This Roosters is fantastic! I am used to the much too small location in Lancaster, where it's even too small to get in to retrieve your food for takeout, let alone dine in! I believe this Circleville location is a former Bob Evans, so plenty of room inside. We went on a Saturday evening during the height of dinner rush, and were seated right away. Our waitress was prompt and fantastic. Not a knock to most waitresses, but both my wife and I agreed that our waitress looked and acted like she should be doing more, something like rocket science or medicine. This is totally a compliment to our waitress because like I said she was awesome! As for the food, it came out prompt, hot, and what else can be said, its Roosters, so of course it's awesome. Next time I'm out in Roundtown, I'm definitely going to stop in!

1st impression of this place. 1st time here yesterday evening. When the pressures on, the cooks and wait staff fly! Orders being called out. They definitely stood out. Peak time was still around 7:30. Place was slammed. Hard working staff that must enjoy their job, and are trained well. Food was fine. Wings I had. Good beer selection. Impressed by a smooth running staff.

No complaints I always get a good meal and drinks . Waitresses are polite also. Sometimes too busy if you hate big crowds

So I waitress came and got our food order and drink order and she came right back and asked us what drinks we wanted then walked away and came right back asking us what we ordered again!

The menu could be bigger, and it would be great if the dishes came with sides, but Rooster's has some awesome wings. There are two places that pride themselves on wings in Circleville: Rooster's and Buffalo Wild Wings. After eating at Rooster's, I can say I will never go back to BWW again.

I have eaten here several time and never had an issue. I went back in to this Roosters yesterday for lunch with me and my family. After some back and fourth over a coupon, our appetizer of mini corn dogs arrived. i took a bite into the first one and it was ice cold in the middle. We sent them back, and decided if they cant cook a corn dogs properly, how would our chicken be handled. Again, we have eaten here in the past with no issues, but this past experience was very disapointing.

Worst service in a long long time at any resturant. So I order a beer with my dinner order, my bride orders a soft drink. Her soft drink comes in minutes. 5 min later waitress passes and I comment on being thirsty. Oh sorry I will get it. 10 min pass. Still thirsty. Oh sorry sir...15 min pass. Miss... Would you please bring me my beer? This next time I see the waitress she appears with my beer and apologies. So after drinking half of my first beer I'm thinking after the chore of pouring the first beer I better ask the waitress when she passes for a second. Right away sir.. Here we go again. 5 min... 10 ...min. Two new tables seated with new customers and they order beers and presto... Beer appears within minutes with a different waitress. Now people are taking bets as to how long it will take to get my 2nd beer. The table next to me orders a second beer. Presto another beer appears in less than 2 min. So my food arrives and I ask for the 5th time about my beer order. Do you need to prove that I'm over 55? It is becoming funny to everyone who has received their beer. I inquire why everyone else can get a beer expect me. Everyone laughs.. It's not like I have had to much to drink because I have managed to only have one 16 oz beer in an hour. I'm not being loud I'm just wanting a beer. One guy at the table beside us say "hay man let me try to get your beer". The manager show up with the beer and excuses and of course and apology. Are you ready for this excuse. They lost the ticket...are you kidding me a ticket for my beer. What about the food that came, was it not on the same ticket. Ok let's assume you lost the ticket.. After I told the waitress the first time "where is my beer" every other restaurant finds the "beer ticket" or writes a new beer ticket and go get me the darn beer. Nope not at this establishment no sir. So now the newly seated patrons don't know the beer saga and have that look on their face like this old guy is just and unhappy guy. Luckily the patrons in the know explained the matter to newcomers. The service and situation was so bad that even the customers near me were embarrassed for the waitress and manager. I refused the comped beer when it arrived toward the end of my meal but did ask for a glass of water.. And yes I had to ask for the water twice. Signed still thirsty.

I came in here with my mother one night and we sat ourselves as they have always told us to do. Somebody came over and asked if we had waited for our seat. We appeared very confused and she just said, "never mind." and walked away. Thirty seconds after that, another server arrives at our tables and told us that there was a wait for the tables. We were a little confused and couldn't hear or really understand what she was trying to tell us. She then got very aggravated and huffed out, "Do I need to get the manager? Because people have been waiting for hours." I'm not claiming we were in the right for accidentally seating ourselves. (Even though there is no hostess stand, nor an employee handing out the buzzers.) But there were at least four empty tables and five dirty, unbussed tables. There also only appeared to be two families waiting to be seated, so I really don't know what people were waiting "hours" for. I felt so insulted by the way the servers had treated my mother and I. I was really amazed on how terribly they treated people that are supposed to be guests over a simple misunderstanding on our end. Though, this isn't the first or only time I've received unsatisfactory service here. The food has severely lost its Rooster's quality over the course of being in Circleville. The meat is always overcooked and under the warmer for much too long. Good thing there's a Buffalo Wild Wings right across the street.

Food is ok but customer service could be better. Went with a large party and they refused to do anything to accommodate our group. We really should have went elsewhere but we stayed anyway. We will go to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

I have always had very good service while I was there. The staff is very good too. Even with three kids they are patient. They offer kids night too with face painting and balloon animals. Just a very good atmosphere for adults as well with multiple tv's. You can be setting at any table and watch something on tv. I would recommend to everyone.

The length of time it took to get our meal was absurd. I'm sure the waitress forgot to put the order in, and I understand mistakes happen, but don't ignore it. Then when our food came it was incorrect. I gave up after this.

Service was horrible kitchen apparently crashed. Hour later we got our lunch and it was inedible the sub sat under heat lamp long enough to burn the lettuce and dry out the pickle. And they still charged me for the coke!!! Neither server nor management even acknowledged that food took over an hour to arrive and was not good when it got there. I won't go back

The wings were good, but it had a little too much breading for my taste. The wedges were good but they were not as seasoned as I would have liked. The service was great. Taylor was sweet and helpful. Would have had a beer but there were too many dudes at the bar. Maybe happy hour tomorrow?
