chili, Lemon Blueberry, Burnt Sugar Almond, Lambic Cherry. Very nice, but not over the moon with - Pistachio and Honey.
(5)Jessica M.
I don't know how you get better ice cream. Some favs: Pistachio, Bangkok Peanut, Queen City Cayenne, Lavender. But you can't really go wrong here.

I C E C R E A M dreamland! I love it.

It was my first visit to Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in Clintonville, and all of my expectations were blown away! From the fun, neighborhood feeling I got as I took in the casual ambiance to how friendly and fun everyone on the Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream staff was, this is an experience everyone should have when buying a cup of ice cream or yogurt. The ice cream itself was simply delicious!! The staff were more than willing to give my friends and me a sample of any flavor and quickly offered recommendations based on our tastes. I ended up getting a trio, which consisted of three small scoops of ice cream and a waffle cookie. My three flavors of choice were Brambleberry Crisp (according to Jeni's website: "buttery, oven-toasted oat streusel and a striking, sweet-tart brambleberry jam of blackberries, black raspberries, and black currants layered throughout vanilla ice cream"), Riesling Poached Pear Sorbet, and the Milkiest Chocolate in the World (yes, that's a flavor!). I also tried samples of Sweet Potato with Torched Marshmallows and Buckeye State, both amazing! While all three of my choices are signature ice cream flavors (and one was also a sorbet), there are also perennials, limited editions, and frozen yogurts. Definitely something for everyone! The other fun part of being at Jeni's was learning the story. How did this small ice cream concept become such a favorite in Columbus (and Nashville)? Stop by one of the Jeni's locations and find out (and perhaps even pick up a copy of Jeni's cookbook, music album, or much more!
(5)Susan L.
Amazing ice cream and great place! As a first timer here the staff was friendly and allowed me to sample through the delicious ice cream. Friendly service and great tasting ice cream? I will be back again to try their seasonal treats. Goat Cheese cherry ice cream - wonderful and tastes a bit like cheesecake! Salt caramel - good the first several bites, but not as good as the Goat cheese cherry ice cream!

Forget about ordering dessert at whatever place you had dinner/lunch at. And head straight to Jeni's. There are so many reasons to love jeni's so lets get into this. The ice cream: Awesome, so fricking good. And so wildly interesting. The flavors are all so new compared to typical strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. I don't think I've ever walked away from Jeni's disappointed with my ice cream flavor. not to mention all their ingredients are from local shops within the area. So resourceful and something that should be taken notice of. Because its things like supporting local businesses through your business that creates advancement for individual people and not massive corporations. The service: its always been good every time that ive gone there. honestly nicest staff, and they are always helpful. The price: And the price isn't bad, there is like one 2 star'er here complaining about the price of a locally owned and supporting ice cream shop. For one ice cream is a treat reserved for special occasions not something that should be expected. (You can wikipedia that fact) and shouldn't be seen as something that cost a wood nickel. And honestly i don't think the price is that bad. if you are going there for single/double/triple scoops the price is actually really reasonable. Indulge, don't become a tightwad. Pro Tip: Parking is challenging if your looking for off the street stuff, but if your shopping at the one in the short north area there is a parking lot right across the street. Keep doing your thing Jeni and make Ohio proud!

I really wanted this to knock my socks off as I was a Jeni's virgin. Upon entering the store to try this mega-awesome icecream and see what all the fuss was about I was immediately put off by a passel of yuppie Mommies and their rude, unruly brats. As one snooty booty teeny still in her soccer finery with entitlement etched all over her face cut in front of me, I bit my tongue as the expletives fought to get out. I don't normally hold back,(I majored in acerbic sarcasm in college) but this time I did as I didn't want death by glaring from a pack of self righteous pretentious yups who no doubt just blew Northstar. Now I love Northstar for the food, I just can't stand the crowd. Jeni's, like Northstar is way overpriced. The portions are way small. The scoop is the size of a large MELON BALL for gawd's sake. The interior is cold and unappealing. On the other hand, the girls behind the counter were very nice and helpful, allowing me to try whatever I wanted. I settled on honey banana cuz I adores me some bananas and violet meringue. The banana honey tasted washed out but the violet m tasted like a blast of spring. I imagined the flowers blooming, the bees buzzing, the sun warming my skin and the breeze gently moving through my hair. Ahhhhhh, yesssss. A glass of coldeality was thrown in my face when the clerk asked for 4 dollas for the miniscule amount of spring ecstasy. Alas, I coughed it up and left. Maybe it was worth the few moments of bliss. From now on, it's DQ or the frozen section of Giant Eagle for me. Or maybe I'll get my own ice cream maker. Besides I can do without some spotty faced metal grilled sports biotch cutting in front of me. The next time I will hurt her feelings. I'm sorry Jeni's, while some of your flavors are wonderfully creative, your clientele and prices make it prohibitive for me. Ugh
(2)Stephan J.
Hands down the best ice cream I have ever had! The flavor combinations were unique and delightful. I enjoyed sweet potatoe and toasted marshmallow. Goat cheese, fig and cognac was also was to die for. I have been to many over hyped ice cream places in Seattle, but this lives up to all the buzz in Columbus!
