Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I ever been to first of all my meat is always always cold they are soooo slow they would have a line out the door and they would just take there time I'm always in line for at least 20 minutes they are highly unprofessional no good customer service they swear and cuss in front of customers talk on the phone and just walk away from the register when they please jeez it's sooooooo annoying they seemed to just hire anyone because they opened so fast... Every time i go there its this way every single time..and the one on Coventry has you in and out.and they cant hear either they always say what what what i cant hear you its not that loud...They act like there on the streets just sayin...they need to CTFD and be more professional.. and when the food is not cold its freaking burnt they need a new team..its just riduclous no food service should be that terrible.. The staff is lazy unprofessional they act like they dont care there not friendly at all they dont even say can i help you its what you want..EXCUSE ME and when i asked for chips they got a attitude with me The one in legacy village and Coventry 10 times better..go there....They really need to check they selves....one of them are going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person or act the wrong way to the wrong person.....

STAY AWAY AND GO ELSEWHERE! Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff was indifferent, aloof and detached caring little about the customer. The seating area was filthy. For a 'new store' it looked weathered and worn without much care or attention to cleanliness. Bottom line this store is a huge embarrassment for the Chipotle franchise. Nothing short of a full reorganization can save this store. Rest assured I will never step foot in this store again and will have to think twice before ordering from Chipotle.

This is the worst Chipotle in the franchise. Wait is horribly long, even if you order online. It's not clean AT ALL! More importantly the employees are more concerned on having a good time than making sure the Chipotle service to clients is proper and on time. I hope that Chipotle corporate is taking note. ALL THESE REVIEWS can't be wrong. I even brought it up about the wait with Tori the manager and got an attitude back...I confronted her about the attitude and I got more followed with some BS excuse. There is a difference between excuse and reason, you can work with reason, you can't with excuses. As someone who is in customer relations and customer servicr, this branch of Chipotle needs to shut down or a revamp. DO NOT GO HERE...Go to any other Chipotles that here.

How the heck is it Tuesday an you sell bowls of Mexican and you don't have a fork in the restaurant? Nothing like eating Chipotle with a spoon how about this concept.. everyone ordered extra meat and sour cream and not once did an employee say Double on the line. Will not come to this one ever again.
(2)Molly M.
Sadly there's always a huge line for food or pick up. After waiting to pick up our food we were informed they didn't have chips. What's the point of chips and guacamole at chipotle when you don't have chips. Plus service there was just less than mediocre.
(1)Adi T.
I have never seen a chipotle this slow before. I watched the workers and they literally move slow and look around while they're making the bowls. I try to avoid this place whenever possible but every time I give it another chance I'm disappointed all over again. Management needs to retrain their employees big time.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It took 30 minutes to get to the front then another 10 minutes to actually make my bowl. My food sat on the counter so long it was freezing by the time I got home . I only live around the corner - less than 2 minutes away! I've been here before and it's always the same but this was by far the worst. From now on I'll just drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Legacy Village, drive around for 5 minutes to find a spot and it will still be better service and quality than this Chipotle.
(1)Jenna L.
Without a doubt the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to, and I've been to many. I've never waited in line less than 30 minutes here, and usually it's closer to an hour. Every time I get in line here, I kick myself for not going to the Chipotle in Coventry or Legacy.
(2)David W.
Normally a long line. Pre-order using the app if possible. Food is consistently good though for a chain.
(3)Arun M.
I have always been a fan of Chipotle. This one is not much different from any other I have been to. It is a very fast and efficient and always busy. The parking across the street is free after 6:30 PM.
(4)Kelly L.
You should only come to this location if you have time to wait in line for 45 minutes. It doesn't matter what time of day you go. When I have pre-ordered online, my order was incorrect.
(2)Mike N.
Upon further review, this place is actually getting worse since opening. Service is still slow, lines are still long. Now the quality of food is suffering. Got corn salsa that was still frozen. Less meat in burrito and bowl. Certainly not up to Chipotle standards.

Chipotle This was a great place to get a burrito on a Sunday afternoon for dinner while a college student. A steak burrito was about 5 bucks back then. This place is, however, deceivingly unhealthy. A burger comes to have almost the same amount of fat as one of these burritos. I would always go with a steak burrito, with rice and pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, and corn salsa. A quick story with respect to this place. There was a guy who worked here we called "Red" because he was a dead ringer for Red Foxx who played Fred Sanford from the 1970's sitcom "Sanford and Son". Also one time my buddies and I went in this place and saw one of our professors completely hammered trying to eat a burrito. This guy had sour cream on one side of his face and guacamole on the other.

i work in the plaza in which this chipotle is located. so i have more insight than others on the day-to-day operation of this place. as someone who frequents this place at least once a week, i can honestly say this is one of the worst places i have ever eaten from. rarely do the workers know who is doing what. at least one person on the line has an attitude that really shouldn't show (im in customer service too and it puts a bad tase in the patron's mouth). they consistently get orders wrong and bag the wrong things at the register. food is never prepared on time and they run out very quickly. the place was even closed for a few hours one day because they ran out! unbelievable. the supervision monitors how much meat is given to customers constantly as well. sometimes i hold fault w the customers for having outlandish requests that hold the lines up...to that id suggest calling your orders in or having a separate line for those types of orders. but that notwithstanding, the service is really bad. legacy village or coventry are way better options if you're willing to drive 5-10 minutes in each opposite direction.

