After writing a complain letter to the manager, he gave us a voucher. I decided to order from them again, it was so good. I wished they would had done that the first time and save me the trouble from complaining. But good job for actually listening to our feedback and fixing the pizzas problem. I would order from them again.

Domino's used to be terrible and a joke for a pizza company. I do feel that they have stepped up recently though and if you know how to order, they are quite good. The only type of pizza worth buying there though is the hand tossed pan pizza. Toppings aren't bad either and delivery is fast and drivers are friendly.

So I ordered 2 extra large pizzas a couple weeks ago during Domino's 50% off promotion. Not only did the order get misinterpreted by their system (I didn't get italian sausage on a pizza I ordered), but the second pizza they made to replace this one didn't have onions because they ran out. You may wonder why I gave this mishap 5 stars. Well Sean, one of the workers there, was willing to work with me and make sure I left as a satisfied costumer. I left the store with 2 pizzas with the wrong ingredients, but 1 more than I ordered. Thanks Sean for turning a mistake into a good experience.

Update: Domino's has "changed" their recipe, and I agree its better than before, but the pie is still not very good. Very bland with little taste and the crust is still not good. If youre feeding a bunch of kids, hosting a party, or just simply dont want to spend a more money for better pie, this would be a good choice, other than that, there is not much reason to get it.

I have never had an issue from this Domino's. Always order delivery and they are prompt and pizzas are always piping hot. I've never had an order messed up and the pizzas taste great. The bonus, they have the most polite delivery drivers, EVER! I can't praise their delivery service enough. They are truly awesome!