(5)Amber A.
I never thought I'd find an ice cream place in Ohio that was good enough to rival those in NYC. But I did. Tons of interesting flavors, as well as some absolutely amazing renditions of more classic flavors. Ingredients are obviously very fresh, and from talking to the shop workers, they seem to go out of their way to get fresh, local ingredients. It really shows in the flavor of the ice creams. The sales people were all very friendly, too, and they let you taste as many things as you want before you decide. (In fact, they said they actually encourage people to taste lots of them!) Oh, and they'll let you put two flavors in a 1-scoop size dish, which in my opinion is absolutely essential. (I'm a flavor-mixing kinda gal.) I think I'm going to have to make this a traditional stop whenever I fly back to Ohio now--even if it IS a bit out of my way. :-)
(5)Kara M.
BROWN BUTTER ALMOND BRITTLE is like crack to me. Jeni's has a loyal following because they make great flavors and a great product. is it expensive? absolutely but i don't mind when every single time i get a consistently quality product. love this place!
(5)Kathryn P.
I'm lactose intolerant, and I get well tired of having to order the same old lemon sorbet EVERY time I go out for ice cream with friends. I got the "Riesling Poached Pear Sorbet" at Jeni's. It was OUTSTANDING (and NOT lemon!) The prices were a little steep (about $5 for two scoops of sorbet), but the unique flavors were worth the price. There is a huge selection of unique ice creams to pick from (wish I could have tried them all!) and it seems like they change frequently. Don't get me wrong: There are still only two dairy-free sorbets... but you won't find flavors like these elsewhere!
(5)Sarah J.
Let me start by stating I am not from Columbus. I don't feel the hometown brand loyalty because I didn't know Jeni's "from the beginning". Before I relocated to Columbus, I spent 45 minutes in a line outside the Short North location for a scoop of the legendary ice cream. I am not a choco-haulic and at the time appreciated the wide flavor selection. Fast forward to now. I live in Columbus and have visited Jeni's three times since moving here. I know the listeria problem has greatly impacted their summer production--but you know what has impacted it more? Their response to the crisis. They should be in "give them the pickle" mode(Bob Farrell's legendary customer service approach) instead of nickle and dime-ing customers. I visited this location yesterday, and other than chocolate and a few other fruit-loop flavors, the options are extremely limited. I paid over $5.00 for a (very) small vanilla bean ice cream with a measly drizzle of caramel sauce. I was expecting more. Because my expectations weren't met with ice cream assortment (listeria has limited production), I feel that this location could at least offer over the top service. Instead of charging me $1.00 for the caramel drizzle, GIVE IT TO ME FOR FREE. I came in wanting a caramel flavor ice cream. I could have gone down the street to Graeters or any of the dozens of other ice cream shops. According to a Feb 17, 2014 Dispatch article, more than 70,000 people moved to or from central Ohio between 2007 and 2011. That means more than 70,000 people ALSO don't have the hometown brand loyalty to Jeni's. My two cents: If Jeni's wants to be around in 2020, they need to figure out how to connect or re-connect with people like me. I walked in your shop on Sunday and will probably not be back for the rest of the summer.
(1)Kinsey C.
Here's the scoop: Jeni's is perfection. This is not your average hand dipped ice cream shop. Looking for basic strawberry (sorry, not in season!) or butter pecan (nope, get away you peasant)? You won't find anything basic about this place. From their friendly and prompt service to their unique selection of ice cream and gelato, you're going to love your experience. Despite bitter cold temps and snow falling, my friends and I ventured out for some ice cream. I ended up with a dish of Riesling and pear gelato (I know, what?!) scooped alongside some heavenly dark chocolate ice cream. The pairing was delicious, and I found myself wishing I had a local Jeni's to get my fix. All in all, this is a great place to bring the kids, a date or your worst enemy (at least you'll get ice cream).
(5)Ben C.
As someone who's originally from Ohio, people always ask what's so special about this Midwest state when I am away, one of my first reasons is always Jeni's. It's simply very hard to find ice cream like Jeni's elsewhere. The flavors here are so unique and always taste so fresh. I love that you can sample as many flavors as you want before deciding on that perfect combination for the day. Going here is always a way to make your day even better. Definitely a place to try out if you've never been
(5)Karen D.
There's not much I can add to all the other Jeni's reviews. Having read some of the complaints about the staff at this location, however, I wanted to let it be known that the lady that served me my Pumpkin Tiramisu Parfait this afternoon was the sweetest. I come to this location regularly and never had anything but charming service. Anyway, the ice cream: As everybody knows, Jeni's is the best. I haven't made my way through all the flavours (yet) but my favourites that I have had so far are the Goat Cheese and Roasted Cherry, Queen City Cayenne, Sweet Corn and Blackberries, and Salty Caramel. Jeni's has opened my eyes to the possibilities of ice cream flavours.
(5)Jon R.
