I've been eating at Charley's for years and I've yet to have a bad meal! Now, about how many places can you say that? When I lived in KY I ate at the one in the Ashland Town Center Mall, I have also eaten at the one in Chillicothe, OH. This one is my favorite location. The last time I was here, I was listening to a program on the radio and got carryout and ate in the car. The dining room is really clean and there are TVs inside for those dining in. Even though it was carryout, I felt like I still received the same size portion and the same care was put into making sure my order was attractive and not just thrown together like they do at some places when you get takeout. I recommend the buffalo chicken, chicken cordon bleu with honey mustard, and of course, their Philly steak. The gourmet fries are insane! It's not always on the menu, but they're always happy to make whatever combo I request. My favorite is cheese sauce topped with buffalo sauce and ranch. YUM!

Wonderful service and awesome food. I expect good service from a Christian run business, which is why I frequent Chick-fil-A. I have never had a bad experience there. I only recently started enjoying Charley's Subs, however, and I think I may be a new regular. The employees are always so warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

My daughter had the ultimate club it was very good ,I had the Philly cheese steak it was done very well we liked the friendly staff ,the strawberry lemonade was very good .we aren't from this area but we would definitely come again

This place is good! The service was fast and the guy was friendly enough. They grill you your sub right up front and center. I sat and waited for mine, but you could literally stand about 2 feet from your food as it is cooked if you wanted to, so no funny business here. The fries are good, but I prefer a thinner cut and more crunch. It's just a matter of your own taste though. My wife would love these fries. I got the philly. I tend to get the first thing listed on the menu whenever I go to a place for the first time. It's usually their flagship item that they are the most proud of. I will go again to try some other stuff

Always fast, always clean, always amazing food! By far my favorite place to get a philly! They grill the steak in my A1 so my bun doesn't get all soggy and gross, probably why I love it so much. And the fries are bomb, I love that part too.. And the lemonade is to die for. Plus they are always super nice to me :)

The restaurant is always clean and the grilled subs are delicious. I had to come here twice during my stay. I loved that the fries were not super oily, the grilled subs are delish and this place is great for families or when you need to grab a quick bite.

It's not a mom and pop shop created by some guy who is a Philadelphia transplant. But as far as a quality cheesesteak sandwich goes from a chain restaurant, it's worthy of five stars. Unlike other sub places like Penn Station, the sandwich is loaded with the meat. And any good sandwich is only worth it's weight in meat. I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, and mayo. $8.99 for 12" of goodness. It can't be beaten.

Cashiers- Always friendly Cook- Same hispanic man usually and GREAT Bagger- No english but a big smile and gave me a HANDFUL of ketchup so LOVE him!! I get the same thing everytime- The bbq cheddar steak combo. OMG to die for!!

The fries were awesome. The girl at the register was nice. The rest of the staff was not friendly at all. Was in the mood for a really good cheesesteak, but this was not it. It was just ok. If you get it "Philly" style without tomato, lettuce, etc., the sub seemed a bit small & lacking filling. Did I mention the fries were really good?

I've been here a couple of times. Had the Philly one time, and today the Buffalo Chicken. It's a good sub. Tasty, no doubt. Not stellar by any stretch. Fries are good, too. In the end, a tasty lunch that was a bit over-priced.

Oh my goodness my sandwich was great! Having never been there I didn't know what to expect and had some pretty big expectations for them to fulfill. 1. I was in the biggest rush of my life so speed was essential. 2. English speaking attendant vital. 3. I was starving so it had to fill me up. 4. Given my love for Subway it had to impress. Needless to say, Charley's passed all the above criteria and made the most delectable turkey cheddar wrap I have ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. On a side note- had I not been in such a rush and getting my order to go, I totally would have stayed in and enjoyed the tv and music and everything. Great casual environment and couldn't help but notice how clean it was!! ps. It WAS slightly more expensive than Subway as well as much smaller. JUST my turkey wrap was $6 without combo but prices didn't seem far off the mark.