Thirty one minutes waiting in line observing dysfunction and chaos behind the counter--unfortunately all too familiar with this location. When I complained to the manager about the excessive 31 minute wait for an 8 minute meal, he barked back at me about his 150% employee turnover. Perhaps it says something about the management. One employee behind the counter was joking "free sandwiches at Panera" to reduce the line and his work load. I!d encourage all to take his advice. The Chipolte product is great . The service, a disaster. This place needs a major reorganization.
(1)Maddow S.
Is there a manger here? Service is terrible. Employees were far more interested in interacting with one another than taking my order and filling it. Friends of the employees received extra food while ordinary patrons had to remind employees to fill orders as prescribed. Convenience of parking doesn't compensate for the inconvenience created by the chaos behind the counter.
(2)Michael C.
This Chipotle is terrible. Sloppy assembly of food, SLOW service and poor attitude describe the staff. Go to the Chipotle in Legacy instead.
(1)Courtney M.
This location is a joke. Employees are lazy and care more about socializing and listening to the gross rap blasting from the back. My orders have been wrong on several occasions. I love Chipotle but they are doing it completely wrong.
(2)Lindsay R.
My husband loves Chipotle so I decided to try it for the first time. I waited in line for over 30 minutes and then when it came to be my turn, I had to repeat my order several times, and it was just the type of burrito I wanted with which cheese and beans. Then the guy who added everything else went to fold it up and ripped it open with his thumbs. Rather than wait for a new one, I said it was fine, just wrap it up. I then waited several more minutes to be rung up, and more after that for my side of guacamole to be put in a plastic container. My total time there exceeded 40 minutes! For my first ever experience I was turned off by the service and by the cilantro infused rice. However, the chicken was spicy and delicious.
(2)Adam T.
SLOWEST Chipotle ever. Stood in line for for over 40 minutes. Kept running out of ingredients. Chicken was burnt and tasted charred. Manager seemed unconcerned and out of touch.
(1)Kyle S.
Not all Chipotles are created equal... this one especially. I've placed orders for pick-up twice now and they have yet to get a correct order (not to mention significantly smaller portions). When picking up, the staff is more concerned with what beverages each member would like vs taking care of the long line of customers. Not even worth the hassle of finding a parking spot.
(2)Prantik S.
Chipotle in general is "all right". In NYC where I live, I usually gravitate to hole in the wall places that are much much better. Here in Cleveland visiting my folks, thought I would take it on. And waited FOREVER!!' It is the slowest take out place I have ever seen !!!
(1)Ron S.
This is a terrible store. The line is always out the door and right now there is 1 that's one employee behind the counter. There are several other employees but they're in back having a good old time and they are LOUD. This is the nearest store to me and I like the food but I hate coming here. Oh yeah, silverware is never stocked and that counter is never clean. Everybody here should be fired an d they should start anew.
(1)Matt Y.
Advertising as fast take out food is a complete joke here. The fact they have 5 people on the line and can't keep up with the traffic is a shame. While I'm ranting, the fact that one person is still allowed to order four burritos at a time proves that no one follows social norms and guidelines. Drive to legacy
(1)Bill R.
One year after the open and nothing has changed. This place remains painfully slow and even if you do beat the line by ordering online, the order is usually wrong anyway. Like someone else suggested, drive to legacy or coventry.
(1)Reena S.
DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS HERE! Even after calling to complain about the unbelievable stinginess of my vegetarian burrito bowl, the manager even said not to order online because her staff is "antsy." I actually thought the box for my food was empty. Not coming back.
(1)Justin C.
This chipotle is always slow. I went there three times and foolishly tried to go again. Shame on me. The people on the line are always slow and are wasting time talking to each other not paying attention to the customers. Will not go there again.
(1)James J.
The service at this location has been consistently awful -- rude, slow, and the food isn't properly cooked or prepared -- for at least a year now. It's badly in need of new employees and management. It's actually shocking how TERRIBLE all of my experiences have been here. And I love chipotle.
(1)Matt T.
Slowest service of any chipotle I have been to. Looked like there was plenty of staff available. Line was out the door at 2:00pm.
(1)Jeff B.
Complete turn around from my last visit. The manager was fantastic. He came around and asked to clear empty bowls, even asked people how they were enjoying their grub! They gave a good ration of protein as well!!!! Best bowl ever, lots of greens and reds, from the cilantro and sauce.
(5)Kristin H.
This chipotle is always so incredibly slow, and my burrito fillings have been cold on a number of occasions. The chips are usually soggy too. Another annoying thing is the seating inside the restaurant. It is these weird little short counters with anchored stools on the floor. There's no moving chairs around if you need a bigger table, etc. but worst of all, it is impossible to take kids there to eat. How 'bout just a normal chair for my three-year old, please? It's hard for them to balance on the stools, plus, you can't move them closer to the table for the kids to be able to reach their food. Overall it's a bad experience, and I'd much rather go to the Legacy Village location.

Nothing out of the ordinary