As I have written my full review on Jeni's as an institution already, I am using this review sort of as an update to discuss a new flavor, and ultimately a new combo, which may not be around long. But while it is, you will find yourself in ice cream HEAVEN. I was so excited when mid-January rolled around and the Roxbury Road returned. It was my favorite flavor. Chocolate, almonds, marshmallows, who could go wrong? All with that signature Jeni's creaminess and delectable... ness! Yet, I tried something that blew my mind even further out of the water, new this month. Bananas and Honey. Let me tell you about bananas and honey. It is the creamiest, lightest, sweetest (but not in a bad way), most delectable ice cream I've had. It is such a perfect balance. The banana flavor is not overpowering, it is just right. And the honey complements it well. But beyond this flavor alone, the real magic with bananas and honey is its power in combo. Comboed with almost anything, bananas and honey is a huge winner. The last two times I've been to Jeni's since these flavors showed up, I've had a Roxbury Road sandwich (trio, on a cake *or what I call wafer* cone) with bananas and honey in the middle. It is draw droppingly amazing. The combination of the two flavors in your mouth will make your day/month/year/life/three lives if you believe in reincarnation. As for the Clintonville location, this has been a Godsent for Rachel P. and I. As Clintonvillians (though Southern Clintonvillians not exactly in walking distance), it is so nice and easy to get up here. And there is always parking and almost never a line (though I want there to be a line, because I want you to be popular!) If you have not made your way up to this gorgeous location yet, you must! My appeal to Jeni. Keep bananas and honey around. Forever. It is a masterpiece of ice cream. Way to go!
(5)J Bradford L.
Finally tried the "new" Jeni's next to Brown Bag Deli and to no surprise at all, it was GREAT. This "branch" is basically a window/door and has a limited selection of their flavors. I tried the Bourbon Butter Pecan and Salty Caramel combo .......Mmmmmmm. Wifey had some lemon blueberry fro-yo ... OMG it was the essence of summer in a tiny cup of goodness!!! I still wince at paying $4 for a small cup of ice cream, but once I start eating, I forget about the pain to the wallet. Keep on keeping on Jeni's!!!
(5)Justin B.
You'll never hear me criticize Jeni's Ice Cream. Never. That cumin ice cream? That never happened. These are not the droids you're looking for.
(5)Marj J.
What can I say? It's a party in your mouth. There are so many awesome flavors it's hard to choose.
(5)chris p.
I never really was an ice cream sort of guy... until now. Jeni's truly is splendid. With a season-changing menu, Jeni's knows how to keep your taste buds intrigued all year long. Each flavor of ice cream is unique and interesting with flavors such as riesling poached pear, sweet corn and blackberries, bananas and honey, blueberries and lemon, and pistachio and honey. For some folks Jeni's may be an acquired taste, but that is okay with the staff; take your time and acquire the taste while you're there. They are all very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the many flavors that they offer. They will cater to your every demand as you sample a little bit of every one of their flavors with a big smile on their faces while explaining to you the intricacies of their flavors and the ideas brought them about. I have asked to try several of their flavors in one visit and took quite a bit of time selecting what I wanted on one occasion only to be surprised by the amount of patience that was being offered to me along with my ice cream. Jeni's is a must see if you're visiting Ohio. I feel bad if you're lactose intolerant. Although, if I were lactose intolerant, I'd still go to Jeni's. It's just THAT good.
(5)Megan B.
The employees were great, ice cream was out of this world! A little expensive for ice cream but good for a one time thing.
(5)Briden S.
Jeni's has blown up in the Ice cream industry. Even though the ice cream yes is a little pricier the rich flavors actually fill you up faster than normal. So in the end it is a good thing you are only getting that little tiny scoop of ice cream because that is really all we need to have. The fresh and local ingredients give it a spin of deliciousness. I remember at first when I was introduced to Jeni's that idea of an ice cream that taste like weed grass or stout was not appealing. But than I went and the friendly welcome to try every flavor on the board, opened me up from just plan old vanilla. Thank you for that.
(5)Thomas D.
Oh man this stuff is good!!! We had five different flavors. The Ugandan Vanilla, Wildberry Lavender, Whitehouse Cherry, Roasted Strawberry Buttermilk and Goat Cheese Cherry. It just doesn't get any better anywhere! I lived in Boston and this is better than Harrell's, Steve's or Tosconini's. It's better than Graeter's by a country mile. The texture is perfect, the cones are crispy, the flavors are both comforting and completely new all at the same time. I was stuffed and still considered going back for some more. I actually think they would of let me try a spoonful of every flavor! Which reminds me that the customer service was awesome. Prompt and knowledgeable without being pretentious. I really lament we live 950 miles away. It'd almost be worth the drive.
(5)Derek S.
I've already put a review up about the other Jenis in the short north. BUT i must point out that this location has alot more seating/room for people. And a chalk board. So bring your art school friends and make a hang out of it. Just don't loiter buy some ice cream too i guess.
(5)Rachel L.
BEST... ICE CREAM... EVER. My favorite is probably the Sweet-Corn Raspberry (this was how I was introduced to Jeni's and the memory has stayed strong), but they are literally all amazing and so creative. I've had tons of her flavors since then and trust me, you can't go wrong! I live in Brooklyn now and I just found out I can buy Jeni's pints at a local market!! SCORE!
(5)Emily U.
The ice cream- well, do I really need to say anything? Best ever. This location is great for families and sitting down to enjoy the treats, although no outside seating, but a chalk board to keep the kiddies busy. ******BUT**************** knocked down to 4 stars because the workers here never smile, speak up, or at least pretend to be helpful. In fact they look pissed off and sometimes never say ANYTHING from walking in the door to paying for what you got. Every time we are in. YOU ARE WORKING AT JENI'S!!!! It's not like you are flipping burgers! So the employee interaction is horrible I'm sad to say.

The new honey banana flavors are phenomenal. I tried it after lunch and went back again for the parfait after dinner. The banana parfait is pure sin. It's incredible. I think i might want to go back to Jeni's again after writing this review. Jeni's certainly has one of the best ice creams in the US. The flavors are always amazing. I would just suggest trying every single flavor in the store. And what i love about the Clintonville store is that parking is great and it's usually not as crowded as the ones in Short North, Grandview or Dublin.

Had my 1st Jeni's a couple weeks ago here. I needed to waste some time and I was hot. So I stopped in, I looked at the price, and it was a shock. $4.50 for two tiny scoops of ice cream in a cup. I said, OK, I will give it a try anyway. There was a couple in front of me who proceeded to want to taste every flavor. This was frustrating since I could only see one girl behind the counter. As I was feeling the urge to walk out and forget it, another young lady, very pleasant asked if I needed help. I did the ninny-meany-minnyy-moe and picked, lavender berry and whiskey pecan. These turned out to be very good flavors, and I enjoyed my ice cream, it was very good and rich. I but still $4.50 for barely 5oz of ice cream....Really?

If you love icecream, like to support local foods and bold new flavors? Then you won't find a better place to discover it then here! Check out Brown Butter Almond Brittle! Best flavor currently! Seriously if there is one thing Columbus should be known for it's this ice cream!
(5)Nicole L.
Went to Jeni's at the recommendation of several people while I was in Columbus for Thirty-One's national convention last week. By far the BEST ice cream I have ever had! In fact, I am looking at their website right now to have some of this yumminess delivered to my door in IL! I had the Bourbon Butter Pecan & Brown Butter Almond Brittle combo....could have had a whole lot more. My advice is, don't be afraid to try some of the off the wall flavors (Goat Cheese w/ Red Cherries does NOT taste like goat cheese!). You won't be disappointed!
(5)Andrew B.
I feel like everything at Jeni's is about $1 too expensive. But it's still good every now and then.
(4)Alexa A.
What can I say that hasn't been said about Jeni's? It's a Columbus experience, and well worth hitting up. And the best thing? Their coconut macaroons & the ice cream sandwiches made with them are gluten-free! (Except the oatmeal one) Highly recommend the sandwiches even if you can eat normal cookies, they are melt-in-your-mouth-plus-chewy-gooey-wonderful.
(4)Adam K.
The ice cream is soooo great and the service is excellent! The servers are so knowledgable and know the details and ingredients of all the ice cream flavors. They recommend pairings and give free samples. Delicious!
(5)Brian A.
Love jenis so much. Just love it! The staff here are great too. Just real nice young people working there. The ice cream is so fresh and the flavors are great. Only 1 problem... I love milk shakes. They have no milkshakes. My suggestion. Jenis needs a vanilla, chocolate, strawberry shakes. then add seasonal ones. Love Jenis!
(4)Steve H.
I was going to give Jeni's only three stars because quite frankly I don't really like the unique flavors and wish they had some basic flavors like a nice strawberry or plain coffee? However, I then started looking past my lack of excitement for their fancy flavors and came up the following positives that pushed them to 4 stars. The quality of the ice cream is quite good even if the flavors are a trifle too unique. The staff are friendly and helpful in passing out lots of sample spoons. The company supports the community and uses a smaller local dairy for their mix. The price is a bit steep, but given their production methods I can see why. I do hope Jeni isn't over-extending herself with the shops in almost every burb.
(4)Diane F.
I love Jeni's but the Sweet Corn & Black Raspberries is what caused me to write about it. Yes, I said Sweet Corn... in an ice cream. And yes, it really does have a subtle sweet corn taste at the beginning... before the black raspberry takes over and fills your mouth with yummy fruitiness! Absolutely divine for a fun Ohio summer evening!
(4)Sidney U.
Meets and exceeded expectations....always!
(5)Mark F.
Love her ice cream. This is for all the folks looking for an artisanal and mind-blowing ice cream experience. The flavors are original, unique and local.
(5)Brad W.
Great place with fun and bold flavors. I plan to go back soon.
(4)Rebecca C.
Omg. GO HERE. The chocolate ice cream with the cayanne pepper in it is FTW.
(4)Mark B.
My only complaint about Jeni's is the impossibility of choosing which flavor to get when it is your first visit and you live 3 hours away! This is awesome ice cream. And, I have nothing but nice things to say about the employees at the High Street Jeni's. Can't wait to get back to Columbus! (FYI, not a normal statement from an Ann Arborite).
(5)Elizabeth D.
Jeni's is great, so I won't talk too much about their product, but this location is stellar. There is no sign, which I'm sure is coming, but it's unmistakable Jeni's on the inside. The mix of natural materials, marble, wood, etc... with the tile, glass and metal is awesome. The service is a bit slower here than I was used to, but they are usually busy (even on a cold Winter night) that I forgave them... I will be back, and am THRILLED to have one in my neighborhood!
(5)Amity H.
if you have no tastebuds then Jeni's isnt the place for you, but for everyone else, go here and eat some amazing ice cream. They have normal flavors like chocolate and then range out to things like sweet corn and its all delicious and hand made.
(5)Ann S.
The quality of this location is up to par with the others. There's a great funky retro vibe with the tiles and the milk bottle pendant lights. All of the same great flavors that make Jeni's Jeni's are available. It was pretty dead when we went in there so if you're willing to drive down the street from the usually crowded Short North locations, you may have this all to yourself or close to it! I tried the Smoked Chocolate Marshmallow and liked that and sampled the Pumpkin 5 Spice as well. I liked the taste until the finishing note of anise (black licorice) kicked in so I skipped that and got a half scoop of the Smoked Chocolate Marshmallow and Buckeye State. Boy that smokiness kicks IN baby. Don't know if I'd get that one again when I have Dark Chocolate and Askinosie Dark Milk Chocolate to choose from but a good change of pace. The hubby got the Pumpkin 5 Spice and Dark Chocolate and really enjoyed both!
(5)Nick B.
want to try the new flavors today i love the new beet and walnut flavor yummy and the staff were very nice helpful
(5)Caitlin P.
The Clintonville location has been open for several months, but I just found out it was open today. It is actually sort of hard to see from the street(that's my line of defense). Honestly, the word "Splendid" does not even do this ice cream justice. I recommend the trio or even the "study" as you will definitely want to try more than one variety. Salty Caramel is probably one of the better known flavors, but there is something for everyone. The Poached Pear sorbet is fresh and light, without being overpoweringly sweet, like some sorbets can be. Definitely worth the price, you're not getting a fast one pulled on you here. I was the only person in the shop at the time, probably due to the fact that it was 12:30 on a rather cold, rainy day. I probably tried too many flavors and probably took too much time to make up my mind about what I wanted. The girl who served me was very helpful and personable. But then it really would be tough to get into a really bad mood working in an ice cream shoppe, much less working at Jeni's. :D
(5)Matt L.
Some of the most unique ice cream I've ever eaten. Not your standard flavors, but absolutely delicious nonetheless. I try to sample as many as possible each time I visit. Don't expect huge portions, but each bite is packed with intense complex flavor. Great for when you're craving something sweet after happy hour along the Short North.
(5)Amanda H.
Please open in Indy! Probably the best Ice Cream chain I've tried. I visited a friend in Columbus and she insisted we try (even as it was snowing). I was not disappointed! Plenty of unique flavor choices and you were able to have a taste before you chose. Will be back next time I visit!
(5)Shirley L.
I really love salty caramel! I also try other flavors every time. I had passion fruit frozen yoghurt and dark chocolate yesterday. Both of them are awesome!
(5)Neha B.
I mean, really? Really. Just go.
(5)Katie W.
Stopped here on my way to Cincinnati. As someone who 1) doesn't have a sweet tooth, and 2) definitely doesn't crave ice cream, Jeni's is amazing. Yes, it's pricey. I don't enjoy spending $6 on ice cream, but hey, it's worth it. This is the closest ice cream to the West Coast joints, which are generally phenomenal. Take my money, Jeni's, take it.
(5)Rami M.
As with all Jeni's, the ice cream is phenomenal and the service is friendly. But what I particularly like about the Clintonville locations is that it's less cramped than my go-to Grandview location. On my most recent trip, I tried the ice cream sandwich for the first time. It was awesome, rich, and surprisingly filling- you can easily split it with a friend!
(5)Robert G.
I can't even. If ice cream was designed solely for the purpose of changing your life for the better, Jeni's would be first to patent it. It's the pantheon of perfection, the epitome of excellence, the quintessence of all good things beginning with the letter q.
(5)Erika B.
Every time I am able, I stop in to Jeni's. I had the opportunity to bring along a co-worker who had never tried it and she was more than pleased! Great service, wonderful ice cream and overall great experience!
(5)Matthew S.
I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said. The ice cream is super high quality, and always delicious, but that comes at a premium price. For those complaining about the pricing, yes, it's high. BUT...it's absolutely worth it.
(5)Sarah F.
Just amazing. I finally got to visit the clintonville location and so far its my most favorite. That could be because parking is easier than some of the others, but still. Friendly staff, great location (next to Northstar), and always delicious. Try something new next time you go, the flavors are awesome and unexpected!
(5)Asa C.
Oh yeah! It really doesn't matter what you get... just get something. This is the best ice cream in Ohio for sure, my favorite in the Mid-West and possibly the best in the Nation! I really can't speak too highly of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream. The Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to help you sample and pick a flavor (or combination) that will be absolutely delicious for you! The ice cream and sorbets are high quality and worth every penny! For Ice Cream; Brambleberry Crisp and Brown Butter Almond Brittle are my "go to" flavors, but Pistachio and Honey often fill my cone... and on occasion the Salted Caramel. On occasion in the spring i like a lithe Resizing Poached Pear Sorbet. I was super excited when they arrived in Nashville, and visited those spots too... my only negative is that there isn't one of these AMAZING places in Lancaster, PA; though there should be!
(5)Jay Arra M.
IG: @motorcitymunchers Ice cream joint that prides themselves on making ice cream from the ground up with grass-grazed milk! Salty Caramel made with caramelized sugar mixed with sea salt, and the Buckeye tasted just as amazing with it's salted peanut butter and dark chocolate chips Let me just add that the girl that helped us was so kind. A must stop for anyone here! Thank you @anna_desi for the recommendation! I hope they open one in MI! IG Poster: @jayarra

Delicious and unique ice creams. My husband is not a huge fan of ice cream, but he loved it here. We tried wildberry lavender (our favorite), goat cheese with red cherries, and lime cardamom buttermilk frozen yogurt. I hate goat cheese, but the ice cream was delicious! It's also a very cute store. We would definitely return when we are in the area.
(5)Kathryn C.
It was around 6pm when the feeling hit me. You know... your stomach growls, your mouth feels dry, you yell out... I NEED ME SOME JENI'S! Clintonville Jeni's is my local scoop shop that I visit when I need my fancy ice cream fix. The employees there are always extremely nice, knowledgeable, and don't get pissy when I ask for my 4th or 5th flavor sample. The shop is spacious on the inside, has ample seating and an outdoor patio facing High Street, and it never seems to get too busy! Laughing Ogre Comics is conveniently located across the street. You should check them out too, while you're in the area. :)

Fair? What's fair in life anyway. Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream in Grandview got a 5-star from me. I now realize the "experience" was so outrageous that it overwhelmed my brain and over-ruled clear thinking. Let's see if I can draw a picture. Sex is sex...lot like the story of the 3 Bears. Too big, too small, just right. Jeni's tosses its ice cream names around to (I belive) cause a ripple effect on the brain.... like a child's story. Reality is that names is names, sex is sex... and ICE CREAM is truly and simply just ice cream. Jeni's is really, really expensive ice cream. EX: A trio ($5.50) of small dipped ice cream named (1) goat cheese and red cherries; (2) salty caramel and (3) most milk chocolatiest chocolate helps to make puffy white clouds and blue skies sail through your brain. But are/is any combo worth the money? And a pint? $10 for a pint of ice cream? This stores is a bit nicer on the eyes than the Grandview store; nice layout with better seating and some help from a front porch. But the floor was scruffy looking and the counter to pay filled with an array and assortment of fun things from Jeni's... distracting. I liked the staff. They smiled (I didn't) as patron after patron after patron asked for a small sample of this n that n the other.... before buying. Is that what makes a Jeni's fan happy? Sampling? Folks - buy the ice cream. Buy it! You already know what you want... is it so expensive (it is) that you feel you've got to get more for free to feel good about the experience? So there you have it. I've confessed. I'm a guy. I know what I'm shopping and buying.... don't sample so much. Or I'll leave to buy Graeters (which I really enjoy).

I've had Jeni's on a variety of occasions at this point, but this was only my second time being in an actual Jeni's. I was there about an hour before closing time, and a bit to my surprise, it was still bustling with people. I imagine they, like myself and my husband, wanted some dessert to cap off their evenings. By now, I feel like everybody in Columbus probably knows that the ice cream is great, so I almost feel like saying that the ice cream is great is irrelevant, but it's true haha. The space inside was pretty aesthetically pleasing, and I will likely be making return visits in the future.
(5)Lynden G.
Awesome combinations and awesome staff. So glad we stopped by during our trip to Columbus.
(5)Danielle F.
Great place for ice cream. Delicious flavors that make your taste buds dance! About 5 dollars for a cone. Well worth it.
(5)Candace M.
FINALLY got around to trying Jeni's. We weren't disappointed! We walked in and were excited to see there wasn't a huge line. In fact, we were waited on fairly quickly. We were able to try as many flavors as we wanted; we tried the lavender, buckeye, and salty caramel. I am a self-proclaimed non-fan of ice cream. I much prefer frozen yogurt, and will opt for most other dessert options. With that being said, I LOVED Jeni's! My salted caramel was on point. The boyfriend got buckeye, milky chocolate, and askinoise dark chocolate, and he really enjoyed it. I had read before coming in that prices were "steep." For what I got, i didn't consider the prices to be expensive. I would definitely pay $4 for salty caramel again, any day! We will be back; sad we hadn't tried it earlier!
(5)Heather N.
Jeni's is where I take people from out of town to show a unique columbus food experience. With the expansion to other cities and vendors throughout the country it is becoming less of a novelty. I bought a pint of Salty Caramel in Virginia Beach, crazy. Going to a Jeni's in Columbus still had its charm. It is more than just the ice cream makes this place special. It is the experience of reading each unique flavors, learning about the local ingredients, sampling all you please and hearing the employees eloquently describe each sample. This location seems to be the least busy of all the Columbus locations which makes for a pleasant tasting experience.
(4)Peter D.
I literally live across the street from this location and I haven't been to Jeni's in over two years. It tastes good (so does Graeters and UDF) but at the end of the day it is just ammo for that second chin, not a cure for cancer as the ridiculous price tag would suggest. I don't care how eco friendly or home grown the ingredients are, pricing is out of line and it is fan girl fever that gives them the green light to charge what they do. When I see amusement park lines out the door for over priced ice cream it gives the sheep like iPhone launch events a run for the money. This quote from a Columbus Reddit thread sums it up perfectly "I think Jeni's Ice Cream is pretentious, over-rated, and weird for the sake of being weird. It's just a place for soccer moms to pretend to be foodies for a half hour."
(3)Zack F.
The make your own sundae options are killer! I really like how each location has it's own layout and feel from decorations to staff. I like the outdoor patio seating with big sun umbrellas.
(5)Emily L.
This is my favorite Jeni's for multiple reasons. It's in my neighborhood(so Obesity Watch 2014 is underway because I'm very close to coming here way too often). There is plenty of parking out back. This location doesn't seem to be as busy and crazy as some of the others, which is great. The benches outside are awesome and there is always room it seems. Plus, it's just the best ice cream in the world, hands down. What else can you say about this Columbus classic?
(5)Pao P.
Great ice cream, very rich and creamy. They even have macaroon ice cream sandwiches. Very impressed but with a premium ice cream comes premium prices. Great place to indulge!
(5)Jennifer H.
I know that this sounds horrible......but I had never had Jeni's ice cream until tonight. Being a Columbus native, it sounds terrible! Given that I am really trying to support local businesses AND Yelp had an event there tonight, I couldn't come up with any further excuses to not go. Boy, I am glad that I did. The only other ice cream "shops" I have to compare this to are Graters and Amy's Ice Cream in Austin, TX. While I really LOVE Amy's ice cream for her version of oatmeal raisin (if you are a fan of that cookie it is a to-die-for flavor)! However, I think that Jeni's won out over both of those places overall. It probably has to do with the pure creaminess of the ice cream itself! I really have had nothing like it except for maybe one time at the University of Wisconsin (yeah....they make ice cream there). In any case, my favorites are now the Salted Caramel and the Pear Sorbet. If you want something refreshing, the pear sorbet is the way to go! It seriously is like you are eating an actual pear. Amazing! The salted caramel.....because I have no idea who wouldn't like the salted caramel.... My daughter is more partial to the standard flavors like milk chocolate. However, she did try the wild berry lavender tonight and gave it a thumbs up. I was very pleased that she has extended her palette some!
(4)Holly C.
The best and most unique ice cream in Columbus! And they've expanded to other places like Chicago and Nashville, and you can get even get some flavors in grocery stores across the US. As much as I love the original short north location, this location has much easier parking. Came here after lunch, and there's also more space to sit. My favorites are the dark chocolate, salty caramel, sorbets, yogurts, and ice cream macarons!! Those are totally worth the money :) Try all the flavors!
(5)Jennifer C.
I'm beginning to think that my expectations for Jeni's were a bit higher than they should have been. The ice cream is good, don't get me wrong. The flavors are unique and the presentation is fine. (Well, the floor wasn't clean, which bothered me quite a bit more than it probably should have.) But I'm just not getting the same feel-good, mind-boggled reaction to the place that I expected or that others have described. I've been far more excited about Handel's and their ice cream (feel free to call me classless or unsophisticated, doesn't phase me) than I got at Jeni's. And the service is far better at Handel's. I'm a service-snob, what can I say? It's possible that I ordered the wrong thing (is that possible?). I got a scoop of chamomile and a scoop of bergamot on a sugar cone. While they certainly weren't bad, they weren't spectacular. Especially with the price tag they came with. TL;DR version: the ice cream is decent, just not worth the price tag.
(2)Laura W.
I feel so lucky to live in the birth place of Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream. The ice cream is so rich and delicious and I have never met a flavor I haven't liked. My personal favorites are Salty Caramel with Black Coffee on a sugar cone. I also really enjoy the yogurt flavors like Lemon with Blueberries, Lime Cardamom, and the new rainbow yogurt. My husband used to always get the Buckeye State on a handmade waffle cone but now he has moved on to the trio sundae. Delicious! I always have my eye on the ice cream sandwiches but haven't tried it yet. Whenever we have out of town guests, we take them to Jeni's to really impress them. I know their are some people who don't appreciate the high quality ingredients or flavors but that's ok, they can go somewhere else. Jeni's is a great brand that is a classic for Columbus. I hope Jeni's expands to have stores nationwide.
(5)Bryant M.
So, here's the deal: I have a ton of five-star reviews for Jeni's floating out on Yelp, but I've never reviewed the Clintonville shop. We all know the ice cream is amazing, so I'll just focus a bit on this particular location. If you're looking for a scoop shop that isn't quite as crazy as the Short North, North Market, or Grandview, then head on over to the Clintonville shop. It's big, open, and is rarely crowded. And of course you get the same amazing customer service that we've come to expect at all Jeni's locations.
(5)Garrett Y.
Excellent and creative flavors! I have visited most locations and have found the one in Clintonville the best one in terms of wait time.
(5)Marie G.
I spend way too much time in here...it's dangerously close to our home! Delicious ice cream, endless samples, friendly staff...what more can you ask for?!?? And yes...we have walked away from Northstar Cafe's long line and had ice cream for dinner once, maybe twice :)
(5)Erin K.
Oh, Jeni's. Where do I even begin?! You and Graeter's will be the death of me. When I want delicious chocolate-y chunks, I go Graeter's. When I want weirdly delicious never been thought of before concoctions, I go to you. Moving back to be in such close proximity of the two of you is likely to be the death of my wallet and my diet. While Graeter's will always be my first love (sorry, chocolate wins!), you are a ridiculously close second. I don't even care how expensive you are, you're worth it!
(5)Joe D.
Jeni, after eating your wild blueberry, all I can say is "PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN PITTSBURGH!" Seriously Jeni, Pittsburgh is screaming for a gourmet ice cream shop like yours. This place has some amazing flavors, mango lassi, salted caramel, cherry lambic sorbet and lemon lemongrass. The lime cardamom frozen yogurt was a real treat, at first it hits you in the mouth like a lime lifesaver, then finishes like the milk that's left over from a bowl of fruit loops, only creamier! These are just some of the amazing flavors. Quite expensive but worth the splurge, you only live once.
(5)Samantha A.
Being the closest Jeni's to my house means this is the one I frequent. The employees are always helpful and cheery. There is a nice little space for kids with a chalkboard and tiny plastic furniture. There are benches out front for enjoying the sunshine with your ice cream. And as always, the flavors can't be beat. LOVE the dark chocolate hazelnut ice cream cookie sandwich. One caveat: don't order the coffee. It takes literally 20 minutes for them to brew a special little pot just for you and by the time you get it, your ice cream is gone.
(5)Madison R.
Came back today for round 2 and it was just as great as the first time. I intentionally chose 3 new flavors that I wasn't sure if I would like: The Milkiest Chocolate in the World, Pineapple Upside Down Cake Buttermilk, and Cantaloupe & Sun Tea Sorbet. All were super smooth, creamy, and intensely flavored. This place is awesome!
(5)Anna S.
I'm not even an ice cream lover and I frequently find myself dreaming about this place. It is especially dangerous because I happen to practically live across from this location. Seriously, I've never had a bad scoop here. Perennial favorites include the salty caramel, Queen City cayenne, and brown butter almond brittle. A recent seasonal favorite is the biscuits and peach preserve. Plus, loving the new grave options (savory and sweet crunchy toppings to add texture to your scoop/sundae). I've never met friendlier staff. They are willing to accommodate almost anything and will let you try umpteen flavors before you make your pic. Seriously, if you have not been here, I'm not sure what you're waiting for. This is, by far, the best ice cream you will ever eat!
(5)Marissa C.
So, it's Jeni's. If you have been in Columbus and haven't tried it, you should probably fix that. As a huge fan of ice cream, this is obviously one of my favorite places. This location is really nice. The space is big, with a good amount of seating in the store, and the employees here have all been really friendly. The neatest feature in this one is that there is a chalkboard for guests to use near the entrance! In many of the other stores, the chalkboards are just over the display cases to show you the menu. Between the seating and the chalkboard, this location offers more of a feeling that you should linger and enjoy the ice cream and grab a cup of the cucumber water from the back than the smaller ones do. There is parking available in a lot around back, and you can also do street parking in the nearby neighborhood, if needed. Some of the flavors can sound funky, so be sure to take the employees up on their offer to grab you a sample. A new favorite may just be hiding there for you to discover! Even if you've been in before, there are seasonal and limited flavors that appear throughout the year for some new tastes. I really must recommend that you try some of the fabulous frozen yogurts - lemon blueberry, black currant, and rainbow frozen yogurt are my personal favorite flavors here. My husband would recommend the Yazoo Sue and pistachio honey ice creams. Also, I always see raving about the ice cream, and deservedly so, but there are other delicious items there... and my favorite of these is the Orchid Vanilla Ice Cream Macaroon Sandwich! A true delight of vanilla bean ice cream, almond macaroon cookies, and a delightful dollop of black currant jam in the middle... yum. The macaroon sandwiches are usually gluten free too for those of us who need that.
(5)Courtney W.
I love ice cream, it's really my junk food of choice; if I can eat it for dinner I would ....like every night. That said I'm disappointed in Jeni's. Hmm.. I've seem to missed the boat with this one. I love the cool & creative flavor ideas but every time I've had Jeni's I've found it to be pasty & horrible. Granted, I am very loyal to Graeter's but Jeni's was the first ice cream I had when I moved to Columbus and I didn't even like it then. Pasty, way too pricy, and not at all tasty. I'm sorry Jeni, I really tried.
